Hello everyone. I don't really have much to tell you, except it's nice to meet you all and I hope to have a lot of fun with you guys. I joined this forum because I am a big fan of Star Wars; a big fan of George Lucas, because frankly if he didn't exist then this site wouldn't exist and I'm glad he exists and I love the big story that started with him.

What got me into Star Wars in the first place was because of the sixth film, Return of the Jedi during the Sarlacc scene. I was interested in the creature, then my focus turned to Luke's lightsaber he had; and that became my ticket into the Star Wars Universe. I have been crazy about lightsabers without telling anyone; I watch the characters use it a lot it makes me wish the whole story was real.

I loved the FU games, just the second one seemed a little hazy for my taste.

yeah i was expecting or hoped that it was the real starkiller and not the clone version made by Vader. I guess the real guy did die at the end of the first game. Pardon me for saying this, but he was a fricken badass character and he would've ended the sith. He's like stronger than the Emperor, even Vader; granted that he was The Chosen One. Starkiller became my favorite character throughout the entire SW Universe, not only he's the strongest character, but because of his combat style and the way he holds his lightsaber.

All I can say is, never mess with Starkiller...EVER. It's like "Shoot first and then shoot later" XD

The Chosen One is Luke Skywalker, not Starkiller. Starkiller, although formerly the planned name for Skywalker, was just some Dark Jedi-Acolyte, serving under Vader. And aslong as Vader and the Emperor were still alive, he couldn't have become a Sith, due to the 'Rule of the two', as implemented by Darth Bane.

That being if Galen killed Vader he would have fulfilled that rule. Still after playing the game, Galen seems to overshadow Luke Skywalker's glory at least Force-wise.

I consider Galen a Mary-Sue, to be honest, and if he managed to kill Vader that would solely reinforce it.

That's probably why George Lucas never let Galen live to see the New Hope. Which begs the question, how to get rid of the clone and Juno Eclipse?

Lucas himself has never touched Galen Marek, which doesn't make the character or Lucas any better.

True, but he did let the story be published in his name, in his universe.

If I'm not mistaken, that was handled by Lucas Arts and not George Lucas himself.

So does George Lucas have any control over LucasArts?

He's their Chairman, but he's usually too busy masturbating all over his toy-line and destroying the canon universe.

I was referring Vader/Anakin as the chosen one.
