It's night time on Zeltros, known as the party planet. Louis Daele isn't here to party, he's here for a bounty on Uly Noll, a Muun who has angered the Intergalactic Banking Clan. Normally Louis Daele is a slicer and content not to pursue bounty hunting, the price tag on the guy makes it hard to pass, even splitting it three ways. At least it's not pursing those 'Mindbreaker' guys with the ominous names that are powerful force-users. No, this is just a renegade banker that just has hired mercenary protection, according to the posting.

Louis isn't doing this alone, he's with two other people. A guy named Brent, and a Trandoshan with a name that he isn't hundred-percent sure he knows quite how to pronounce. Regardless, Louis is sure that the three of them can take the guy in.

Knowing that the Banking Clan is interested in the guy being brought to justice alive, he brought proper equipment. A Stun Scattergun (with 2 spare powerpacks) slung around his shoulder, a DH-7 Pistol holstered already set to stunmode with 2 spare powerpacks, as well as 3 concussion grenades and 1 adhesive grenade. He would have a XC7 Carbine with two spare powerpacks as well on him, for when the other weapons won't cut it. After all any henchmen the Muun might have doesn't have to be alive. Louis would also be wearing Combat Engineer Armor as well.

Now going up through the elevator inside an apartment skyscraper in the planet's party district with his two partners, they are heading towards the top, to the penthouse where Louis got word the target is being held up at with mercenaries, most likely fearing for his life after the being marked with a bounty. "You guys ready?" Louis asked the two others as the elevator ascends.

Only a matter of time now...

This guy sounded like he would be a piece of cake. Well, that was because usually the bounties that Brent saw posted were of the most ruthless and cut throat murdering sons of guns the galaxy cranked out. This Uly Noll was just some banker's kid or something that had a tendency to over spend and was now on the run from his original meal ticket.

The padawan was happy to just get out of the temple for once. He had begun to get a little stir crazy with his studying and training. Armed with his usual kit, the man also carried several K.O. squares though he had never actually used any of them before except on himself once by accident which had ended up with him drooling on some precious scroll in the library. Now he was much more careful to not get his own skin in contact with the sedating side of the patch.

The Muun was the trio's target though he had allegedly hired some bodyguards and they could be taken out using any means necessary. However Brent, despite being a Drast, still did not like having to kill people if he could avoid it. So his DH-7 sidearm was already set to stun when in his holster. His R5 rifle was switched out for a stun scattergun slung on his back and his lightsabers were hidden from view under his jacket. The scattergun had two reloads as did his pistol for this hunt. The only grenades he had on himself at the moment were two adhesive grenades and two concussion since there could also be other civilians around depending on where they engaged this runaway banker. One of the more unique items that he had holstered under his armpit was a dart pistol. The single shot weapon only had a dozen reloads but since they were individual darts they were rather simple to just slip in and cock before the next shot. Though the Drast would not be using it if open confrontation or fire fight began. It was only there for covert action and if they tried to take out the muscle that was hired quietly and methodically.

"Think we should have code names? I think I should be Big Boss or maybe Solid Sna-...no wait those are taken...Just call me Fury." Fury was more or less his name anyways. "Shouldn't one of us have taken the stairs maybe?" He quickly hit the button on the elevator so that the elevator would stop a floor below where the actual target was supposed to be. If the guards were any good they might have some of them posted in the hallway to watch any people getting in and out of the elevator.

Sunverkh wasn't a man that liked to party, which was the main reason he didn't like Zeltros or their people, he only came there to work and that was what he was going to do. Today's target was neither the most dangerous or the most well-paid, but it was better than the average job, the lizard didn't expect to have much problem catching this one, he had worse, far worse, and wasn't working alone. Alongside him were two humans that seemed fairly reliable so he wouldn't have to carry them as dead weight. One of them was a little too talkative however, but it reminded the Trandoshan of an old friend so it didn't bother him that much.

