COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE:
Forrare Presdan is an attractive, fair-skinned young Human woman who stands at five-foot-ten and weighs one-hundred thirty-five pounds. She has dark brown hair that goes halfway down her neck, and deep brown eyes. Forrare wears simple clothing for a smuggler, generally consisting of a white shirt, black pants and a matching jacket, and black low-heeled boots. She has an ammo belt for her blaster pistol that she keeps across her hips, which also has a holster for the heavy blaster pistol she keeps on her person as well as small pockets for things like food rations and a small holoprojector that can fit in her palm.
PERSONALITY:
Forrare, being raised in the lifestyle of a smuggler, is rather sly and conniving when she has to be, as taught by her father. This usually shows when she's gambling, being able to con others out of their credits using deception and subtle flirting to distract those that would feasibly be attracted to her, but she is also capable of using her looks and wiles in other circumstances that would allow for it. She is generally a bit cheery when talking to others. Notably, unlike many smugglers, Forrare does not do what she does solely for her own sake, nor does she necessarily like working for criminal elements given that one such crime lord cheated her out of a comfortable life. Forrare has, on multiple occasions, given up to half of what she gets from successful smuggling runs to the less fortunate after seeing how they live under the Hutt Cartel.
Forrare, throughout her smuggling career both with her parents and on her own, has shown herself to be quick-witted and somewhat headstrong, standing up for herself and those less fortunate than her when she can, and even scamming lesser criminals that try to act tough out of their possessions. While rather idealistic compared to others of her profession (and with a mild vigilante streak), she is not stupid and is fully aware that she is but a single woman in a large galaxy, so while she certainly would like vengeance for what happened to her family several years ago, she tends to be very careful with her dealings with other criminals and crime lords, only cheating them when she feels can get away with it and otherwise doing what she's told... for now at least.
LIKES AND DISLIKES:
Forrare has found that she enjoys piloting and is quite skilled at it, both because of being trained by her father and due to her unrealized Force-sensitivity giving her a boost to it. She enjoys gambling and the occasional flustering of men that goes along with it (she finds it quite amusing), and developed a liking for racing in speeders and on speeder bikes; which again is aided by her latent Force potential. She has a distaste for drugs and tries to avoid smuggling them if she can, despite the credits she can get out of it, and isn't a big fan of the Hutt Cartel despite working for them, mostly due to her former reputation as an independent smuggler.
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Forrare is an excellent pilot, and is quick on the draw when it comes to fighting. She's agile and nimble due to not being weighed down by excessive clothing or armor, though this comes with the obvious drawback of being unprotected from energy weaponry. Forrare is rather personable and is a decent addition to small groups with her quick thinking and accuracy with a blaster to provide a distraction when needed, and is able to come up with unorthodox solutions to problems-- even though sometimes, "unorthodox" in her mind means "impractical" or "completely nonsensical" when actually suggested or tested out.
Forrare seems to have quite a bit of luck on her side, though she also sometimes walks into trouble when least expecting it, and thus her "luck" usually revolves around getting out of bad situations, rather than avoiding them completely.
BIOGRAPHY:
Forrare Presdan was born on Tatooine in 1002 ABY, to Declan and Kera Presdan, two married smugglers who worked independently. Growing up, Forrare was brought up into the smuggling business, learning the tricks of the trade. As she grew up, Forrare was somewhat off-put by the greedy, almost cutthroat way her father conducted his business, and when she was twelve years old, she confronted her father about why he worked in such a way. He told her that he did what he did because the Galaxy, especially the Outer Rim, was incredibly dangerous and doing such things was necessary for survival when it came to being a smuggler, but more importantly, he did what he did in the hopes of eventually retiring and giving Forrare a life of comfort (if not luxury) that Declan himself had never really had.
For years after this the Presdan family continued their work, gradually acquiring more funds, and by the time Forrare was in her late teens, Declan decided he was ready to retire, and the family moved to the Outer Rim world of Telos IV to live their lives in peace despite the war raging around them in the Galaxy, and for several years all was well for them, until Declan received a transmission from an old contact when Forrare was eighteen.
The contact told Declan that Kera had been kidnapped and held on Dantooine by Gezor Allunde, a small-time crime lord that Declan had cheated in the past and demanded compensation for Declan's treachery. The former smuggler had other ideas, and left Telos to rescue his wife, telling Forrare to stay on-world for her own safety. However, this was a trap, and both Declan and Kera were killed, having been sold out by the contact, and the funds they had saved up were transferred to Allunde. Forrare was unaware of this for several days, until some of Allunde's men showed up at the Presdan home to kill Forrare and tie up the loose end she represented. Forrare instead managed to kill them and escape the planet in the YT-2400 her father owned for much of his career.
Creditless and on the run, Forrare eventually decided to retake smuggling as her occupation, and by age twenty-one decided to swallow her pride and join the Hutt Cartel, for protection if nothing else.

((So, my first character... I hope you guys like her! This is probably the biggest revamping for a character I've ever done, since she's never had so much characterization-- and in fact this is the first RP I've used her in.))
