Hey y'all,
Well beginning last week I'm afraid that I've been cut very short for spare time, and with the sudden passing of a very close and immediate family member just a few days ago, these last couple of days have been quite chaotic. I very much apologize to those I have been roleplaying with, and those who I've intended to continue roleplaying with, but I'm very tired and this occurrence has made me realize that I need to adjust my priorities a little bit.
This is not to say that I did not enjoy my time here. I think that this is not only one of the greatest roleplaying communities I have been a part of, but also one of the most generous, and probably the most imaginative and inspiring. I thank you all for allowing me to take part in the fun.
The issue is with my sense of time management. We only really have so much time and right now I need to be spending mine focussing on my Work Term and subsequently keeping my career on its feet moving into the summer, which is particularly hard when you're a professional musician without any sort of record deals.
I especially apologize to my fellow participants in the Anoth battle. I really thought that I'd be able to see it through and continue with my work term but I could not foresee this family loss, and I fear that even if I did not have to finish this one last month of school, preparing to participate in the service, helping my family to get through this, and focussing enough to be able to put another coherent piece of writing together for you guys would have me busy for at least another few days. I do not want to hold things up in that thread however, so I ask that you guys do what you will to make it fair for the remaining participants.
I apologize, but I know that you'll all be understanding in this matter. I really do hope to come back some time soon, perhaps right after graduating but at this point I do not want to make any promises. I'd send out some PMs and some other OOC notes but I have to be off somewhere.