The lizard was wearing his bounty hunter suit and carrying around his two signature blasters, Uly was the typical rich kid as far as the bounty hunter knew, so he didn't think he would need to worry about fighting him head on, the Muun would probably hide behind a table until the shootout ended, and if he tried to escape the Trandoshan would simply blast his legs off, the employers wanted as little damage as possible done to him but they would have to pay the same as long as the target was alive. The Trandoshan, however, would comply about not doing much property damage if possible and only brought along two concussion grenades and his vibrosword.

Sunverkh would stay silent during the whole elevator trip, waiting and checking his gear until the elevator stopped, knowing well why they were stopping one floor below the party, the Trandoshan was planning to stop the elevator one floor below in case the target tried to escape downstairs and so that they all couldn't be pinned down at the same time. "I was thinking the same thing" The Trandoshan said before getting out of the elevator and letting the other two go on their own, inmediately looking around for guards, armed men and heading towards possible cover, seeing how an armored bounty hunter in a party sticks out like a sore thumb. The real party was about to start.

Uly rubbed his head gingerly, groaning and rolling around in the bed onto his back. On either side of him, two zeltron women giggled incessantly, lolling their heads from side to side, watching the world around them blur and meld together. Whatever was in that spice, Uly loved it; he felt like he was on cloud nine. Beyond the room in the enormous penthouse he had claimed for himself and his boys, the party raged on. This was week two of his bender on Zeltros and they were living it up. Coming to a planet practically designed for perpetual partying was the best idea he’d had in ages. The women were attractive and always down for a good time, the booze flowed like water, and there were more drugs than he probably had money for. Not like he cared, anyways.

The Muun laid in bed, an arm around both of his ladies as they rested their heads on his chest, watching the dancing lightshow of the city skyline from the great glass windows across from him. Occasionally, one or both would offer up some more spice to the group, which they eagerly shared. What did it matter? He was safe up here; outside, spread throughout the party and penthouse floor, were several Eclipse mercenaries he had hired for protection ever since a bounty had been put on his head for his capture. He wasn’t about to let anyone ruin his fun. Two guards were posted outside of his room, with six more in the bigger room where the rest of the party was. These two guards had a perfect view of the dance floor from the top of the stairs where the master bedroom was. Of the six on the ground floor of the penthouse, two were roaming throughout the dance floor and living area while the remaining four stood around the walls, watching the entrances and partygoers.

Two more were posted outside the door to the penthouse, watching for anyone trying to make an entrance. Finally, one guard was posted outside the elevators, which were a short walk down a corridor and around the corner from the penthouse entrance. All were armored in brutus assault armor, for the manic Muun wanted his men in the best protection possible. Each man was equipped with two concussion grenades and one adhesive grenade. Armament wise, all of the guards carried one VBP-11 blaster pistol sidearm. Every guard except for the two outside Uly’s room carried a generic blaster rifle as well as a Model B stun baton. Finally, the two guards posted outside the bedroom carried the above, replacing the blaster rifle with a Deck Sweeper.

Worried for his life that hunters of ill repute would come to collect on his bounty, Uly spent a pretty penny on ensuring his safety. Thankfully, the partygoers were too busy getting blitzed to really worry about the several men watching over them for signs of trouble. Each mercenary was told to put down anyone looking to make trouble with Uly, preferably non-lethally, but the Muun didn’t have many moral qualms with more lethal measures. Each of Uly’s friends were spread throughout the party, all armed with either a small vibroblade or holdout pistol, though that was more so for their own protection than their buddy’s.

He wasn’t too worried, though. After all, he had the best protection he felt like buying, and the party outside would keep everyone happy and placated. Surely nobody would try to come after him?

"Galahad" Louis he replied in response to if they want to do code names. Sure, why not. Louis would smile, the Trandoshan isn't the one for talking as he didn't respond. Silent but powerful type is he? Brent had a very valid point about the stairs, and looked as Brent hit the button for the floor below. But if he had to be for real, he isn't going to climb the entire stairs of a skyscraper, but obvious bounty hunters go straight up to where there will be Eclipse guards is not something he's going to throw himself into. The floor below should do the trick however. The elevator would stop at the floor below. "I'll go too", slowly step out as well being cautious of Eclipse goons and then pushing forward steadily, moving over towards the stairwell just diagonally ahead on the other side of the wall, as he goes through he'd have his right hand resting on his holstered pistol, just in case ready to draw out in a pinch if needed. as he looks down the square stairway and then up, the coast being clear for now, not a soul.

