The Imperial Mining Consortium that has a controlling interest in Mimban has long sense used 'prisoners with jobs' as their primary laborers. These people have been found guilty of crimes against the Empire ranging from sedition, encouraging rebellion to open political dissent. Though not technically treasonous and for the most part non-violent, these prisoners have been sentenced to death nonetheless. Life in the central mines is hard, unforgiving and brutally managed.
The Galactic Alliance has found this to be a prime target. If they can seize control of the primary mine on the northern hemisphere, the workers will create a huge and motivated army able and willing to help liberate their brethren elsewhere on the world. The rebel forces dispatched must find their way through to the mine control building, bypass or defeat their security and release the prisoners.

Two Jedi had been sent on this mission — Devrim Wolfe and Pho Gorcru. Though the Rebel Commander had not yet been on any assignment with Pho and hadn't even met him before, it encouraged the black-clad man that there were Jedi out there that he hadn't met. It meant that the Order was growing, and it was growing strong.
It was dawn, and the first rays of sunlight had begun shining down on the mining camp. The buildings seemed homely, but that was far from the truth — the prisoners inside were barely given enough food, only receiving what was deemed necessary to carry out their daily quotas at the mine. What an awful place, Devrim thought, staying silent as he walked along the cobblestone path. He and Pho approached the camp from the southwest corner, passing in front of a building on their left. Their goal was a smaller building near the center of the camp, where the overseer and guards were housed in comfort. With them dealt with, then the Empire would no longer have any control over the prisoners here.
Clad in his usual black armour that could very well be mistaken to be that of a Sith, Devrim was armed with his usual weapons, save his PIPE. It was far too heavy and conspicuous to carry around out in the open. However, instead of the usual dual frag grenades on his belt, Devrim carried a pair of freshly-acquired Thermal Detonators. (Mission Reward) Keeping his eyes open for any guards, Devrim remained alert.
