Just one question, can I use the same name, or do I have to use a different name, also I was wondrring if lightwhips were allowed.

We do have subaccounts that we would strongly perfer that the subaccount accounts name is the same as the character's name.

If you need to request a name change here, then here it is. Once you get your character sorted, you can refer here on how to get the sub account set up. Make sure to follow all the steps :)

As for lightwhips, I believe those will need a tech write-up for approval. As those aren't canon and they are portrayed inconsistently in Legends.