With that, he would begin to head up, lifting his pistol out of his holster, being ready just in case. By taking the stairs, he of course wouldn't be able to get to the upper floor before Brent does if he's taking the elevator up. But at least Brent doesn't scream 'obvious bounty bounter is obvious, shoot me!' too so he should be fine as he most likely isn't going to be instantly shot up. As the Blackwell slicer would be getting close and closer up, he'd be able to hear the music coming from the Muun's party more and more.

The Trandoshan went out of the elevator with the young man that chose Galahad as his code name, he didn't see the need for a code name, so the others could call him by his name, it was not like they were doing something highly illegal, he had chosen names for other kind of situations in which his prey were a bit more...questionable, this was not one of those times. As they approached the stairs towards the penthouse Sunverkh had another idea "Keep going upstairs, I am going up, once you are all ready, I'll get through the balcony" The Trandoshan simply said, taking his heavy blaster pistol out before walking towards that floor's balcony.

He positioned himself at the edge of the balcony, leaning a bit backwards to not hit the penthouse balcony doing what he was planning to do. Sunverkh planned on activating his jump boots once the others were ready, which would launch him upwards and a bit backwards, the 10 meters of height being more than enough to be able to shoot his grapple line at the penthouse's wall and land safely inside the balcony. It was a simple enough move and it was not the first time he had done it, last time he did it was to capture Aks-ree and he had to grapple to a train, he just had to wait.

The other two got off on the floor below the pent house. In the short time that the elevator traveled from the first stop to its last stop Brent turned to the reflective wall of the elevator and rubbed his eyes furiously. He wanted them to look worn, moderatly tired, and not like someone who was fully alert and ready for anything. He did the same thing with his hair making it stick up in a sort of douche-ify foe-hawk. Making sure non of his weapons or anything was really sticking out he exited the elevator at a slight delay, stepping out into the hallway.

Right away he heard the sounds coming from the penthouse but still looked up and down the hall both ways. The rebel acted like he did not see the obvious guard standing there. His own expression looking a little confused like he was slightly lost. "uuuh..." finally he looked at the guard. "Hey bud you know where...oh, nevermind. Must be this way." He said and started walking towards where the penthouse door was located. He expected to be stopped by the guard. If he was any good he would at least question the man that came up the elevator. His gate was slow and casual, like he was expected by the host.

In this moment he was not Brenton Drast. He was Dedric Swagg, partier, purveyor of spice and other illicit substances, hype man to his squad and general cool dude that anybody at the party enjoyed hanging with. His motto in life is to not let any opportunity for fun pass him by and to make sure he shares his good times with his mates. At least, that was what he wanted everyone to think of him.

Uly continued his romp in the sheets, unaware of the three bounty hunters coming for him. He figured that anyone stupid enough to try and come after him would be sorely mistaken when his hired goons took them down, so he knew he had nothing to fear. He kept a small holdout blaster on the stand next to his bed, but that was about it. The combined spice, liquor, and zeltron pheromones addled his mind and put him into a state of pure, doped-up bliss, exacerbating the sensations he was feeling right then.

Meanwhile, the party outside his bedroom continued without break. The guards roaming continued to do so, filtering through the crowd and around the penthouse, while the rest of the interior guards panned their heads and scanned the room and balcony deck. A few partygoers had wandered out onto the balcony for a smoke and to have a few “private” moments away from the majority of the party, even though they were in full view of everyone thanks to the massive glass walls separating the two rooms. Music thumped, lights flashed, and people danced the night away. It had been like this for two weeks straight; it was a miracle any of them could still party hard.

The guard outside the elevators sighed, the pounding of the music from the other side of the wall beginning to give him a migraine. He hated this job, but the money was awesome and there was practically no risk involved outside of dealing with drunk idiots. One such idiot, apparently, seemed to have wandered off downstairs and was looking to get back in. Seeing as how vetting these morons was this guard’s only major task, he hoisted up his rifle and took a step in front of Brent, placing a hand on his chest and halting his movement before he could get too far. There was only one place to go on this entire floor – the party – so he couldn’t be that lost.

