Welcome to the site! The community here is lots of fun and very understanding and helpful for those starting out. Personally, i like your character despite the simplicity of the profile. I'm personally a big fan of fleshing out characters through rp interactions, so there's nothing wrong with having a very simple profile in my opinion. I'm sure you've heard it a dozen times to flesh it out a bit, but all in good time. :)

He probably could use a bit more meat but i'd say he's a good character to start off. If you are looking for a faction there are plenty of good ones out there to suit your fancy. Some of the more active ones are the Accord, Czerka, and i'm starting a criminal syndicate known as the Exchange (still unapproved, but we're pending approval by one of the site admins. Shouldn't be too much longer.) Of course there are several other interesting factions you would likely enjoy, so feel free to give them all a look over.
