DESCRIPTION​

The G-201 Shocker Hand was originally created with the intent of modifying organics. Individuals would be able to replace a missing hand with the device, and it would act as a weapon. It would perhaps even be capable of imitating sith lightning in the process. The unfortunate truth was that the power consumption for the device was just too high. Individual power cells could only produce weak and short-lived lightning arcs. While the product was deemed unusable by organics, it was feasible for droids...

Instead of having it's own power cell, the hand would be directly powered by the droid's energy cell. It seemed to be a smooth transition. Now instead of reloading, the device requires a full minute to cool down after the first 10 seconds have been used. Since the device is directly drawing power from the droid, the being will find themselves being fatigued if it is over used.

Upon activation, via mental link between the droid and it's hand, a small bolt of electrical energy will be released from each finger tip. These individual bolts of lightning will move in a forward arc, dissipating after 10 meters. Targets who find themselves hit by the attack will be electrocuted, and likely in pain. Excessive exposure is capable of rendering even the strongest of wills unconscious.

LEGALITY​

Restricted. The weapon is illegal on most worlds, unless the droid is a registered Wardroid.

INTENT​

The shocker hand is going to be the first of many droid parts that S0-T0 modifies himself with to appear more 'sith-like'. This also creates a smaller version of the original EC-13 that takes up an armor function and a secondary weapon slot. The weapon is available to other droids, provided that they can actually find one.

RESTRICTIONS​

This weapon can only be attached to and utilized by droids of humanoid shape and size. The weapon must also be acquired through the black market.
