Biography

[beebox3=500px]Jabhar Darnor has been steeped in the dark side of the force since his birth. His parents, a pair of Exiles who had fled the Jedi Order years earlier because of their love, found themselves on Dathomir when it was time for Jabhar to be born. The dark energy of the Force that flowed through that planet naturally, as well as the parents who had turned to the Dark Side of the force, seeped into the birth of this child. This caused an unnaturally destructive, and eventually fatal birth. Though Jabhar survived the process, his mother did not, and his father, Tanorn, was left to raise him on his own. The pair lived on Dathomir for the first few years of Jabhar's life, hiding form the constant battles between what little remained of the Jedi and the Exiles all while Tanorn nutured the force sensitvity that he felt within his child. When Jabhar reached seven years of age, the pair finally managed to steal the ship of some smugglers who came to Dathomir to hide out, and left the system behind.

After three more years of just scraping by and training, Tanorn decided that Jabhar's powers should be put to the test. He had already showed a great deal of proficiency in swordsmanship and in wielding the Force as a weapon, but now he needed to face a true enemy. Using some old contacts, Tanorn was able to find out the location of a weapons drop that was occurring on the planet Tatooine where he then took his boy and handed him his own lightsaber. The crimson blade carved through the arms dealers with relative ease, and though the young Jabhar did not leave unscathed, he was victorious. It was at that moment of victory that the Jedi arrived. They had somehow caught wind of the transaction, as well as the presence of an Exile, and they had come to eliminate him. In a final sacrifice for his son, Tanorn held off the Jedi while Jabhar escaped, vowing to crush every last Jedi to avenge his father, no matter what the cost may be.

After the death of his father, Jabhar joined a small group of Exiles who were working together to slay the remaining Jedi and rid the galaxy of their foolish doctrine. The group was slowly eliminated over time, but not without their share of victories. Jabhar continued to grow in power and resolve, feeding off of the Dark Side of the Force which he fueled with his hatred. As the Hundred-Year Darkness came to a close, Jabhar's need for allies grew. He now stalks the galaxy in search of those who would help him crush the Jedi, as well as ways to grow in power, that he might be the one to deal the killing blow.

Personality

[beebox3=500px][/beebox3][beebox3=500px]Though there are moments of pure, unmitigated rage that overcome Jabhar, he is generally a calm, collected, and seething individual. His actions are born of hate far more than anger, giving him an air of patient pragmatism that dominates his personality. He is a driven individual, constantly pushing towards his goals and letting little stand in the path of what he believes to be the proper course of action. He is not afraid to voice his opinions, even to those who may hold a higher rank than him, but he will listen to orders if he is given them, recognizing the importance of following the chain of command. This falls hand in hand with his ambitious nature, believing that he will some day be the one handing down orders rather than receiving them.

Despite his calm nature, his appearance in combat can be boiled down to two words: violent and unrestrained. He is the one that would rather destroy the front door of a building and march into enemy fire rather than sneak in through the back, and he will take every opportunity he can to unleash grand displays of his proficiency in the Force to his enemies in hopes of striking them down with fear alone. Jabhar is one to revel in the subjugation of others, and often finds that letting enemies live to serve you in fear rather than killing every last one of them can be far more useful.

The man's hatred for the Jedi knows no bounds, and he has been known to forgo his generally pragmatic nature if he knows that he can harm Jedi in the process. Furthermore, he is willing to work with anyone who would help him crush the Order, including independent factions and members of criminal organizations. Jabhar is a confident warrior who is not afraid to show his strength to those who would dare challenge him, and it is that confidence (or overconfidence) that will most certainly be his undoing.[/beebox3]

Appearance

[beebox3=500px][/beebox3][beebox3=500px]Underneath his armor, Jabhar is a well built, young man whose torso and back are covered in burn marks and scars from his years of training with his father who was not merciful in the slightest. One such scar is also over his left eye, tracing from above his eye down to being even with his mouth. His hair is shaved very short to the point where he is almost bald, and his eyes are a deep blue.

These features are not usually seen though, due to the armor that he usually wears. His armor is black and silver, covering most of his upper body along with his black hooded cloak. Additionally, when he goes anywhere that he expects to face combat, he dons his red mask that covers his whole face, including his eyes, not to hide, but to intimidate.[/beebox3][beebox3=500px][/beebox3]

Attributes & Skills

[beebox3=500px]Jabhar is described by some as a force to be reckoned with. He has honed his body any his mind to be like an unrelenting juggernaut. His strength, stamina, and constitution are above average as he stands like a bulwark against his foes. He is not as dexterous as some of his allies, and though his intelligence is not below average, he has not focused a great deal on improving it. These attributes are also a downside to him, as he tends to march into dangerous situations assuming that he will be alright thanks to the way he has honed himself.[/beebox3][beebox3=500px]

As far as his actual skills go, Jabhar is trained in swordsmanship and hand to hand combat, as well as the basics of piloting, though he is no ace pilot by any means. As mentioned above, his approach to combat is violent and unrestrained. His ability with the Force is mostly limited to the acrobatic enhancement, sense, and telekinesis, as he only learned from his father who was not adept at any other techniques. Though he is very adept in these areas. Additionally, his approach to lightsaber combat is equally as violent, favoring the Djem So variant of Form V.[/beebox3]

Biography

Ausra Vaxos was born to a Zabrak couple living in poverty on the planet Jedha. Despite the fact that the moon itself was voerflowing with Jedi at times, the young Zabrak and his family were not noticed in the slightest for many years. Before Ausra was born, his parents fled there from slavery under the hutt regime in a sector that they don't even rememeber. Booking passage using stolen credits, the parents fled to wherever the ship was going until they were dumped on Jedha and began their life free, but in poverty.

