Vri was being a lot more efficient than normal, having shattered the kneecaps of every regretful VIP in her line, due to her now thoroughly bad mood. Maybe, if this ended up all well and good, she could kick back and relax after this with a pilfered bottle, but right now she was just interested in beating her frustration out on these helpless thugs. Unfortunately for her mood, and the knees of the last VIP, Suit cut in to order her and Mando outside to deal with the approaching reinforcements, causing her to break both the man's legs instead of just the one.

"None of you bleed out while I'm gone, we still need you." She shot a warning to the line of sobbing, screaming VIPs before making her way behind the bar. If they were going to have some friends over, it was only fair she whipped up some cocktails for them, specifically the kind that explode and light people on fire. In lieu of liquid tibanna, she grabbed four bottles of the highest-proof alcohol on the shelves before stuffing a rag down the neck and giving them a shake.

By the time she was done prepping her improvised explosives and pocketing the cigara lighter on the dead bartender, she looked up to see Mando carrying a severed head across the room. Now, Vri enjoyed some good, clean, wholesome murder and mayhem as much as the next person, but something about cutting someone up just churned her stomach.

"You're kind of a sick twist, you know that?" She said, point-blank, to Mando as she vaulted the bar and grabbed up her firebombs. Vri let the better armored human go first, using the exploding head to get their attention before opening up with his pistol. And immediately getting fired on by the unscathed guards.

Vri took this opportunity to light a set of firebombs, step out the door, and hurl them wildly into the advancing enemy ranks. One landed just short of the line, but certainly put some fear into the guards, while the other hit one of the less well-armed thugs square in his blast vest, detonating on impact. The results were loud, attention-grabbing, and spectacular to behold, as the flaming thug immediately tried to run to his friends for support, only to be kicked and driven back. Even if the alcohol burned out quick, being on fire for any length of time sucked, Vri knew that from experience.

Rafe was getting slightly frustrated with this durasteel wall and began pulling the trigger on his heavy blaster over and over and over, finally he raised his claw again, unleasing another wildly destructive blast from his wrist mounted repulsor, twice in such short of a time span, he needed to be more careful lest he overheat the thing, plus the charge was only set for three blasts anyway, but he was guessing he wouldn't need that last one, at least not for this particular activity...

The integrity of the panic room gave way bursting open to a sizeable hole, the after effect of his repulsor even shaking up the inside of the box a bit. The hole was probably large enough to fit a smaller sized human, but Rafe didn't care he holstered his peacemaker and gripped the bent metal with both of his claws his massive stature and the muscles to match went to work pealing the thing open, the blaster holes aiding as it popped several times before leaving a Rafe sized hole in it.

He jumped in, landing on all fours, six people were in the safety box, two of them dressed well but all of them on the ground from his latest wrist mounted weaponry of doom. Of course he had no idea who was who, but who cares.. Rafe pounced on one of them, his sharp teeth burying themselves into the man's neck, snarling as he did so matched by the man's cries of anguish. Rafe stood upright inside the box, each claw gripping another resistant body from either side of the man now hanging from his teeth.

Rafe ripped his teeth from the man's neck without parting them, spraying blood everywhere, this before sinking the teeth on the right side of his mouth into the forehead and back of the skull of the woman in his left claw, with minimal effort Rafe bit down and a sickening crunch echoed in the metal box, so loud in fact it could be heard in the main room. Letting the woman fall to the ground he sank his now free left claw into the body of the man his right claw had already penetrated and pulled in opposite directions with both, rending the man nearly in half.

He knew if he killed the well dressed man and woman inside this box the higher ups of his Syndicate might be a bit unhappy, so dropping the mangled body he turned all of his attention to the last low born in the room, pouncing on him and mauling him to death claw after vicious claw, blood spraying about the box to the soundtrack of the blood soaked VIPs that were lucky enough to bear witness to Rafe's savagery.

Rafe stood up, the whole affair from puncturing the saferoom till now had only taken about fifteen seconds or so. Dripping blood, what seemed like every square inch of his fur or clothing was saturated in it so much so that it appeared to have a full coat of it painted on. He leaned toward the VIP woman and sniffed her

You will bow.. was all he had said, both of them fell to the floor begging for their lives. There was no doubt in Rafe's mind what they had just bore witness to would change their lives forever, for Rafe though... this was just a Tuesday night....

