Jon was ready for anything to happen when the containment fields came down; his senses were on absolute emergency alert mode in case anyone tried anything funny. However, as the warrior he had previously seen wielding a lightwhip stepped forward and begged for the opportunity to accompany the vanquished challenger to the med bay, Jon knew that an opportunity had presented itself which he could not pass up.

As the throngs of warriors rushed forward to surround the reaffirmed Mand'alor on the stage, Jon's hand flashed out with inhuman speed and knicked something from a passing verd's bandolier. Tucking it into a cargo pocket, he then stuck his hand high into the air to catch Corden's attention.

"Mand'alor! I ask for the honor of being the second to accompany Lucius to the medbay! I think I have proven today I am more than capable of guarding and preventing any possible attack!"

Jon looked out of the corner of his eye and saw that Apollo was staring at him, his face a mix of rage - given the way things had turned out - and curiosity - Jon hadn't had the time to fill his leader in on what he was thinking. Jon sent him a short burst of reassurance, hoping that Apollo would trust his aide-de-camp enough to not step in and ruin this plan in its infancy.

A'den walked away from his Aliit to check in on Alarann, he had been taken from the assembly and into the medbay. He entered the medbay and as procedure called for turned over all firearms except a pair of vibroknives, which he had tucked in his boots.

He entered the room where Alarann sat and stared at him. "How are you feeling vod?" He asked as he removed his helmet. "The war is over...we are united once again...peace has fallen over the Mandalorians. For how long no one knows, but for now it is peaceful." A'den said with a smile.

Corden regarded the young warrior who stood below before nodding his head in approval. He raised his voice above the clamor that surrounded them, "Do as you will, Ver'alor. The security detail is yours to lead."

Without further delay, Corden stepped toward the ramp, moving to dismount the platform and join Apollo. Two warriors moved to flank him and provide escort, but he waved them off with a gauntleted hand.

"Ner vode... I'm no Roxton Dagger. I've no need for bodyguards. Go. Help with wounded."

Akela Parjir was observing everything going on in silence. It was true that they lost the battle but at least he was glad that Lucius was alive. It was true that tonight Corden has proved that he deserves at least some respect even from the loyalist clans but still Akela knew well that there would always be troubled since there were still a lot of different ideals within the Mandalorians as a whole.

"Well I must say that you have came so far since that day you were standing in front of Roxton's HQ's and challenging him for a fight.." Akela said as he approached the recently crowned Mandalorian.

"I would like to congratulate you for your new position Mandalore and I must say that you truly do deserve respect even from the loyalist clans that stood against you since the day you challenged Roxton" Akela added as he spoke to Corden but he was not looking directly at him and had his arms folded behind his back.

"I would surely be honored to fight by your side Mandalore Vencu someday..... But we Mandalorians do have principals and believes that we can't go back on. After all, it is pretty clear that the whole Mandalorian faction will be fighting side to side with the sith and that is a thing I can't do since it is against my believes and principals as a Mandalorian warrior." Akela said as he looked down on the ground, this was clearly a fact that Akela did not want to think about but regardless it was a fact and it was going to happen wither he liked it or not.

"So I guess this is me bidding my farewell to you and to my people, but still I know that someday we will definitely meet again Mandalore Vencu" He said as he extended his hand to greet Corden, it was true that he never expected himself to extend his hand for Corden but well the new Mandalore did deserve the respect from the loyalist clans even after all what he has done.

"If you abandon them when they need you most, they are not your people." Corden replied, eyeing the warrior that had stepped forward, "Stay and you will not be forced to fight alongside the Imperium unless we are in dire need of warriors. Every clan, every individual, will have the right to abstain... Even so, you must be willing to support our people in some capacity, even if indirectly. Farm our fields, work our factories-- if you are a mercenary or a hunter, donate a portion of your payouts-- but do not expect any one of us here to shake your hand, smile, and wish you well for leaving."

Not waiting for a reply, Corden walked on, several members of his clan close at his heels. He wouldn't try to convince the warrior to stay or go. It was a personal decision and one no one could make for him. Corden merely gave the man an alternative to abandoning his people in a time of need.

As the transfusion continued, the doctor flipped through the datapad and began to speak. "I'm giving him a scan while you're giving him blood. He's not bleeding internally as much as I initially expected, but there is some damage to a lung. Several ribs are broken, as is his nose. He has third-degree burns on his chest, where the flail hit. He'll need skin grafts to cover that up," the doctor said. "His condition is still critical, though he can be taken to your ship, provided your medbay is adequate."

"It is," Eire said. "We've got what he needs."
"Well, sign this and he's in your hands."

The doctor handed Eire the datapad and a pen. He pointed where Eire needed to sign.

OOC: Old Spice you're going to need to heavily edit or outright delete your above post. Not nearly enough time has passed for your blood tranfusion to be done with, and you have not given enough time for other players, specifically me, to reply.

We have already addressed this whole 'responding too quickly and not giving other players time to respond' thing several times, so there's no excuse for this.

I will replace this with an IC post once you have deleted and/or edited your post.

Upon hearing words spoken a few rooms down A'den stepped out of Alarann's room, his natural curiosity had been sparked. He saw a young short Mandalorian that had been on stage during the slaughter. He then noticed a woman, an ex Loyaltist that had been locked in the same containment field as him enter the room. Now he was very interested, to say the least.

Hey, Kid! Who is in that room? He asked the younger Mandalorian as he made to enter the room behind a woman and whoever was speaking in that medbay room.