Despite that, the couple was always grateful and content with whatever they had, and they tried to pass those lessons onto their son. However, they did not get many years to do so, as by the time the boy turned four years of age, it became clear to his parents and to the Jedi that frequented the moon that he was Force sensitive. The Jedi offered to take Ausra and train him on the ways of the Force, and though his mother and father were reluctant, they knew it would lead to a better life for their son, and so they accepted. The boy then joined the Temple at Tython and began his training int he midst of the Hundred Year Darkness.

This training continued for a number of years, until Ausra turned 15 years of age, and began to go through the normal issued that a boy his age might. In addition to growing the horns on his head into sharp points, the boy developed romantic feelings towards a young Twi'lek girl his age. As this was strictly forbidden by the Order, Ausra kept this to himself, fearing that he might be punished, or even worse, exiled. Though unable to stop these feelings from blossoming, Ausra and the Twi'lek, Cin, fell in love. They kept their relationship hidden for two years, before all hell broke loose.

While on what was supposed to be a simple training mission, Cin and Ausra were found out by a master that was escorting them. But before the master could turn in the lovers, they were set upon by the very enemies they were sent to eliminate. In the ensuing fight, the master was gravely injured, and instead of helping him, Ausra killed him to keep their secret. Cin was crushed by this, and abandoned Ausra, leaving him alone on the planet. From there, Ausra realized the folly of the Jedi for discouraging such passions, and fled to join the Exiles.

Since then, Ausra gave himself nearly fully to the Dark Side and joined with the Assassins with whom he fought during the battle of Ilum. Barely escaping with his life, the young man has decided to push onward in his pursuit of power and knowledge of the Dark Side of the Force. He seeks out Jedi to kill and ways to further the Exile cause at every opportunity, but is aware that he has a long way to go before he can claim to be the master of the Force he hopes to someday become.

Personality

Cold, calculating, and cunning are all words that would accurately describe Ausra Vaxos, though you would not know it to meet him in person. Ausra displays an air of intelligence, but not to the ruthless point that it actually goes. He is friendly with most people he meets, including his enemies, and and no problem engaging in witty banter with people he intends to slaughter. His first approach to a problem is generally to attempt to talk to the opposing party in an attempt to turn them to his point of view. But if that fails, he does not hesitate to execute the cause of his problems if need be.

He is calm and collected, recognizing the value of pragmatism over that of the simple killing of every kind of opposition, and does his best to accept his emotions, but also to cage them within himself such that they permeate his very being, so that when he releases them, they are deadly. The Force is a weapon to him, and he is proud of his ability to use it, preferring to showcase his power when the time comes rather than subtly influencing people.

With the collapse of any semblance of Order among the Exile numbers, Ausra is focused on his own personal goals for now. He wishes to better himself to the point where he can influence the actions of his fellow Exiles, keeping his movements hidden and silent until the time is right.

Appearance

Ausra is a well built, athletic man who has not forgone any of his physical training over that of his mind. As a young Jedi, he was trained on how to keep his body in good shape, and has done so, even after leaving the order. Appearing more lithe than anything, there is no doubt in anyone who sees Ausra that he is capable in fight, despite his usual method of dealing with problems. Even so, he is not the hardiest of fighters, and can be easily bested in feats of strength despite his muscular appearance.

He is a handsome man, though some of his more off putting features such as his pupil-less yellow eyes that are a result of the corruption of the dark side and his sharp, curved horns, make some people uncomfortable with his presence. He keeps his head shaved bald, but when it does grow in it is thick and black. He has a series of burn scars on his body from the various fights he was in, as well as a large scar on his back from the battle of Ilum when he was nearly killed.

Attributes & Skills

Ausra is a subtle, but lethal weapon when he needs to be, and tends to think of himself as a shadow of death. Though he cannot take many hits, or endure a great deal of pain before needing to stop fighting, he makes up for it by not letting his enemies see him coming. He is well versed int he arts of persuasion and seduction, using them to his advantage when he needs to get into place that he should not be allowed, although he is not opposed to simply sneaking in either. He is fairly competent when it comes to using computers, and piloting is one of his skills that he is openly proud of.

When it comes to combat, Ausra is well trained in lightsaber Form VII, Juyo, and uses it as open as he can with his double-bladed light saber. He is also trained in the shien variant of Form V, though not as well as Juyo. He is simply better at fighting against other lightsaber wielding enemies than those at a range, and will do anything he can to close the distance between himself and his adversaries to make up for that inefficiency.

When it comes to his ability with the Force, Ausra has trained himself in the less subtle ways of using the Dark Side, as he is more than confident in his own abilities to be subtle. His two primary proficiency are Energy Manipulation and Sense. He has no talent for healing others, leaving that to other people to deal with rather than himself, and refuses to practice any form of mental manipulation, instead relying on his own wit and charisma for those kinda of problems. Even so, he works hard to guard his own mind from such invasions.