The armored man pushed his way past her and proceeded to open fire on the thugs that had arrived. Add to that the fact that he was holding someone's head in the air and yelling and she almost felt like she was back on Dathomir hunting an intruder. The Nightbrothers had a nasty way of dealing with trespassers that also involved taking off people's heads.

She stood still for a moment, watching the blaster bolts go flying to and fro. Several people went down and the blasterfire was mostly focused on Mr. Armor.

Then came some sort of firebomb, that was convenient as well. Renfry found herself once again forgotten, but that was perfect. A duck behind a nearby speeder was followed by a momentary flash of green. Once again, she was behind the thugs, manifesting with another flash of green behind another speeder. She moved carefully, not wanting to be shot or bombed by her own people.

She maintained cover behind the speeder as she looked out over the thugs. She wished she had her lightbow here, but she'd make due without it. She transitioned the knife to her other hand and conjured a bolt of green with her free hand. She selected the thug furthest to the rear and sent it flying. In many ways it looked like a blaster bolt except more round and a bit slower, but it burned less and hit harder. It shattered the back of the man's ribs, leaving a nasty burn as it slammed him into a speeder and then knocked him to the ground.

Letting Rafe eat one of the reinforcements had some upsides it had to be said... so long as the other sentient was comfortable with it, Tacitus didn't really see any problems with it. They were going to be killing them anyway, what did it matter that they were probably going to die screaming as a sentient creature ate them alive? Only difference to Tacitus was that the screams might be louder.

Or wetter.

He nodded along as the Mando and the Rodian went outside to assist with the reinforcements. Tacitus busied himself by pouring himself a glass of whiskey as Rafe tore into one of them teeth-first. That actually got both of Tacitus' eyebrows to raise and he tried to see which one was being killed... no... no that wasn't one of the important ones so he didn't move a finger.

"Seems that Rafe has made our point in blood and my allies are making my point in bodies outside."
he mused, taking a sip of an obscenely priced whiskey that actually didn't even taste nice, "Try the tequila on your way out to finish off the rest outside with our friends if you'd like Rafe; I'm going to set something up with these lovely people."

Tacitus rested the barrel of his blaster pistol against the forehead of one of the two remaining owners of the club.

"Convince me that you deserve to keep the club under the guidance of the Syndicate."

He stroked the trigger and the sentient swallowed thickly before stammering out an answer.

"B-because it was his idea!"

Tacitus looked to the other leader before humming and pulling the trigger, blasting the brains out of the one who had tried selling the other one out. What was that expression about stitches again? Didn't matter because that wasn't why he had let the 'leader' live. Instead he rested his blaster against the shoulder of the surviving owner casually.

"You did a lot of work and you got all your friends really riled up. You were never stronger than you were an hour ago."
he tapped the man's cheek with the barrel, "And you still lost to a group of four. Know why I'm letting you live? Because you'll know better when your friends start thinking they have a great idea. You'll know and you'll choose life... the Syndicates expect their 40% to resume within the week."

Flicking the switch to stun, Tacitus blasted the now sole owner of the property and grabbed a bottle of vodka for the road. If there were still enemies outside he would engage at pistol range but, well, something told him they were done here and it was time to bug out before the local PD showed up.

The owner should have had enough local connections to get this cleared away... and if he didn't? That was a whole mess of "Not Tac's problem" right there.

Taldorak laughed, even as bolts pinged his armor and even scored some hits. Something about the pain and the death really just got his blood rushing. As the firefight continued outside he'd look over to 'Hawk'. "Is me being sick twist a bad thing? Cuz if so, I don't want to be right!" There was a thum as he expelled the cartridge of his peacemaker and slammed another one home.

"Alright boys, time to get physical!" He would dart forward, activating his jetpack to carry him skyward and that's when he hit them with the ol' razzle dazzle. That manic laugh was accompanied by the hum of his flamethrower, a beautiful crimson stream emanating to engulf a handful of thugs. Landing, the thug to his right was dropped by a green bolt, odd. No matter to him, he'd turn, firing three rounds into the closest thug before holstering the weapon.

