Yes we are pre-Bane, but our Sith Brotherhood is not the Brotherhood of Darkness you are probably thinking of. Since Disney took over the franchise and canned the EU/Legends material, we've been following their new canon - which makes things like the Brotherhood of Darkness, KotOR, TOR et al. obsolete and therefore no longer canon to the Star Wars universe.