”Hold up, guy,” the guard huffed, pushing Brent back a step to clear the space, ”You forget your pass? You know you can’t get back into the party without your pass. You know damn well how exclusive this party is.” He stood there, glaring at Brent from behind his helmet, waiting for the man’s answer. He figured the man was either some broke bastard trying to get in on a free party or was too drunk to put up a fight when turned away. Either way, the guard wasn’t in the mood to waste his time dealing with morons.

So Jhess is going to go up the balcony? That could be good. He can do that, Louis remembers seeing him with jump boots and he did have grapple line launcher on his arm. That should work...

Anyways, the Blackwell slicer made his way up to the top of the stairs unimpeded, although Brent reached the floor first. Louis would then move to go into the hallway proper slowly, cautious as Eclipse goons could be on the otherside. But as he got to the door way, he could see the guard a few meters away diagonally across giving what he can see Brent a hard time with his rifle hoisted and phyisicaly halting his movement. He'd quickly shift his body over to the right side of the door, concealing his body still inside the stairwell

Because the isolated guard is focused on Brent and Louis at his rear flank and was silent in addition put his body in cover, there is no way he should have alerted the guard. Louis is sure that Brent can get past this guard on his own. If not then he may have to go to more drastic measures. With Louis' freehand left hand he would draw out his vibroblade. He won't do anything yet but he can go for a discrete throat slit if needed.

When all is ready they can give the all clear to the Trandoshan.

So, as Sunverkh got to the balcony, he examined the one that was in the penthouse one floor up, noticing how big it was, which meant that there was probably some kind of cover to take once the fight started, if not, well, he had another ideas and plans in case anything went wrong, but so far, he just had to wait, wait until the others told him, or until he heard shots. But for now he just stood in the balcony, waiting and alert, just in case a guard decided to come down there. Other than that? He didn't have much to do.

Brent's arms swayed from his momentum being lost as the guard stopped him. Both eyebrow raised in mild confusion. He began patting his pockets trying to look for a pass that was not there. But stopped and sighed. "Aaaah who am I kidding. I don't have a pass cuz I haven't been up here." His expression turned to feigned admission and slight embarrassment. "Look, I'm actually an entrepenuer and have narcotics for whomever is in that pent house. I dunno who it is but I can tell by the amount of room service being sent up here that they like to party."

His eyes lowered letting the guard know he saw the blaster and was not the type of moron to try anything stupid looking like some average every day dude. "I've got some prime spice and know where the party really get's going on this planet..." It was true. Brent had spent probably a good few weeks on Zeltros. eighty percent of that was partying, neighnty percent if one counted the hangover the morning after. Provided the guard let him continue Brent would continue to speak. "...nobody wants a party crasher I get it. But what about a guest that pumps things up to the next level. It'll either be here or maybe the next club they go to I'll meet this person. I tell great stories you see. I might meet whomever your boss is, and the lovely company he's keep in there..." The laughter and happiness had not stopped and the voices of numerous women inside could be heard from the hall.

"I'll tell a story about how I got turned away from this guard just doing his job. The audience might understand and relate. Then again they might like me so much that they wonder why they didn't meet me sooner. Becoming their next pal, they might even listen to my suggestions for new bodyguard choice. Of course, the story would be entirely different if I got access to that one party at that one penthouse. Hell, I might even just applaud that guy who let me in." At the back of his mind Brent did his best with his hand gestures, shrugs, pantamims and such to mask his hand movements. He was not trying to outright turn the man's mind around, just make his mind slightly more gullible and empathetic towards the Drast's implying tone. It was in the guard's best self interest to let Dedric Swagg into the pent house. Let the guard's own greed do the work for him. "You might even get a raise!" He held his hands out to his side as if asking the guard to think of the possibilities available to him. "But I guess if that's not cool I understand..." The rebel's eye's looked down with a hint of sadness in his voice.

