I do absolutely nothing and I'm 5'8 120 pounds.

I do want muscles but...I just don't want to work for them. Don't know why I'm so lazy.

i don't strain myself at all. I do what's good for you and focus on the elements of fitness.
Muscle strength
Muscle Endurance
Flexibility
Muscle composition
Cardiovascular excercise.

I wake up and stretch, I walk to school, after school I stretch before sprinting, I do push-ups and sit ups before I go to sleep. AndI'm done :)

I'm incredibly tall and incredibly skinny. Though I do carry an alright amount of muscle, though it's not incredibly visible.

I just plopped a treadmill right in front of my tv and played video games while walking. Once I got that started I just hit the Gym, picked everything up from there. It's not too hard, you just gotta find an alright weight (usually 10, 12 pounds to start off) and do a number of reps that just works for you. More if you reps if you wanna lose weight, less if you want to gain defenition and whatnot.

Though I do smoke, which is a bitch to work through. It gets easier though.

Jog 30 minutes a day everyday, along with Wednesday's PT in school. Prepping for the NFTs to nab a Gold Star by doing 30 push ups, 50 sit ups in the morning before a shower, and lifting on the weekends with my archery buddies.

It works out. I suggest doing things early in the morning to get your blood flowing no matter how unpleasent it is (the shower is a lot more refreshing then...), and stretching before ANYTHING because you can do so much more when you're loose. I'm a solid 6'0" and weigh in at 160, probably a little more than I should but I am TOTALLY built, haha.

Well, I can't jog because my ankle and knee are crippled, but I do stretch, I do atleast thirty chin ups because im lazy, fifty crunches because those are easy, and fifty push ups because those are easy and I have to do them anyway. :P I really can't do anything else to stay in shape like jumping jacks. I also do some exersises in ROTC and PT, but nothing that could hurt my leg anymore then it already is.

Monday- Chest, short run.
Tuesday- Back, abs.
Wednesday- Shoulders, swim or short run.
Thursday- Bicep/Tricep, abs.
Friday- Distance run, plus an extra cardio something, usually boxing.

Sometimes I switch run and ab days. I primarily do body weight exercises, and use resistance bands, and I switch up the routine for each muscle group regularly. Generally, I do 15-20 reps per exercise, and 3-4 sets of each. I do at least 3 or 4 different exercises per muscle group. 30 seconds to a minute of rest between sets. I try to vary and switch things up a lot, or else I get bored and lose motivation.

I rest on the weekends, but often do something like walk somewhere, go for a leisurely swim, hike, etc. Something active, but not really strenuous.

I always stretch before working out, and usually in the morning too to help wake up.

No. I have never smoked, drank or done drugs, and I never will.
I don't either, just wondering if that migh've had some part in this.

Chin ups are not bad. In ROTC, if you do something wrong they make you do lots of push ups. This one kid was caught cussing some other dude out and he had to do 500. About a week ago, another dude got caught with drugs in the bathroom, he had to do 5000! AND got suspended!

I smoke and I drink yet I exercise as well because, well, I'm hilariously inconsistent. It's worked so far. Just hit the gym three or four times a week and you're golden.

DDuron, how tall are you? 220 lbs. isn't great but you're not morbidly obese or anything.

If you can get to a local hardware store and you look around on the internet or even order the DVD, I know you were in ROTC in high school and there's a sledgehammer workout you would love if you liked PT. It works EVERYTHING and will help if you're going for the 300.

I will never drink, atleast I hope I won't. Had a little about a year ago at my boyfriends party. (Nothing happened! Other people were in fact there!) And I took a sip of my best friends, of which she stole from her dad. Naughty children! Well, I didn't like it. ^^"

I'll only advocate drinking, if you do it right. People who mix a bunch of spirits and then swear off drinking for the rest of their lives just haven't experienced it the way they're supposed to.

It helps when you have the metabolism faster than a neutrino.

I smoke and drink more than I probably should, but still manage to stay in shape. In fact, I got laughed at yesterday for standing around and smoking a cigarette with some of my guys immediately prior to going for a 3 mile run.

If you're consistent and actually work for your health, you can work through any smoking or drinking you may do- not that I advocate drinking copious amounts of alcohol regularly or anything...

Nah. I weigh a little over 160lbs, and I'm only 5'10". It depends on whether the weight is body fat or muscle. I look pretty damn skinny, because my body fat is low, but muscle is denser than fat, so I'm heavier than I look.

Like Juniors in High School...or all College kids nowadays. I've been to a fraternity party and it's not that fun.

A few beers/shots with friends at the weekend is alright, any further than that is just stupid.

I'd say six-eight beers, two-three shots. Not all together though, a mix would be like two shots and three or four beers or one shot and five or six beers. But yeah, if you just go crazy it's...it's not worth it.

Edit: This means if you're talking to the limit. On a normal day or something, four beers or a couple shots is fine for me. Or maybe a nice, small glass of whisky.

Anyone who says they never have/never will try alcohol is pretty naive imo. A few quiet beers with mates is tops.
