Kalira stood in the sparring room of the Temple. She was waiting for her new teacher. She had not been told who it was but she did not care. A teacher would be easier for her to learn from than from holocrons that she couldn't care less about except for the few that she learned more strength from. Kalira closed her eyes and waited. Her new teacher would be arriving shortly.

Gienn approached one of the many training rooms in the Sith temple. Korriban was the perfect place to learn the ways of the Dark Side of the Force. And that's what he would help someone do.

That someone was Kalira Zihn. He didn't know much about her, except that she strove to learn the art of the assassin. This should go well.

Gienn stepped into the room, and stopped before Kalira. "Hello. I am Gienn, your new master. You will call me Master, and you will treat me like your Master. Because I own you now. You are here to be broken and remade, so let's begin. What power do you already possess?"

Kalira openned her eyes. So her master was Gienn. "Hello Master," she said. She did not like being told that he owned her. "How does this power strike you?" she said as she sent minor forms of electrycity spewing out of her hands, toward her new master.

Gienn ducked under the attack in the blink of an eye, and slammed Kalira against the wall with the Force. He held her there, unable to move, and approached. "You haven't earned the right to attack me, you're not even a Sith. Sith are powerful, Sith are wise, and Sith do not greet their Master with arrogance! Prove to me that you are bot a waste of my time. Listen to my command, then act. It's a simple process that most of my apprentices understand before they walk through the kriffing door!"

Tendrils of lightning shot from Gienns fingers and struck Kalira in the chest and stomach. "This is but a taste of the power you can have, but if you disrespect me again, I will end your miserable life."

Kalira grew angrier. She hated to feel the pain that her father had given her as punishment. "Alright!" she yelled. "I'm sorry Master. I will obey and respect from now on," she said as she nelt with her head down.

"Good. The path to becoming a dark assassin is arduous, and you will wish for death many times. I will not allow you that pleasure, I will pour into you knowledge, and you will mold that knowledge into strength. Now tell me -with words, not actions- what knowledge of the Force do you already possess?"

Kalira looked up, "I can Choke, Push, Pull, Throw, Move things, Jump, I can sense most beings, I can cloak myself in the Force, and use minor lightning; witch you've already seen." Kalira stood up. She faught the urge to choke Gienn, witch she knew she would regret later anyway.

"I see. Have you been trained in lightsaber combat?"

Gienn circled his apprentice now, sensing her mental weaknesses. Amongst them, he discovered an unhealthy rage that could fuel ambition, and also make her blind to logic. She would be difficult indeed.

Kalira smirked at that question and pulled out her lightsaber. "Would I be alive if I didn't?" she asked. "I was born and raised here on Korriban by my father, who was a marauder. Do you think I would be alive if I didn't have a lightsaber or learned at least one form of combat?" she seathed.

"I see. A simple test of cunning, then. If you can strike me, I will declare you a marauder here and now."

Gienn pulled the long handle from his back, and the crimson blade snap-hissed into life. He raised his guard, and cleared his mind.

Kalira's eyes got big. "You want me to fight you now?" she asked. She didn't need a reply so she drew. She lifted her saber above her head and aimed it at her master.

((Sorry for the wait))

Gienn simply stood still. He would stand still as long as his apprentice would permit. He was testing her cunning. If she waited too long, she would be weak. Gienn knew she wouldn't wait long, he could sense her resolve. It was only a matter of time.

"Remember, strike me, and I will bow to call you Master."

Kalira ran toward her master. She jumped and swung her blade down at him as she landed.

Gienn calmly stepped to the side and away from the attack. Then he pushed his apprentice away with the Force. "I haven't even drawn my blade yet. Don't disappoint me..."

Taunting, the best way to see what kind of focus one had. Gienn had fostered a talent for taunting since he'd taken up several padawans.

Kalira landed then turned and used the Force in an attempt to pull Gienn into her blade. She was sure he wouldn't end up with her blade in him if he was as good as he seemed, yet if she caut him off gard he might.

Gienn did not falter, and instead allowed himself to be pulled forward. The moment before he met Kalira's blade, he planted his feet on the ground, and sent a shock of electricity to her hand to disarm her.

"It is apparent that you've been trained well thus far. Your attack is lacking however. You need focus. It's not enough to be angry and lash out. You have to control your anger and pain, make them work for you, not the other way around. This is your first lesson."

Gienn began to pace about, pondering how ge would teach her what ever came next. "I have other apprentices, you know. I train them all to kill, and one day, one of my apprentices will kill me. I you wish to be a Sith, truly, then you will have to kill. Come with me."

Gienn led Kalira out of the training room and throughout the halls of the temple. "I'm taking you to a tomb long since forgotten. Here, you will face fear."

Kalira followed her master. "Who's tomb is it Master?" she asked. When they reached the outside of the Temple it made her wonder even more.

"An nameless Sith Lord from Millenia past. All that is left of him is his tomb, infested with creatures of the darkside."

Gienn stopped in front of the tomb entrance, and ran his hand over the stone door. "Inside, you will find things that are as real as you believe. I cannot go with you, and you may only take your lightsaber. Find the Sith Lords scepter, and bring it to me."

((Basically just make a few paragraphs post about wandering the tomb, encountering things like mynocks and hawk bats, and maybe even a terrantatek. Then find the scepter and escape a booby trap or something.))

Kalira was hesitent, she knew there was nothing to fear as long as she believed that. Kalira openned the door. She walked inside it was dark and her senses were now on very high alert.

As she walked in she saw several creatures: hawk bats, mynocks, and several other creatures that she would not talke the time to recognize. She finally reached the end of the tomb. There the casket that held the body of the dead Sith lay. Kalira approched the casket. A long forgotten Sith lay inside. Kalira looked around her. The scepter lay against the wall on the other side. She used the Force to pull the scepter to herself.

Kalira looked at the casket. I wonder if only the Sith is inside, she thought. Kalira lifted the lid of the casket with the Force and set it down on hte other side. Inside was the Sith and in his hand he held an object. Kalira looked at the object. It was a pyramid shape. Suddenly Kalira realized what she had found. She took the object out of the casket and hid it in her cloak. She then replaced the lid.

As Kalira turned to leave more creatures appeared suddenly the ceiling of the tomb started to open and several rhak-skuri came out of it Kalira ran. Not exactly fearing the creatures but afraid of what might happen if she stayed any longer.

Kalira ran to the door and stopped two feet from the light. She walked through the door to find her master standing by the tomb, waiting for her. She closed the door and handed the scepter to her master. "Here you are Master."

"That was quick. Well if you dispatched all enemies, then congratulations. If you simply ran, you are truly weak. Hand it over."

Gienn took the scepter, which was actually next to worthless. Then he stared at his apprentice for a long moment.

"When you return again, you can hand over the real treasure. That which you have already found. For now, go eliminate your enemies. I will not have an apprentice who cuts corners!"

Gien used the Force to push Kalira back into the tomb, and closed the door behind her.

((Sorry I wasn't specific before. You gotta do some fighting.))