The guard stared at Brent, entirely unamused, though it wasn’t like the man could see his face from beneath his helmet. He just seemed like the typical run-of-the-mill party crasher trying to get in on the latest and greatest parties. Probably out for the free booze and spice, maybe the girls if he played that way. Frankly, the guard didn’t give a damn what this guy wanted – if he didn’t have a pass, his orders were clear: turn them away. If they got belligerent, like they usually did, a few whacks of the baton would settle them down and send them on their way.

The guy went on a tirade about how he had the best spice and the best deals and yadda yadda yadda. The guard yawned, exhaled listlessly, and let the man drone on about how he could ruin his career or make his life better with a few good words to his boss. It was all the same stuff he had heard before with very little deviation from the standard script most of these layabouts used. He, like every other dude who came before, was so full of crap that his eyes were turning brown.

Something he said, though, or maybe in the way he said it, suggested that… perhaps he was right. Maybe he could make his life a little bit better. The guard’s eyes seemed to follow his hand gestures, wild as they were, and he had difficulty thinking straight. This man had a good point, really. A raise would be pretty tight, and it wasn’t like someone as stupid as he looked could really do much harm while inside the party. He had a choice: refuse this man and maybe lose out on a pay increase or let him in and profit down the road. Really, what could go wrong?

”Yeah…” the guard began, his mind wandering, ”A pay raise does sound nice… Alright, go on in. Just put in a good word for me.” With that, the guard stepped out of Brent’s way and returned to his post across the elevators, not too far from where he stopped Brent.

Brent would find that, after a short walk down the corridor, the two door guards stood alert, unaware that Brent had been allowed entry. They remained stone-faced beneath their helmets, chatting idly to pass the time.

Little did the guy know the guard goon won't live long enough to enjoy a pay-raise, unfortunate for him. Louis peaked his head out and saw that Brent was talking on... and on... and on. While the guard would be focused on Brent, Louis would slowly move towards the guard, approaching from the rear, his steps silent, especially with the music pounding in the background and Brent's jawjacking. While on his appoarch, he would look on both sides to make sure there are no other on-lookers. Coast is clear once more

By the time the guard is done exchanging his last word with Brent, Louis would already well be up close and behind the guard, ready to jab. With vibroblade in his left hand and blade pointed at the guard, he would then swing it into the man's throat. Even though the man's wearing Brutus assault armor, the armor doesn't protect the neck joint. Not like it mattered, as vibroblade technology can shred through armor anyway. If all goes well, the guard shouldn't be able to call out for help over the music as he dies, but just to be sure, he'd cover up the guard's mouth with the same hand upon a successful lethal hit.

On the lower floor where Sunverkh is, a wermal holding a towel then turned a corner and then came into view of the glass door of the balcony and opened a door, and then saw a Trandoshan that's heavily geared and armed. The wermal then widened its one eye and open-mouthed in shock. "Uhh... Hello?" it said.

The Trandoshan looked towards the hall before the Wermal even before the thing had the chance to open the door? Not because he heard him, no way he heard footsteps with the loud music playing one floor above, he smelled the Wermal, Trandoshans had a keen sense of smell and the other thing had such a nauseous smell the Trandoshan could take a guess why he had to carry a towel around. However, the Trandoshan was annoyed, to say the least, he had to deal with the Wermal because the others took too long, how difficult of a task is getting in a good position to start shooting? He knew positioning was important, but they didn't have many options when it came to that. Maybe they were caught and didn't even get to call him for help, who knew?

Regardless, Sunverkh had to buy time until they were ready, so he would do that "Hello" He said staring him for a moment before noticing how shocked the derpy alien looked "You look...shocked, didn't expect a guard to be down here?" The Trandoshan added, the tone of his voice being surprisingly natural, the Trandoshan wasn't actually bad at acting, bad at using his words, he simply didn't like small talk, but when it was neccessary, he could be very...persuassive, one way or the other, at least. "And why are you wearing only a towel?" He finally asked, not out of curiosity, he really didn't want to know, just another way of making small talk until the others were ready.

