OOC: Opposition welcome, thread will be changed to ask once sides are even
Narri sighed as she beheld the scene before her, crossing her arms over her chest and shaking her head. Before her was an open abandoned warehouse, slightly run down and devoid of any life, well not unless you counted the wrecked speeder and food stall combo. All she'd wanted was a few scoops of ice cream, albeit for free, but instead she got this. Idiot Rodian had heavily overreacted, yelling gibberish and jumping on to his bike with a gusto that was honestly unwarranted, especially as she hadn't even drawn a weapon yet. Honestly, what was the guy doing in such a rundown poverty stricken area anyway? There weren't even any security cameras in the area, or people for that matter, though they were likely just hiding.

The food stand owner's desperate flight hadn't lasted long however. Less then a minute before loosing control, zipping into the open warehouse and then crashing into the opposite wall. So now here she was, casually striding into the warehouse to get her ice cream from what could be a corpse. Damp, drab and run down, Narri hesitated at the big open door, skeptically, glancing through the open cargo door around the warehouse. It was just a giant moldy open space, with a few hover train shipping containers by the wreck, and she could hear the vermin in the cracks. At this rate all the goods would be trash, though any other valuables would be fine still.

Eventually she shrugged and headed in, keeping a hand on one of her blasters, mentally rechecking all her usual gear about her person. Sure, it was just a warehouse, but hey, stuff happened in warehouses, and she didn't mean the soon to be robbery. Plus she had backup around, somewhere, that being Halmo'de who had said he'd be nearby. Carefully glancing around and behind her, she called out to the Rodian. "Heeeey, you okay over there, is the ice cream okay? You didn't have to...kill yourself an all that, like seriously. I just wanted a free pint of blue milk ice cream, that's it."

Ekaj was confused by what he had seen. The area of town was rundown and poor. In fact it was so bad a simply child blended in. So many orphans and children of uncaring parents lived here. The place needed help and so Ekaj was helping in the best way he could.

He had just finished convincing with some force filled persuasion for a gang of street kids to turn there lives around when he spotted it. A rodian had slammed in to a building crashing through. He had been a vendor that sold ice cream though considering the area that may of been a cover. There was a red skinned Twi'lek female walking towards the building, some old warehouse by the looks of it. But that was all so strange. A person going to help would of ran.

Ekaj slipped from the alley way and moved to the crash. His movement was deliberate, fast but still quiet. His cloths hid any sign of his Jedi nature. Getting close he over heard the female Twi'lek talking. She was clearly not a freindly type of women. Seeing how she admitted to her planned theft.

Moving to look around it was clear it was a warehouse, or used to be one. Now it was just some abandoned building.

"Helo, you all right" calling out was risky but she had only admitted to attempted theft, not planing a murder. So he was confident she would not shoot some street kid. Even so his lightsaber and blaster where close at hand if still hidden from sight. The dart rifle he left behind since it could not be exampled as some thing a kid, even a kid in a street gang would have.

Keldar hadn't been to the inner rim in a while, and he haf to admit he was surlrised to see such a poverty stricken place. He had seen the incident with the Rodian running from a Twi'lek. Curious he followed from a distance as she sauntered after him so casually, she was clearly bad news.

Behind her he saw someone who appeared to be just a kid, but to the old jedi the boy gave off a bright presence through the force. As they entered the warehouse the old Jedi Shadow waited a few moments before executing a force assisted leap in through a broken out window near the roof of the building, wrapping himself in the force to muffle the sound of himself landing and to effectively mask his presence from being noticed by anybody.

As the boy called out Keldar reached into his cloak and gripped the hilts of his lightsabers, ready for a fight if one broke out.

Halmo'de stood next in the empty street adjacent to the entrance of the warehouse, having just witnessed the man on the speeder crash through the weak hull of the building. It was no wonder that Narri hadn't noticed Hal, as the street lights were out on his side of the road. The only light provided previously was that of the headlights on passing speeders. He stood clad nearly entirely in black, with a heavy coat concealing his armor and weaponry, save his War Pike, and balaclava over the majority of his facial features, save his eyes and pale white hair. He was about to call out to his companion when some schlub sauntered across the street. Remaining still in the shadows, he watched to make sure he wasn't reaching for a weapon.

