Appearance:
With short bright blonde hair and an average skinny figure, Helia possesses a rather typical appearance carried down by most women in her family tree. Helia takes great pride in her uniform and strives to keep it as well-kept as possible, while privately wearing a locket with a picture of her family in one half and a picture of her father in the other, it is inscribed with the heraldry of the Royal family she serves.

Background:
Having grown up on Naboo during the earliest years of the civil war, Helia lived in the shadow of her militant father. With a life ambition to aspire to be as great as he seemed in her eyes, she elected to join the Royal Naboo military.
Her progression through the ranks came as much by her determination as it was a desperation to prove herself in the eyes of her father who would take interest in her career from a distance and with no intent to grant her any favours over the rest of his men.
When time came for the military to lay the foundations of an air-capable combat unit, Helia immediately petitioned to be part of the force to be taken from the existing military to form the air forces as her father was elected to be among the founding officers behind its creation.
Initial attempts to join were met with failure as it was believed her 'one-track-mind' had given her the disadvantage of being out of touch with her peers, but following a heated discussion with her father following the rejection, she took steps to amend her attitude at her father's suggestion and demonstrated her abilities in an effort to show that they might compensate for her social self-isolation.
Her request was eventually accepted a year after the air force's founding, and her celebratory return home to see family was met with news that her father had been the target of an assassination attempt which was instigated by rebel factions in the hope of destabilizing the air force's existence.
Her return to active duty left her lessons in self-isolation all-but forgotten as she struggled to cope with her grief.
Overcoming a hard cornerstone in her life, she endeavoured to push on with her career and with an ambition to reach a position of responsibility that her father held within the air force. This was paired with her own determination to see the air force grow, taking it upon herself to see to it her father's work wouldn't crumble.
Several years on, she attained the rank of Wing Commander of the Kings Own, a division of the air force that would see to serving the king and the council, making up a respectable fraction of the total number of fighters available. She holds the title as the youngest person to as yet hold the rank and gives her personal clearance to answer to the council (superceding air force command when orders are given).
Those that she answers to or now works with would describe her as a woman with a goal of ensuring the air force survives the time of war that has come, all would say that this is too much of a burden for any singular person to willingly take on, and better fits her superiors to contemplate.
The wiser company would even go so far as to pity her for the younger years she spent to get to where she was with few friends and barely in contact with her family. Skills:
Distinguished Pilot - Both as a tactician and a pilot, Helia has proven herself to be bold and innovative, evolving the Naboo approach to fighter manoeuvres on two occasions. While training has included basic civilian shuttles, she very much prefers the standard military craft employed on Naboo as a matter of preference.
Wing Commander - Her position of authority grants her command over a selection of fighter squadrons within the small air force.
Gear:
- Helia always keeps a side-arm to hand (counts as a Czerka Holdout Pistol). As a pilot, she has never needed to use it, though she has been trained to use it competently. She carries no more than two power cells for it at a given time.
- She also keeps a communication device always on hand to contact her associates when needed.
- Military Dress Uniform, pilot outfit and a mix of off-duty clothes.