The guard let him pass. Whether he was actually that good at acting or whether his manipulation of the force was what did it the Drast was not sure. Either way, when the guard's did not see he smiled at himself from the small victory.

Heading into the party he was immediatly met by the sound of thumping loud music. Looking around he saw some of the various ladies dancing. Maybe he would make the guys outside wait a bit longer while he had a little fun with them. Shaking himself from the temptation he went over to a table to grab a bottle of champagne and poured himself a glass. One of the pink skinned women walked up to him which he promptly offered the glass to. business not pleasure buisness not pleasure businessnotpleasure...pleasure...pleasure...business NOT pleasure. He forced himself to stop staring at her cleavage she seemed to be intentionally giving him an eyeful of.

They did not need to use their pheremones on him in most cases but in this event it was certainly not helping. Pouring a glass for himself he downed the bubbly before pouring a nother glass so that he had something to hold. "You uh wanna maybe get a little boost?" He asked the partying female. He nodded his head towards the general direction of Ully's penthouse bedroom. "Maybe the big guy would want to join us eh? I doubt he's got anything better than what I've got" His hinting at having some drugs would hopefully peek her interest. They had been partying a while from the information they had gained so a little upper was probably just what they were looking for.

The elevator guard indeed would not live long enough to enjoy that promised pay increase. The vibroblade slid into his neck silently, slicing through the jugular, carotids, and windpipe. He thrashed about in Louis’ (@Faster Than Light) arms for a few moments, unable to cry for help. Bright red blood shot out from his arteries, the immense pressure in them forcing the stuff out like a hose. Louis would find himself beginning to get covered in blood, and, if he continued to remain there, he would simply continue to be sprayed. Blood ran down the guard’s armor and began to pool beneath him, but his thrashing had long since stopped. His communicator beeped a few times and a voice could barely be heard saying, ”Arn, come in. Who was that guy you just let in? Arn, you reading this, come in.” The questions were punctuated by a sigh and a faint, ”I’m gonna go see what this idiot is up to.”

One of the two sentries posted outside the penthouse door clicked off his communicator and groaned, shaking his head. He began the walk down the corridor leading to the elevators, wondering who the elevator guard had just let through and why the man wasn’t responding to his messages. He was wary; Arn was usually on top of his stuff about these kinds of jobs, and it was uncharacteristic of him to not even respond to his communicator. Something was off. He kept his rifle at a low ready, moving on the side of the wall farthest from the corner he had to turn to reach the elevators, craning his neck to see what was going on.

Beneath the penthouse, the surprised Wermal took several steps backwards, its face still frozen in shock at the man on his balcony. The Trandoshan (@Versok) asked him whether he expected a guard down on his room’s balcony and, frankly, no, he did not. This was a private suite, who the hell was this guy? He didn’t look like any guard the hotel would hire, and he certainly didn’t remember hiring a guard. Anyone trying to break into his suite probably shouldn't have stood in front of an all-glass wall that anyone inside could look at. ”Uh…” he continued, still stepping backwards, well within his own suite, ”I… live here.” it said, turning towards the communicator fixture on the wall. He reached up to key it, still looking at the Trandoshan intruder. ”S-security?” he blubbered, ”There’s… an armed Trandoshan on my balcony. I… didn’t invite him in. Please help, he has lots of guns.”

Brent (@Darasuum) got some weird looks the moment he entered the party. He was unknown, not part of the ‘in’ crowd that normally went to this type of thing. Those who cared, stared, and those who didn’t kept partying. The zeltron he offered the champagne to smiled and took the drink, watching Brent’s eyes dance across her chest exactly as she intended. ”Oh, handsome, you’re new here,” she began, her voice having a mellifluous, seductive lilt to it, ”Uly doesn’t come out for just anyone. Some of us are gonna need to sample that stuff you’re bragging about. Maybe then we’ll think about getting him.” She smiled and took a step closer, far beyond the point of invading his personal space. She pressed up against him and ran her hand along his torso, guiding him towards the party. ”Come on, let’s have some fun.”