He followed after the man into the building, keeping enough distance to mask his footsteps. A swift and silent hand movement drew his war pike on the grip of his war pike that rested on his back. Quietly he ducked behind a crate to watch the man, and gathered his grip on the Force with his free hand.

No response, at least not from the Rodian. A few more steps and Narri was able to see a growing pool of red, a good explanation for the lack of response. But was he dead, or simply grievously injured? She was just bending down to check, when a voice rang out, but from behind her. She spun on her heel, taking a ready position, though she avoided drawing her weapons yet. It was a boy, maybe a teenager at most, not exactly cause for concern. Still, she didn't relent the hands on her weapons, tossing the kid a judgmental scowl before responding for the downed Rodian.

"No, he's not ok. In fact, he's lying in a pool of his own blood. Probably needs medical attention I'd guess." She took a careful step forward towards the boy, still scrutinizing him as she spoke again, maintaining a distance of about five meters. "A better question however, is what your doing here little boy? This is the rough side of town an all, and you don't look like your lost. By the way, I would suggest calling out a warning or two before sneaking up on people, I almost shot you." Unfortunately, what might have been the birth of an interesting and mayhap peaceful conversation, was ruined by someone leaping through a window into the warehouse.

Whomever they were, they were probably trying to be stealthy, but really? Who would miss a shadowy figure leaping through a window located near the roof, it certainly wasn't that dark. But it WAS startling, and Narri's vibrosword and blaster was drawn before she knew it, one in each hand and ready to go. She didn't fire however, she managed to stop her frantically beating heart before that happened, though she didn't lower her guard. "See!" She gestured at the new arrival with a pistol who was also about five meters away, making her glad to have her back to the wall. "I nearly shot him too, kriffing idiot leaping through the window like that, take notes kid on how NOT to leave a good impression."

It was then she noticed, eyes widening slightly underneath her helmet, the new arrival...when he landed...

Where was the thud?

Ekaj shrugged his shoulder has he lifted the one side of his weathered poncho to show his blaster pistol. He was not worried that she might know he was armed. In ares like this being unarmed was the uncommon. Though by the look of the crash now that he could see it Ekaj did not think medical care would be needed. The poor guy must of hit the wall at over 300kph. Though no doctor Ekaj did have medical training and the amount of blood looked like a lot for a small rodian.

Not moving as the twi'lek approached Ekaj looked her over. She walked like a warrior, not some street thug or a thief. Though who she was still allude him. "I did say hello when I walked in. Any case I over heard you saying you just wanted to rob him not kill him. So I don't think you that bad. Any case I am short enough any shot you take with out seeing me would be high. There are advantages to youth."

A dark figure falling through the roof caught his eye and the twi'lek. Drawing his pistol Ekaj kept it pointed to the ground for now. The man must read to many mynockman stories. Though he did catch the silent landing faster than the twi'lek. He must be trained in the force. This was bad. Ekaj could not sense darkness from the new arrival but his arrival changed the twi'lek. Before Ekaj did not sense any really anger or violence from her. But that had changed. This was now spiraling out of control. Ekaj was fully on guard ready to move. "I see, maybe he is just a fan of mynockman. He all ways drops in through the roofs. Still we can all put the blasters away?" the last question was not one Ekaj expected would get answered.

Keldar cursed inwardly as he was noticed, he would have thought the people in the warehouse would be distracted enough that he could slip in undetected. He hoped he was right about the kid being Jedi, or at least not a darksider. Seeing the Twi'lek waving her pistol around made him a little on edge, and he could feel another presence nearby but couldn't pinpoint where the person was. Kel sighed as he dropped to the floor, using the force to absorb the shock of the landing. His hands were still on his lightsaber hilts in his cloak, though nobody would be able to tell.

