Since you made a Jedi post it here http://www.thestarwarsrp.com/forum/index.php?threads/jedi-sign-ups.64235/ so that it can get approved and then you can start RPing. Open threads are open to join (though some are PvP, just be wary of that). Ask threads you'd need to PM the person before joining. Take a look around the Jedi threads to see if anyone is starting up and new threads and looking for people to join.

No problem. Also if you have an idea for an arc you want to do with your own character, you can always through up an interest thread in the Jedi subforum to see if others want to join. Or through it up in the OOC/Help threads to get interested peeps.
