Crix wasn't arrogant enough to think that he had all the right answers when it came to the role Jedi played in the Galaxy. He was a Knight - there were people above him who's role it was to direct the Order as a whole and his duty was to direct himself and his Padawans as he thought the Force showed them. As he thought was right.
He just did what he thought was right and what he thought the Force guided him toward in the moment. Crix was also rather aware that, for now, that lined up with what the Grandmaster and Masters were directing the Order to do. But if they ever diverged? He knew he would follow his own morals rather than the guidelines of the Order.
Too strong before lunch?
Kinda but he was a Jedi - conversations inside the Temple were all kind of like this so it was refreshing to have one with someone not so entrenched in one side of the argument. He grinned a little bit and took another drink of his caf as she finished hers and prepared to leave. Scientifica Galactica?
"I'll be on the edge of my seat watching every second." he assured her with a wave, "Bye!"
As she walked out of earshot he kind of just groaned.
"Bye? Seriously? Who even says that who isn't over the age of, like, forty when it's not a formal situation?"