The Blackwell employee succeeded in killing the guy by being sneaky, as expected. Of course Louis was no stranger to these kinds of things, he's a criminal who hasn't shied from taking people's lives as needed. Also of course, Louis didn't feel the need to stick around in the hallways potentially in the open longer than he had to. The wheels are always in motion, always. As soon as the guy's neck was successfully slit and it was clear the guy wasn't going to be talking as he was thrashing, he'd turn around and shove the guy back in the stairwell, not managing to send the guy's corpse down the stairs though. Sure some blood got on Louis and a little bit on the carpet floors. Oh well.

Louis would go over to the guy and then take the guy's communicator, taking it for himself. By the time he has it in his possession, he could hear through ||...you reading this, come in|| once checked and then the rest of what was said on the other end of the communicator. It was pretty clear what the voice was referring to.

It was a good thing too, as if he didn't have that warning he might have been confronted by a guard and caught... offguard. Still in the stairwell, Louis would sheathe his vibroblade and then positioned himself close to and facing the door way, that would just leave him with a pistol up and ready. By the time the guard took a peak around the corner, he would be unable to see Louis or the dead guard.

What Louis would do next, he would have to think on the fly for this one, but he's prepared to fight it out as much as possible. Brent should have made it in. He didn't hear anything about the guest Arn let in being rejected.

By the Force this was the hardest job he had ever done. This was what his mentors had meant by willpower. The woman was not really forcing him to move, just guiding him and he kept walking with her, pacing his steps to not go as quickly as he normally would have. Brent was still second guessing continuing to take part in the party.

I'm sure the other guys are fine waiting a little bit. They probably aren't in any danger or anything right now right? The thought crossed his mind before he shook himself out of it. Come on Fury! There's more important things than tail right now. She might just be trying to use me to ge the spice anyways. His eyes focused on the zeltron's close proximity. Though I think I'd be fine with her using me...NO, snap out of it Fury. God damn these pheremones. That's what it is. Just power through it. The padawan felt like he was a pubescent child trying to get through a class without letting a very attractive teacher know he was getting excited. It was going to be difficult but it was possible. Resist Fury, RESIST! The self coaching was like telling an dog to resist peanut butter.

"I don't know. I don't like to share very much." His arm wrapped around the aluring body the woman and stopped her. He wanted her to think he was giving in a bit but on his own terms. "I might be willing to give you a little sample but uh.." His eyes very obviously looked towards the rest of the party's attendance. "I'll admit I don't think I brought enough to share with the whole class if you catch my drift. But I think I might be willing to share a bit with you darling." Saying that he began guiding her, turning the tables to head towards Ully's room again but not directly towards it. Brent just wanted to get some distance from the main six guards circulating and closer towards the two outside of his target's bedroom door.

If nothing major happened or any interruptions he would stop a few meters from the guards but face partially towards the party and the door. Reaching into his jacket he pulled out the small container and held it for the Zeltron to see. "This is glitterstim. It's pretty potent stuff, and expensive. " He kept everything in his peripherals but looked only directly at the distressingly beautiful Zeltron in front of him.

Well, the Trandoshan didn't have the time or the patience to talk him down, this was just a strike of bad luck, he thought he was talking to some guy that was going to the party, but no, it had to be the current owner of the suite. Well, he always liked option b more anyways.

The moment he saw the Wermal step backwards, the Trandoshan bounty hunter used his whipcord launcher and aimed at the creature's enormous head, the whipcord would quickly wrap around the head before he even got the chance to get close enough to the communicator. After that, Sunverkh quickly pulled with great force and slammed the Wermal's head against the nearest wall, the noise of the impact being camouflaged by the loud music coming from upstairs, the Trandoshans were strong folk, so an untrained Wermal could do little to avoid it, however, Sunverkh made sure the hit was strong enough to knock him out, but not enough to kill him or else he would probably be next on the bounty list. After that, he retrieved the whipcord, put the Wermal in a corner and hid him by standing in front of him with his enormous body. This time, however, he had the hand near his hip, in order to pull the blaster out in case he had to make sure the next guy he saw stayed put, no one tries to pull that move when the blasters are out, after all.