"Well. This is a fine mess you've caused." He said to the Twi'lek as he nodded towards the crash site.

As he drew in the Force, and waited on while the boy and Narri conversed, when a second individual came onto the scene. Had Hal been inside the building he might have heard him leap through the broken window, but the man seemed to have thrown stealth to the wind, and approached the other two without a care in the world, both of his hands hidden within his jacket. Even if he didn't know what he had hidden beneath, it was still suspicious. Couple that with the other man jumping through a window, it was more than enough for Hal to preemptively plan an attack. With the Force gathered in his palms, all he needed to do now was form it into a weapon of his choosing, and choose a target. The Force in the palm of his hand remained while he brought his War Pike up, and aimed the ballistic spike at the boy brandishing a blaster pistol, firing it from a slight angle so that if it missed, it would not put Narri in any danger. The target was the man's upper back, the only warning anyone would have gotten was the sound of the release of the springs that launched the spike.

Immediately following that, Hal casted a large, semi-explosive fireball at the feet of the other individual. Upon contact with the ground, the fireball would ''splash" flames outward in a three meter radius.

"The two of you should have kept your noses clean, now we have to do away with loose ends," Hal said, with a malicious grin creeping up on his face. He sheathed his War Pike and drew his lightsabers, igniting them and readied himself for a fight. Whoever these men were, they were the only ones who knew of his and Narri's activities on Bestine.

In all honesty, she had actually planned to listen to the boy, just maybe put away her weapons, albeit remaining cautious the entire time. Her posture had even reflected as such. The situation simply hadn't reached the point where Narri would trouble herself with a full on fight and or murder, even with another suspected force user in the room. At least, that was her thought until the newbie spoke up, oh how she hated people like him. That and she saw Halmo'de's silhouette sneaking up, leading with his spear thingy, it wasn't hard to guess his intentions. She gave no sign of her noticing, simply deciding to go with what she was going to do anyway, throw a fit, a loud one, just as he aimed with his weapon.

"I CAUSED? I FAIL TO SEE HOW I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS RODIANS IDIOCY! AND BESIDES, YOU WERENT EVEN THERE WERE YOU? NO YOU WERE PEEPING IN THROUGH WINDOWS AT LITTLE KIDS!" Wow, she'd forgotten how loud she could be, it really had been a while since she'd cut loose. The important thing however, was that in the middle of that basically screamed rant, Halmo'de had cut loose with his first weapon...and now fire. Looks like they were getting started.

Right as Halmo'de fireball would land, she stepped back and raised her vibrosword into a vertical guard position. Stepping back a few more steps to gain some distance, she also raised her pistol, and fired a shot at the creeper guy @One_For_Sorrow, as he reacted to the other exiles fireball.

Ekaj sensed the 4th guest, or a better term sensed his intention. So when the twi'lek started her rant he was still alert. A normal boy his age would never of picked up the signs or under stood them but Ekaj was a jedi that was actively trying to find danger. So when the shot rang out Ekaj heard it. Heard the dart fly through the air. As he ducked and rolled Ekaj drew his lightsaber. Recovering from his roll Ekaj looked at the spear head like dart stuck in side some old machine. Stuck deep in side it. Of course the wielder was the real danger.

Eyeing the man Ekaj ignited his lightsaber. "I take it you not in a talking mood right now" as he continued to walk back to give more and more distance from everyone.

Keldar had suspected that there would be a second person here, he leapt away as the fireball landed, also dodging the blaster bolt in the process. Still feeling the bite of the flames he looked down to see his pant leg had been burnt by the ankle, but wasn't on fire, merely smoking where the fabric had burnt off.

After landing Keldar drew his lightsabers and activated them, charging at the Twi'lek with force augmented speed he swung his right saber down towards her neck and brought the left saber up at her waist.

