Come now Mephiles ... surely your great Jedi teachers have better prepared you ... you are still holding back. I can feel it.
Feris sprinted to striking distance yet again and hissed as he lashed out at Mephiles. Their blades became locked in a struggle of might between Feris and Mephiles. The heat was beaming off the blades as they crackled and grinded together. Feris used his might to try to overpower Mephiles and push his blade down on Mephiles, who was holding it back with his blue blade.
[Test your might!]
You have been trained to hold back, restrain your emotions and conceal your thoughts. They have made a robot out of you. You follow their teachings blindly with the hope that someday there will be ... something bigger ... some enlightenment that will make all the restraint worth while. BUT IT WILL NOT! YOU WASTE YOUR TRUE POTENTIAL!
The two stood face to face and the anger in Feris' voice rose. He pitied Mephiles. Someone who he viewed as a respectable enemy since their first duel. Mephiles' training and skills have been neglected by the Jedi Order and this was a betrayal. He wanted more for someone he used to hold in such esteem. He felt betrayed a little himself that this wasn't more of a fight ... how could this JEDI have come so little in such a long time?
