Well, lemme see... There are the five members of Alpha fireteam. Corporals Roark Ondym [PC] and Aerek Burkan [PC] are standing next to each other, near Mandus and addressing him. Private First Classes MacIntyre and Bolera are flanking Mandus from either side and Private Vao is presumed to be aiding in their flanking. Aerek would be better able to tell you where she is.

Bravo team is on the rooftops, I believe. I believe their broken up on either side of the street (although I could be wrong) and are in cover aiming down on Mandus. Not exactly sure where Private Valeska Stargazer [PC] is, but she's on the roof somewhere. Private Draven Darkstar [PC] has gone rogue and is scaling a bell tower for a sniping position. NPC law enforcement have encircled Mandus and set up a perimeter, weapons drawn on him.

However, as far as what Mandus can see ICly, he can only see Alpha fireteam and the local law encircling and addressing him. Bravo team is in cover/concealment on the rooftops as aforementioned. And no one knows where Private Darkstar went.


Edit: As for the exact numbers of Bravo, well, OOCly there are 9 in total, I believe, but ICly, only the Stormies would know that. Since again, Bravo is hiding and waiting to strike should things go bad.

The checkpoints were abandoned, they were initially set up to on the entrances/exits to the city to prevent the Sith from escaping. So the police chief is somewhere in the 'perimeter' around the Sith.