Tal cursed as a bolt his thigh and that's when he spun, flicking one of his knives into the mans jugular and the second knife got launched right to where the cod piece should have been for the second target. Now that he had some clearance, he'd activate the next wave of his whistling birds, dropping another four enemies. Spice had been promised, and now he was looking forward to it.

Vri had been prepping her next round of firebombs when Mando really cut loose and unleashed a torrent of heavy weapons all over the enemy lines while flying around on his JETPACK. Did he always have a jetpack? Why didn't she have a jetpack? This was some hot Bantha kark right here, and she'd have to rectify that mistake at some point. The fact that he had a small arsenal of devastating weapons stuck up his sleeves definitely wasn't helping her envy, so she resolved to just start bombing the reinforcement speeders.

Only to look over and suddenly notice the helmeted woman in her midst, taking down the back ranks of the approaching goons with...some kind of weird blaster pistol apparently. Vri had certainly never seen big, green, slow-moving blaster bolts before, but she wasn't exactly worldly. She turned back to the interior of the bar, where Suit and Fluffy were busy scaring the absolute kriff out of the captured VIPs, leaving her standing alone in the entrance way as the rest of the team essentially mopped up.

"Huh..." With a shrug, she pulled up her helmet enough to get her mouth on the lip of her improvised firebomb, pulling out the rag and gunning the potent alcohol as fast as possible. It burned in all the best ways going down and topped off the mild buzz she'd walked into this operation with.

Rafe's adrenaline was still pumping wildly, the blood flowing from the thrill of combat and mass murder he was inflicting. He'd let this guy deal with the talking, stooping down low enough to sniff and growl at the man @Tacitus Agrippa had allowed to live, sending even more fear coursing through his weak body, before turning his attention to the firefight outside the club, Rafe was a mandalorian at heart, and if there was a fight nearby he was dam sure gonna be in it.

Rafe was already a quick beast, the muscles on his legs alone probably comprised the same volume as all of the muscles in the average human, he had used all four long claw ended appendages to run out of the club, the speed was impressive, he'd have his bearings as soon as he cleared the door, and his agility would allow him to dodge his cohorts and begin a dead bolt run toward the enemy line.

Rafe leapt into the air, the same time his jetpack engaging making him soar through the air toward whatever unlucky thug had caught his eye first..
8d17a66e3c8eb6077a81ebf79814ced9.gif

He landed hard on the fool his claws ripping chunks of flesh off him, even pulling a rib out on his first claw. He only slashed the man a few times before he went limp and Rafe turned his attention to two other men standing near by. From under the jaw Rafe grabbed on with his left claw, his middle and ring finger puncturing and entering the man's mouth from below. The other he grabbed by the shoulder and activated his jetpack once more to fly upwards.

The poor fellow who's mouth had had Rafe's clawed fingers inside of did not lift off the ground, but Rafe took his jaw with him as he ascended leaving him a bloody gorey and mutilated mess. Undoubtedly he would fall over dead but Rafe didn't look down to see it, he had the other man gripped tightly in his right claw as he flew upward, sinking his teeth into the man's throat and bitting down hard... he felt the tissue give way inside his own mouth as the warm lifeblood spilled across his tongue.

He had jettisoned upwards about thirty or so feet when he let go of the man, sending him tumbling back to the street below. As he angled himself to land on a nearby ledge deep enough to take cover from blaster fire the wet splat sound could be heard below as the limp body hit the ground and blood went everywhere.

For the moment Rafe was out of view, he needed to decide if it was time to go or not, local law wouldn't be that far out at this point..

Renfry wasn't the squeamish type at all, but there was something in the air that gave her the impression that the people she was working with were truly insane. They seemed to enjoy wholesale slaughter simply for the sake of killing. She supposed that made them better for this type of operation, but maybe not the most trustworthy lot.

More fire rained down from above on the thugs and she her hands lit with a green light. A similar light appeared around two of the thugs running for cover, slamming them into the ground. It focused around their heads, and bringing them down to impact the ground over and over until pools of blood formed on the streets. At this rate, they'd be out of enemies to kill any minute.

She supposed that was fine, the sooner this was finished, the better. She didn't fancy sticking around when the police did finally show up.

Tacitus had been calling the Mando a Mando because his armor had been shaped like some traditional Mando armor. Stood to reason then that he was a Mando, right? Of course it was one thing to know that someone was a Mando and another thing altogether to be able to see them cutting loose in a way that only a Mando could.

