Bungie just keeps disappointing me lately. :/ I was excited about this thing until they said that there's nothing Stealth About it. I'm still kinda excited, just.... Not as much now. It just feels like they're gonna re-hash the Campaign and change it up so you play an ODST rather than the Chief and that's the ONLY difference. You'll still run in, Guns Blazing, all by yourself, killing 20-30 guys before you even START to get worried.

Actually, I find Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors more fun for that kind of thing.

I really only see this game as Microsoft trying to bank in on Halo for as long as they possibly can. The noble thing to do would be end it at 3 but...

Woah woah woah. Who said anything that this would be run and gun? You saw in the trailer. That ODST didn't pick a fight with that Brute Patrol, he backed off. This may not be stealth but this may be a game about picking your battles, using your environment, and actually using tactics.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed Halo. But 2 and 3 just didn't captivate me the same way.

Actually I quite enjoyed halo 2, although it did kinda take away 'the fear of the unknown' when you met the covenant on the battlefield.

Making your enemies more human kinda takes away from the experience.

I said it FEELS that way. It's just the feeling I get from the latest news and whatnot. Will it DEFINITELY be that way? No necessarily. I've just got a Bad feeling about this...

I enjoyed the last three Halo games campaign modes and I dread playing multiplayer (any of you who have met me on Live may know this). I think this game could be good if it turns out to be something a little different thant the straight run and gun Halo usually offers.

As per Bungie beating the franchise to shit witha stick, there have only been three games and a few books. Not entirely overboard in my opinion.

Bungie was quoted the game isn't going to be like Splinter Cell in the stealth department, but one of the new main gameplay features is stealth. In the previous games, there was no stealth component, but this one will have one. I'm sure of it. They've already stated this game won't play exactly the same way.

you see, that scares me. A lot of stealth games suck, and to be honest the only I can honestly say I adore is Metal Gear...