As the boy dodged his spear, Halmo'de cursed and stood atop the crate he hid behind, clutching his War Pike in one hand, a leapt down in front of the crate, before he wound up and threw, slinging the large weapon with the help of the Force at one Jedi as he charged at Narri. He would lead his throw just slightly, as the man was charging with aid from the Force as well. Now, with free hands, Hal drew and ignited his crimson bladed lightsabers, both at standard length, and stepped forward toward the boy, his blades held out in front and above him should he decide to fire at him. "I don't feel like running either, come kriffin' fight me," he growled, his golden yellow eyes gleaned in the darkness of the warehouse, behind the red glow of his lightsabers.

And just like that, everything devolved into absolute chaos. Blades ignited, fire spread, and missiles flew, perfect, just the way she liked it. It appeared her opponent was going to be the "mynock-man," of course, force forbid she'd get to fight someone normal for once. Wait, was she counting a young teen as normal at this point? Narri's lekku switched and lashed about under her helmet, mentally resolving to take a long vacation at some point, and to leave out the ice cream.

The mynock-man came right at her, fast, too fast, reeking of the force. So he was a force user, no shock there really, but the lightsabers, a Jedi then? Ugh, she was glad to have the excessive distance between them, giving her time to plan as he rushed in. However, the speed with which he did so was still slightly beyond her, and as she responded, Narri could feel the force rushing through her as well, heightening her senses and boosting her movements.

Two lightsabers meant two blows, Narri straight out dropped her pistol and instead grabbed the baton on her belt with her left hand, flicking it on as she drew it. She was just in time, as two steaks of light reached for life, one towards her shoulder, the other towards her waist. Perhaps a retreat would've been better, but Narri was never one for retreating, and now that the blows seemed to be coming in a reasonable speed, she suddenly knew exactly what to do. She rose to meet him instead, stepping into the strikes rather than bracing against them. Her right hand thrust the vibrosword straight down towards the ground, forming a vertical barrier in front of her hip for the saber to hit ineffectively. Her left hand, however, rather than passively guarding, rose up to meet the oncoming strike, smashing the baton into the onrushing saber perpendicularly before it came down fully. She used her greater leverage to give it a slight push, forcing it off to the side slightly as she finished her step in, leaving her very close to the Jedi.

Immediately she threw her head forward as hard as she could, attempting to smash her helmeted forehead into the Jedi's unprotected face and cranium. Hopefully, the dangerously quick counterattack and close range would prevent any meaningful dodging, especially as the Jedi would still be fighting off his forward momentum and as the head was...somewhat affixed in place. She was careful to maintain pressure with her weapons as she did so, also resolving to keep her eyes open as much as possible.

Ekaj walked back returning to his holster the blaster he drew. Subterfuge was no longer needed. Ever one here was clearly a force sensitive and the man before Ekaj was a exile or. Ekaj contemplated using the force to interfere with the thrown war pike but thought better of it. He could not stop it and keep all his focus on the exile before him.

His 2 lightsabers showed him to be more agrisive. Ekaj was at a disadvantage in a straight on close in fight but the fire ball before showed he was all so gifted in the force. This was not good.

"running is good exercise. Maybe if you ran a bit everyday you would not be so grumpy" Ekaj took a weak stance. Legs bent not wide enough and knees bent with the blade pointed to low. Hopefully Ekaj could trick the man in to underestimating him. "any case can't we talk this out?"

Keldar saw the headbutt coming and did the only thing he could think of. He gathered the force around his head and slammmed it forward to meet it. As their heads met he felt the sting even through his force cushion. nobody wins in a headbutt he thought grumpily to himself. After maintaining the lock for a moment while he recovered Keldar quickly deactivated both his lightsabers, reactivating them once they were passed his opponents weapons and bringing them towards her from either side in a scissor motion. There was no way she would be able to dodge the strike and retaliate at the same time.

Narri's job had just become much easier; the Exile had completely missed the War Pike that was thrown at him moments prior. It would land with a loud 'thunk' in his upper arm, near his shoulder, nearly taking the arm in it's entirety. The man would not die, but his arm, at best would require surgery to be reattached. Also, due to loss of blood, he'd likely lose consciousness before he could make a getaway. With him out of the way, Hal only had one Jedi to contend with.