Arn’s corpse fell unceremoniously in front of the stairs after Louis (@Faster Than Light) tossed him. He shuddered violently on his own, oozing blood now that nothing was in his neck to somewhat staunch the flow. Arterial blood gushed out and pooled around him, quickly forming a puddle before beginning to seep down the stairs. It was an unfortunate fate for a man so ambitious; his own greed got the best of him, and now he paid the price in blood. Some blood got on Louis as he performed the act, as well as some on the carpet, staining it crimson.

The guard coming to check on Arn poked his head around the corner, scanning the now-empty elevator lobby. ”Arn?” he asked, panning his gaze left and right, surprised to see nobody there. Shirking his duties was completely uncharacteristic of his associate, and to do it when they were being paid so much was almost unthinkable. Where could that idiot have gone? The only things here were the elevator and the stairwell, but he would have no reason to use either. The guard keyed his communicator again, stepping back behind the corner to do so. ”We’ve got a problem here,” he began, speaking into the internal comms with the other mercenaries, looking back at the other door guard who returned the look, ”Arn’s missing at the elevator and we got no idea if he actually let that guy in or not.” The guard stepped back around the corner and into the elevator lobby, looking around for anything suspicious that could hint at why their man wasn’t at his post. He started where Arn usually stood, looking at the plants in the small room and other miscellany. Eventually his gaze wandered downward, and he began to search along the floor. Maybe Arn left a note?

He stopped his search when he found the bloodstains. It wasn’t much; a few splatters of bright red blood now quickly darkening with age as it soaked into the fabric. He backed up and swept the room with his rifle, exclaiming, ”Arn?!” in alarm. He reached up and keyed his communicator, the concern in his voice palpable, ”I’ve got blood out here, Arn’s definitely down.”

”…let that guy in or not.” The guards inside the party all got the same call and acknowledged it. None of them had any idea what the newcomer looked like, and with the party raging on it’d be hard to find a single, shifty man among the crowd. They were on alert now, and their watchful gaze fell over the patrons with renewed vigor, scanning for anything suspicious. The final bit of chatter they received distressed them, and suddenly it looked like they were about to earn their pay.

The Zeltron watched Brent (@Darasuum) battle with his own psyche with some amusement, the corners of her lips curling upwards in a wry smile. She was tormenting him, and it was pretty obvious from how forced his facial expressions were. ”Oh c’mon handsome, everybody here likes to share,” she pleaded, wrapping her arm around his waist and pulling him far closer than he’d be comfortable at. They stopped and she looked longingly into his eyes, still smiling as he spoke. ”The whole class doesn’t need to know about this little show and tell, do they?” he asked, pouting, ”You and I could sneak off, get a little bump in, if you know what I mean…” She winked at the poor padawan and smirked, swaying her hips gently against his body with the music.

The two began to walk closer towards the master bedroom and stopped a few meters from the stoic guards. Neither one paid much attention to the two, their minds occupied on guarding the door. The other mercenaries could handle this missing man situation; it wasn’t their job. They got paid extra to just stand here and only let Uly and his friends in.

The Zeltron’s eyes widened at the glitterstim container and she cocked her head, ”Looks like just enough for a couple of lovers to get a nice high, doesn’t it?” she asked him, giving Brent a heavy-lidded stare. ”How about we sneak off somewhere private and you can sample the goods? I don't bite... much.”

Beneath the penthouse, the poor wermal suite owner stood no chance. Sunverkh’s (@Versok) whipcord wrapped around him tightly and, before he could register it, his head slammed against the wall. He immediately crumpled to the ground, groaning gently. Nobody would hear the impact, and nobody would particularly care. Sunverkh now had a near-top-floor suite to himself. The living room he was in was pretty spacious; a massive glass wall separated the room from the balcony he had just left, and many doors lined the walls, each one leading into either a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, or some other room. A luxurious couch framed a massive holonet television and, all-in-all, the décor wasn’t half bad. It probably cost this wermal a pretty penny to get the whole thing to himself, and now he couldn’t enjoy it because of the traumatic brain injury he had just suffered.
