PERSONALITY:
Frey's personality is he is always serious and straight to the point when he is in a direct conversation and when he is trying to scare people and creep them out he acts kind until they let their guard down and then he is ruthless and rude to go to lean in for a shot at them.
Frey doesn't trust many people and even for the people he trusts he always has a fail-safe in case they turn against him.
When he is being evil he makes a deep evil laugh like out of a horror movie and when he smiles you can see his canine teeth more then the rest of his other teeth.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born to a couple of siths Frey always was involved with fight with people who hated the empire during his childhood raised in the ways of the dark side of the force he learnt most things like force choke, sense, mind trick and how to control a lightsaber.
During a war while he was a teenager he lost his parents to the rebels and then he was captured and tortured to reveal where the sith were hiding.
During the time he was held captive he was growing towards despising both sith and rebels mainly because he of his torture from the rebels and no sith coming to rescue him. After nearly being held captive more than 10 years he eventually fought back and escaped the rebel camp. During the time between escaping and now he has remained hidden living his life as he was never a sith.

How was Frey affected by the torture he supposedly underwent for 10 years? That would leave psychological damage, not just make him "rude" and "untrusting." Go deeper. His stats are all also ridiculously high. Someone who is agile will not have 8.5 for strength, and vice versa. Muscle adds weight and slows you down, and if he's lean enough to have a 9 in dexterity, he's not going to be super strong. Additionally, while you say in his personality he is rude and ruthless, he has a 9 in charisma, which makes no sense. If he's manipulative, he still wouldn't have such high charisma. His wisdom being at a 6 is a little iffy. Give your character room to grow at the start, as he has a lot of potential to be very interesting if his personality and background were more in depth. Don't start him off this uber powerful near-Sith extraordinaire. Develop him over time through RP and interaction with other characters.
