The engines died down as Brodan landed on the surface of Tatooine to begin his journey. The Dune Sea seemed just as hot since the last time he visited the desert planet.
Brodan ignited his jetpack and flew into the air to get a better view of his surroundings. While in the air he spotted the tip of a building hiding behind a sand dune.
“That must be the Hutt’s post!” Brodan thought to himself as he advanced to its location.
Landing on top of a dune not far from the post, Brodan crawled to the tip and peeked over the edge only to see the post had been completely raided and judging from the ashes left in piles, it happened not to long ago. Brodan ventured more into the destroyed post to see if the crystal swords were perhaps safely stored within something and to see what damaged had occurred.
The gates had been smashed in with something massive and bodies were everywhere, the carcasses were starting bake in the heat, causing a putrid smell. The Tusken Raiders seemed to have came prepared, by observing the fact that there were more dead guards than sand people. Searching while making his way through the upper levels, Brodan could not successfully locate the crystal swords, but instead came upon a dead Kirslecqua the Hutt.
“So the rumors were true.” Brodan joked with himself as he made his way back down to the first floor and pulled out a holopad and contacted Dr. Valentine Lockhart.
“ No luck here. They killed Kirslecqua the Hutt and completely raided the post, I guess I will have to track down and investigate the sand people.” Brodan told the hologram. “And judging by the havoc they caused, there is a lot of ‘em, I think I’m going to need some help. No worries though, I have someone in mind.”
