DESCRIPTION​

Breaking out into the transportation market, EzTech first toed the waters by designing a swoop bike tuned for use by Force-sensitive pilots. Compact and streamlined, the EZ-R4's aerodynamic frame is precisely machined from lightweight but durable alusteel. A basic but well-supported seat arranged for a lean-forward position comes standard. While it can handle a passenger, a separate seat would have to be attached if they weren't keen about sitting on bare metal.

Where the bike really shines is with a single, unburdened pilot. The EZ-R4's base speed goes beyond what's broadly considered safe for a swoop bike, and its controls are tuned to a ridiculous degree of sensitivity, well beyond what even species known for quick reaction times could reasonably handle. Frankly unsafe for any but a Force-sensitive pilot, the EZ-R4 is tailor-made for Jedi.

Powered by a dual-chamber, straight-line ion core engine and maneuvered using repulsor panels on the forward fins and body, an EZ-R4 with a familiar pilot is a blur of motion that whips between trees and around corners like nothing else even at high speed. Unshielded like all bikes, the alusteel frame is nonetheless durable enough against small arms to prevent catastrophic failure without sustained fire.

In alignment with Jedi values, the speeder is completely unarmed. Instead, it relies on speed, sensors, jammers, and the skill of its pilot to escape danger. With the value of Jedi reflexes in the seat, its agility outperforms other speeder bikes. An EzTech communications and media suite provides both a clear comm signal and access to music, podcasts, translation services, and more.

The Jedi model, stamped with the symbol of the Order on the forward fin, is unavailable to the general public. However, variants without Jedi-grade tuning and reduced speed are available on the open market with all other features intact. EZ-R4C, the public model, has a speed of 700 KPH.

LEGALITY​

Legal. EZ-R4 are civilian-grade models and are unrestricted on most worlds. They will get the attention of most authorities regardless, however.

INTENT​

To introduce a Jedi-oriented speeder bike with a civilian variant for EzTech.

RESTRICTIONS​

The Jedi model is tuned for Force-sensitive reflexes and not readily available. Without the Force, piloting the Jedi model is suicidal.
