It was not like Theia to feel unmotivated, she had been avoiding much of her basic jedi studies and even her academy courses to hide in the biosphere that Leon had showed her on her first days within the Jedi Order. The segment of Dantooine jungle offered some solace to the worry, fear, and confusion she was experiencing; the trickling water of the small river that cut through the trees was enough to pull her thoughts away and allow her to just be there. It was also easier to meditate and focus her mind, and that was what she did on most of her days. Though she was searching for something, or someone; an emptiness could be felt heavily in her heart, it was cold, distant and exacerbated the fear of something terrible has happened anytime she would reach to touch it.
She couldn't help to think it was her mom; there was no word from her in quite some time and answers were not coming to her quickly as to why she would be so quiet from her in this length of time. Eventually, she reached out to Ezra; she wasn't sure who else to tell, Uncle Em and Uncle Jai were occupied with their work, her new friends wouldn't understand, and she was certain if she told any other of the masters, they would not share the same concern as herself.
So, Theia sent him a message, I'm worried about Mama., hoping he would have time before he was swept away with more Jedi business. She wasn't sure how she could put aside the thoughts and fears she carried, certainly they were stemming from something else.
