Ferrerra attack 'a genocide' ordered by the Sith Empire, claims Lothal Senator
In a staggering attack on the Free Worlds Alliance (FWA) yesterday, the planet of Ferrerra was set aflame by a war fleet, which reduced much of the planet to ash in a matter of hours. Casualties are estimated to be in the millions, with the Independent Systems Consortium (ISC) and New Republic (NR) sending relief missions to the effected world.
However, Senator Cal Starros, who was present on the world when the attack commenced, made a shocking broadcast earlier today, in which he confirmed Herald reports that the Sith Empire ordered, and led the attack.
Describing the attack as a 'genocide', the Senator for Lothal directly accused the leader of the Sith Empire, known as the 'Eternal' of ordering, or directly leading, the attack, which has led to the death of millions of citizens on the world.
"Citizens of the Galaxy, there is no other way to describe the actions committed on Firrerre today - it was a genocide. One that was committed, and I say this with confidence, by a member of the Sith 'Empire'. Many of you will have seen reports suggesting that this attack was carried out either by or on the direct orders of, the Eternal; the leader of this so-called 'Empire'. It is my belief that this assessment is correct."
