The star hung in the sky, casting an apalling heat upon the team of Sith. Boots thudded dully on the stone as they approached the tradeport. The wind kicked up dirt, stinging at Dravien's eyes. The trio tread carefully through a chest high ditch, concealing their approach temporarily. The weather was supposed to improve soon, but it did not matter. He was eager to get the mission underway and he guessed the other two Sith felt the same.

The objective was straightforward. Get in and accumulate enough supplies to set up a base of operations. However, how they achieved the objective was up to them. They could take the bounty hunters and mercs head on, but that could end badly. He figured a stealthy approach might be worth a shot.

Turning to the other Sith, Dravien stated, "it would be best if we approach the tradeport covertly. If we can get the supplies without a fight this will be effortless. We can deal with the mercs if we have to." The Acolyte waited for his comrades to respond.

Arnen, having taken the time to map out where it was they needed to go for supplies, he knew the three would need to blend with the crowd to some degree, and simply avoid detection from the bounty hunters, and any Mandalorian or Imperial Republican Sith or Agents, as this planet was situated between the two empires, and very near Mandalorian space. Though, if the three Sith, including Arnen, were able to remain undetected, they would able to skate underneath the radar, and establish their base to stage raids and operations into Tanaab within short jumping distance of the agricultural world.

They were roughly two hundred meters from where they needed to be to gather their supplies. With two of them going through the less crowded back alleys, they'd have more luck d

Arnen wore his old Combat Engineer Armor, rather than his typical Sith Battle Robes, as Sith were not looked kindly upon really anywhere except their own territory. With him was his pistol, Concussion grenade, and Frag nade on his right hip, kept hidden under a non-descript trenchcoat, attempting to pull off the mercenary/gunslinger look, with his armor. His lightsabers were fixed to N.E.W.D.A mechanisms on each of his arms, hidden under his coat, but over his armor.

"I think I should wade through the crowds, and keep an eye out for any particulars, that might try to stop us. You two make your way through the back alleys, and keep a low profile. If we're damn lucky, they'll have the same mentality as I, blending with the crowd, rather than skulking through the back roads," he said, to his compatriots.

It was unfortunate really, that the third Sith Acolyte accompanying both Arnen and Dravien had gotten lost through the crowds and likely ended up in an old fashioned gentleman's club with his liquor spiked with illegal spices. Needless to say, he would not be in any condition to complete this mission. Fortunately however, given the recent untimely completion of these prudent matters, the Dark Council had dispatched one of their most reliable and feared executors to the field to ensure operational success: Sith Crusader, Arianna Marris.

And thus, five bounty hunters remained in the Tradeport, all of them armed with medium armor and semi-automatic carbine rifles; they were in preparation for their own hunt to slay down the gladiatorial beasts that roamed wildly through the midlands. Unaware of the death that approached them, they turned quickly as the the last hangar door suddenly cleared upwards, opening a void of darkness that lay behind. However, a chilling breeze swept through the entire port along with lights momentarily dimming. Wails of tortured souls echoed as a bright, red glow illuminated from the depths of the hangar and the shimmer weapon was carried outwards until the crusader's cloaked figure was fully visible. Sparking a startled response from the Hunters, they immediately drew their weapons and fired upon the sorceress. However, Arianna was fully prepared as she utilized force speed to side-step quickly, dodging three blaster bolts before deflecting two additional blaster bolts with a singular horizontal parry of her blade. The bolts returned back towards their caster, burning through armor and flesh as one bounty hunter went to the ground.

Vile energies gathered in her left hand as she sprang it outwards, green electricity cackled across her fingertips before releasing in the form of a punishing cone of Force lightning towards a second bounty hunter. The attack incinerated and burnt skin beyond recognition underneath his armor, charred corpse hurling towards the others to cause a momentary distraction.

Drawing the force closer to her, Arianna stood ready, green eyes changing hue to the menacing golden as the corruption of the dark side channeled fiercely within the blood thirsty Crusader.