Honestly made him a little bit jealous but he wasn't going to let it slow him down at all. He'd make sure that when he hit the big time and had more credits that his armor had all the bells and whistles too! Though maybe not those whistling bird things - he wasn't sure how they actually knew who was an enemy and who was an ally.

He'd stick to 'dumb' weapons he knew worked and knew how they worked.

Seeing his allies getting to work meant getting to see that the reinforcements were all but dead at this point. With their leadership having sworn fealty and gotten themselves stunned, he was happy to put a pin in this whole op. He fired twice into the air with his blaster pistol to gain their attention.

"Alright we're outta here!"
he called out, "Objective complete so run the kark away before the PD arrive! Move your arses!"

Tacitus would suit actions to word and make a break for it himself. He had a speeder bike hidden around here for this exact reason; he would make sure to wire the other payments when he arrived at his safehouse though.

A quick fallback was no reason not to pay your crew after all.

The sound of sirens would pull the killer from his reverie, followed by shouting from Tac. He had a jetpack, but he wasn't sure the others had really thought about an escape plan. Despite his questionable mental state, the man was loyal to those he killed with and as the 5-0 turned the corner he stepped into the path. Even with the helm on, they could hear a slight inhale as if he was taking a whiff. "Smell that? Smells like bacon! You guys get out of here, I'll keep them busy and off your tail!"

As he moved past the others he would shoot Vri with a finger gun "Ya owe me some spice, Hawk." and with that, he offered a gentlemanly half-bow before heading towards the police speeders. Peacemaker drawn, he'd aim at the driver of the first one and open fire. Be it Hod Haran, skill, or luck, one of the six shots would nail the driver and the speeder would collide into one of the others as it tipped, killing the four cops involved. The resulting traffic jam would offer the criminals even more of a chance to escape.

With a final glance back, he ran towards the police speeders and just before he made contact, he'd fly over their heads with the jetpack, dropping a thermal detonator down atop one of the other speeders. If there was anything he was sure of now, it was that the cops would definitely chase a cop killer over some robbers.

At the sound of sirens, Vri nearly choked on her booze before remembering they were far enough up that Coruscant Security actually responded to active crimes instead of wandering around committing them. Frantically, she pulled down her helmet before running over to the bar, grabbing as many bottles as she could stuff haphazardly into her pockets, before bolting out the door trailing high-class hooch.

"Kriff you!" The last thing she said to Mando before tearing around the side alley where she'd stashed her precious swoop bike before the raid. If they weren't so pressed for time Vri would have loved to get her hands on that damned 'Mando' guy, although whether she'd strangle him for bringing up her lost spice or do something else was up in the air. He'd certainly made this little shakedown fun for her, decapitations not withstanding, but now it was time to bolt.

Thankfully, she had a de-limited Skyblade to rocket her out of this situation and back down to the lower levels, where respectable surface officers wouldn't follow. She left just in time to watch Mando blast away at the front row of police speeders, causing a massive pileup and a fireball.

"KRIFF THE CSF!!" She shouted, maxing out the engines as she blasted out of sight.

Rafe was already in the shadows, it would only be a small amount of effort to stick to them as he faded away from the battlefield, removing his poncho he wiped the blood off himself, although some stains wouldn't come out, when he was satisfied he dropped the poncho in a dumpster as he went, making his way back to his ship to get off this over patrolled planet.

There was no goodbyes, or job well dones, that didn't happen in this line of work, but everyone knew they'd accomplished what they'd came here to do, and the normal congratulations was a deposit into your account at the end of the day. Rafe was content with this, though he might never see them again, he'd made some new contacts here this night, and who knew perhaps they'd come in handy.

It wouldn't be long until Rafe found his ship and left this planet behind..

Just like that, it was over. Already at the rear of their enemies, as she watched the others make their exits, she lingered a moment. Jetpacks, grenades, speeders, and the like made it easy for her to slip away. Another flash of green and she was away from the street, running across rooftops.

She didn't stop until she was a good distance away, the image of smoke still rising into the "sky" in the distance. Her helmet flipped up and her pace turned much slower. Time would tell what came of that, but it never hurt to have some friends in low places.