Turning to him, he simply shook his head, to answer his question, ignoring completely his comment about running. Shifting his weight forward, he stepped off his front foot, and sprinted forward, with his right hand saber chambered underneath his left arm, and his left saber over his right saber, unleashing his blades on both sides in a ferocious pincer strike, aiming to bisect the boy diagonally across his chest. At the low point of the strike with his left hand, he followed up with a quick prodding strike aimed at his center of mass. If none of that worked, Hal would turn up the heat with a slough of follow up strikes to keep the heat up.

(@One_For_Sorrow I want to stress something here, in this thread, and our other, I hold no ill will toward you. But attacks that are ignored are autohits by default. The rules state that, and you have to be careful. Also, fair warning, but your thread exit was interrupted by the attack you ignored in Honor to Quay.)

Fortunately, the Jedi's charge towards Narri was interrupted by a giant flying spike, courtesy of Halmo'de. It went into his arm with a wet sickly thunk, and blood spattered across the floor, to Narri's immense elation. She flashed the other exile a grin under her helmet, barely holding back a laugh as she took stock of the new situation. The fight was effectively over, what with the Jedi bleeding everywhere, being wracked with pain, and now down an essential limb. She just had to bury the hatchet, so to speak, in the Jedi's face.

Her baton and sword were ready and waiting, as she'd prepared them for the earlier rush, and now she raised them once more. With a wide smirk, she darted forward the rest of the way, until she was just in range, jabbing the tip of her vibrosword forward in a quick thrust at chest level with her right hand. She stayed at the absolute max range, seeking only to cause damage with quick light attacks whilst the Jedi bled out. Her left hand stayed close to her chest, clutching the baton protectively as a protective measure against any desperate assaults.

She made sure to keep a cautious eye out for Halmo'de and the boy, though she doubted he needed the help. But still, it was important that debts were paid, and the force, which quivered and flashed about in readiness, seemed to agree.

Keldar cursed inwardly as he felt the pike ruin his arm. He really wasn't sure how he missed the large spike flying towards him, but the mistake was already made and there was no sense dwelling on the matter. His left hand saber fell out of his hand as the fingers wend dead, deactivating as it hit the ground. Gritting his teeth through the pain he allowed the momentum of the pike to carry him sideways, luckily causing the thrust from his closer enemy to miss his chest, though it severed the rest of his arm which fell to the ground with a wet thud. Rolling several feet to the side Keldar stood up and quickly swiped his saber across the stump of his ruined limb, cauterizing it before returning the weapon to his pocket. He barreled out of a side door in the warehouse, pulling up his hood and disappearing into the crowds.

Ekaj stepped back from the charging exile. His attacks deflected away though even if they where ignored the distance between them remained far enough with Ekaj back peddling that he was at no risk.

Ekaj could not say the same for his comrade who had taken a massive hit. Ekaj was shocked that he did not avoid such a telegraphed attack. But Ekaj did not focuse on it. Instead he focused on the force and sent a push towards the sith before him. Even if he resisted the push it would slow him down enough. With force aided speed Ekaj made for the back door of the warehouse. It had a analog lock the type immune to splicers but not to the cassul flick of of Ekaj light saber.

Out side Ekaj kept hi guard up waiting for the counter attack. Though in the open such displays could draw unwanted attention.

Halmo'de's patience withered, with the boy very quickly, as he continued retreating. Even moreso when the boy tried to push him away. To answer to it, he cast forth a weak push of his own, to cancel it out, allowing only enough of it to bleed through, which hindered him briefly like if we're wading through knee deep water.

"I said, stop running and fight!" He bellowed, as he deactivated his left hand lightsaber, leaving the hilt in hand as he outstretched his arm and aimed a telekinetic lasso around the ankle of the boy, and yanked hard, attempting to pull him off his feet and drag him back within melee range, right about the time he attempted to dash toward the door. He was done playing Wampa and Porg with this Jedi, and sought to shed more blood. He trusted his comrade @Narri to deal with the other Jedi.