The staccato of gunfire rolled out from the town, causing Dravien to trade a glance with the other Sith. They didn't know what had happened, but it struck the warrior as careless incompetence to engage the enemy now. It would have taken less effort to slip in and out covertly.

"It looks like the fun has started without us," Dravien stated, abandoning their cover and moving into the streets. At first, he faced no opposition. That changed quickly, however, when he rounded the corner into an alleyway. Two bounty hunters stood rather obliviously until they saw him. He was already charging when the mercenaries brought their guns to bare.

Dravien had closed the gap rather quickly, deflecting the blaster shots that sailed his way. The Sith slashed down through the first man's weapon, cutting it in half before running the merc through. Two more soldiers moved into the alleyway. The other merc in Draviens vicinity tried to flee. The Sith was on him quickly. He cut the man down with ease. Several more blaster shots whizzed towards the Acolyte.

Swinging diagonally, he realized the first man was nimble as the slice was avoided. He struck horizontally, but was caught off guard as he was tackled to the ground. The blade was knocked out of Dravien's hands as the pair wrestled while the last merc tried to get a clear shot.

Like that, the Sith's cover had been blown. One could only guess that one of the bounty hunters was a scorned ex-lover of Arianna, having turned and fired at the Crusader and her two Acolytes. Arnen flexed both of his forearms, allowing his lightsabers to emerge from his armored robe's sleeves, and ignited them, immediately blocking the bolts flying toward him, but none of them would hit a mark they were intended for, one of which cutting down a bystander nearby.

Noticing the bind that Dravien had found himself in, Arnen gathered the Force to his left arm and threw his lightaber, like a buzzsaw at the man, before he could get a shot of, cleaving him in twain,
just above his hips, and promptly bringing the saber back to his hand, with practiced ease. With that, a lone merc appeared out of the chaos of the fleeing crowd, shouting as loudly as he couldfor the three Sith to freeze, to which Arnen simply raised a hand, and cast forth a tendril of dark intent to wrap around the man's neck. The mercenary knew that Arnen had no intent on surrendering, and thus, firing a pair of bolts, one of which grazed his chest armor above his ribs. The second bolt, and a follow up were quickly dealt with, and returned to sender, planting them both in his chest, and sending him off his feet, with a high pitched shriek of pain. Arnen allowed Dravien the dignity of dealing with the Merc he was currently wrestling with on the ground.

Arianna kept her saber in a defensive position as the sweeping hollow of dark energies circled around her, augmenting the Sorceress with strength and focus. She watched with pride as her two acolytes made quick work of the remaining guards, and she kept a note that perhaps these would would come useful for further operations after she made the prestigious ascension to Sith Lord.

As Arnen cleaved one soldier in two and send the other reeling in pain by deflecting his own blaster bolts against him, the Crusader finished the job. Arianna holding out her free hand as green electricity cackled across her fingertips and then shot towards the reeling form of the soldier in the form of a cone of lightning. Further screams filled the small hangar bay as what was left of his flesh and body soon incinerated with charred marks of burnt flesh. Stench filled the area as all the soldiers had been swiftly executed except for one.

As like her Acolyte, Arianna turned with amusement and watched as Dravien dealt with the last remaining opposition on the ground.

Arnen lost his patience after about a minute of watching Dravien struggle with one guard, on the ground, before pulling his blaster pistol, and firing a single bolt through the guard's skull, causing him to drop dead quickly, over top of Dravien. "You may be a Sith, but you certainly are no wrestler. Get up, let's go, and get these supplies, before more guards show up. Arianna and I will pick them up, you wrestle with the ship and get it closer to the supply depot," he spoke, his voice oozing with sarcasm, and stifled laughter, before making his way through the now empty spaceport.

Arianna had lost her patience too as she signaled in for their light freighter transport. The ship descending from orbit and onto the platform which they were currently standing on. "Do as you are commanded, Acolyte." She said harshly to the one who was taking forever wrestling a guard until Arnen had to put the poor chap out of his misery. Sith Heavy Troopers moved down the ramp to give a hand with the supplies as the Crusader herself exited into the vessel. Another job well done, it was time to pay hommage to the mad hermit: Ezra.
