THEME
Burkhart was used to going to places that he should not be. It was common place for a smuggler to venture into areas that would otherwise be risky and very costly if recognized for what they were. But also having a fair amount of experience on this the Morling was not going to make rookie mistakes.

The Effervescent flew through the airways of Vjun. It's advanced IFF spoofer making it appear like something else entirely. The cargo, a specific package purchased on Eriadu and assembled off world, sat in one of the custom smuggling compartments on board.

The Field Marshal and his crew were to meet with a contact of his. For now he kept his scanners active to detect any diverting ships to try and intercept them. Some local cop would probably try to use the 'your tail light is out' gimmick but that just was an excuse for them to get close before doing something worse.

Even the Empire was corrupt. Usually that meant injustice and the negative affect reaching the everyday citizen. In this case it would actually help Burkhart out in his endeavor. His cockpit was locked for the time being since he wanted to fly in alone. Once they landed it would be good to have some presence.

The Alor of clan Kelborn was not dressed in his usual beskar'gam. Instead he was set up with his incognito getup. Clicking the link to Daz he wondered how he felt about being on Vjun. The last time Burkhart had been here Drace had been injured pretty bad. A lot of events had transpired on that trip actually.

William was in his civilian clothing and on a mission to meet some bloke and make an exchange. It was an impressive ship, to say the least, as he sat in the back with his arms crossed. While waiting for the ship to get to its destination, the fiery red-haired Mando'a sat and took a nap, a bit offshoot from his normal grandiose and wild personality.

Will had never actually been to Vjun, well mostly because it was within imp space and Mandalorians often tend to stay out of those areas. Unless they had a reason, of course, and right now Burkhart and William had a pretty good reason. The moment they landed are their destination, Will got up from his seat and followed the Morling out of the ship.

The ship came down for a landing. Burkhart told his crew to keep the weapons active in case of any quick action attackers. The last time he had been here it was not under Imperial rule. A man had tried stealing his ship back then but had got a good burst of his light repeater in the back.

Upon landing Burkhart set up his Fierce Intensity Redundancy System so that only the weapon turrets and the engine remained active. It would still take him to unlock the controls to actually take off but this way it would not be from a cold start if necessary. Pulling out his disposable commlink he sent a quick message to the imperial officer who was going to be their contact.

The man would come to the ship, crossing the open ground. Burkhart would open up the vehicle. William would exit and then the Morling would tell him to actually bring the Imperial inside his ship. The less they did out in the open the better. Once the man was inside he closed the door behind him. The officer was ballsy, then again, it was probably just greed. Burkhart was paying the man quite a bit of credits to do this job.

"You'll take thas, an ya put it on Victress's yacht and hook it up to tha hyperdrive." Burkhart said leaning against the bulkhead. The officer looked towards the item inside a briefcase. The item was covered in scatterweave so it would not be detected by scanners. If the man did his job right then it would not be noticed by anyone or anything. Still, he seemed sensibly nervous. These were high stakes.

Will did as Burkhart told him to do as he left the ship to meet the so-call Imp officer. Standing by the ramp on the ground with arms crossed, his eyes fell on a man approaching the ship and relayed the information to Burkhart, just to be on the safe side. The Imp hadn't looked like much, he actually reminded Will of the type of person who would do anything, if it meant gaining more power without doing anything himself. Described in another way, he looked like a c*nt.

Will went in front of the officer with a hand resting on his blaster, just in case the officer had gotten cold feet and told the Empire about them. "Blaster" demanded Will coldly, opening his palm, waiting for the officer to give up his weapon. The fiery red-haired Mando'a did not like this man and he particularly didn't trust the man in front of him.

Being paranoid enough already about having the Empire finding out about him meeting with the enemy, he placed his officer blaster pistol in Will's hand. Both entered the ship again to a waiting Field Marshal, so they could get on with the mission.

Confiscating the weapon had been a wise decision. Burkhart would have been fine letting him hold onto it. He doubted the man would be able to kill him with the weapon drawn and aimed at him but it was best to reduce the number of factors.

"I expect my payment will come in to the agreed upon account?" He said trying to keep his cool as best he could. Burkhart did not reply immediatly. "You'll be paid, as agreed." He assured the corrupt imperial. He seemed to think about it some more but then finally nodded and picked up the brief case.

Burkhart would pull out a datapad and tap in a few keys. Half of his funds would be transferred now and the other half after the job was completed. The vessel would open up once again and allow the imperial to leave. He would head off the landing pad and back out into the city. The job was as good as done in Burkhart's opinion. If the Imperial did not follow through with his end, then he would be recieving a visit from the Red Right Hand.

Flexing his cybernetic right arm at the thought of killing imperials the Morling turned and headed back to the cockpit. They would get ready to leave again shortly. Everyday was a good day to kill some imperials.

Will stood a bit to the side, or more importantly behind the Imp, so no funny business would happen. However, he didn't interrupt Burkhart's conversation and as soon as their little talk came to an end, he gave the officer his blaster back. Will followed the Imp to the ramp and waited for the man to leave the ship, before closing the ramp.

William thereafter went to the cockpit, taking the remaining free seat as he watched the ship rise into the air and leaned back in his seat, smiling a bit over the officer's pale face. One of the many enjoyments, seeing Imps cowering or being paranoid.
