Amos took a moment as the clone took his "bucket" off to study the face of Jango Fett. A strong jawline and serious eyes characterized the clone's features; there was no doubt in Amos' mind that the Kaminoans had chosen well when selecting the genetic basis for the clones.

Amos checked his chrono after Silencer asked about the medic's ETA. "They should be here in a few minutes" he guessed, and no sooner were the words out of his mouth than a Ranger medic became visible through the trees. The woman got right to work inspecting Silencer's injured leg.

"Do you remember how you were injured?" Amos asked Silencer.

The Ranger medic had barely begun inspecting Silencer's leg when a female voice called out through the clearing. Amos whirled around to identify the source, seeing a newcomer on the edge of the clearing. He was about to respond when a man leapt down out of a tree and put a hand on his shoulder, encouraging Amos and Silencer to leave the scene. Amos, however, was bewildered by the sudden turn of events.

"Now wait just a minute!" he spluttered, turning to the man. "Who are you... and who is she? And what could you possibly need me for?"

Amos McCord was many things, and curious was one of them.

silencer was shocked. he had been betrayed. he tried to get up but the sith had trap'ed him with the force. he couldn't do anything as he was taken away.

The Order... Amos' brow knit briefly before he realized what Adom was referring to. He was a Jedi! The trouble that Adom must have sensed quickly reared its head as the woman ignited a sizzling red lightsaber. She was a Sith!

Amos whimpered slightly and backed away from the woman, well aware of the fact that he did not have a weapon. Even if he did, it likely wouldn't matter- he'd seen firsthand the destruction that the Sith could wreak with their power. However, the Sith wasn't interested in Amos or Adam- she wanted the clone. Much to Amos' surprise, the Jedi allowed Silencer to be take captive! Amos wanted to intervene, but he was powerless to do so. Quickly, the Sith made off with Silencer in tow, leaving Amos and Adom alone with the medic. Hardly believing the turn of events, Amos turned to the Jedi.

"You said you were hunting Sith, right? Did that one not count?" he asked, his voice indignant.

"What plan?" Amos' voice went even higher; he was aware that he was causing a scene unbefitting his status as a senior Ranger, but how was he supposed to explain to HQ that he'd lost the last known Clone Trooper mere minutes after finding him?

"Master Jedi, how does letting this clone get captured help us find the Sith? And why are you risking Silencer's life to do so?"

Amos, by profession, was good at asking questions, and would not go until the mysterious Jedi answered a few more. "This was turned into a search and rescue mission to determine if Silencer trusts me? I'm... I'm a counselor, not a field agent! Even with a Mandalorian on my side, rescuing Silencer from that Sith will be nearly impossible!"
