Hey all how's it going?

This is the new guy posting. A little about myself...

I'm in the Military, I love every second of it. If I'm not training with that I'm usually hanging out with friends, gaming, or trying to learn something new. I can be a bit hot-headed at times, however I learned how to keep it under control.

I use to RP in the SWTOR forums before they got rid of it. Yes, I know that was a long time ago I've been away from my computer for a long time too. Anything else don't be afriad to ask.

I'm looking forward to a nice long stay here.

So while I was away I was working on some characters to RP as. I got really attached to one that I made, but I have no idea if he is too powerful or anything like that. I tried putting in the system of checks and balances. So I suppose my question is this...

What are the limitations to a character and does the bio and what not have to be under a certain length?

Limitations, well. For most startimg members, they're restricted to base rank, Padawan, acolyte, or otherwise. Unless you make an indie, in which... It doesn't really matter.

I'd say stick away from one of a kind personal force powers or legendary-ish ones like Shatterpoint, flow walk, Battle meditation and so on. Jiang has a big thing against Teleport, but i don't see it, as it's by no means a skill that can be used in a hurry.

What i would suggest is do your profile first with everything you want, and then people could aid you to balance it into what would be acceptable, or beneficial to you. Just my two cents.

You have to apply for super powerul lightsaber crystals and a pure courtosis does not short out lightsabers. But it it lightsaber retardant. There's also a ban on yuushang Vong Tech and the race as a whole, as well as a consensus you're not allowed to wear full body covering light saber resistant armour.
