Hunting a predator: Know your target

Nar Shaddaa, the home of scum and villainy, where people would break every single rule and ignore anything remotely moral, there was a big chance someone tried to mug you whenever you walked on the streets of the smuggler's moon, it was a very shitty place to live in, but it was also Sunverkh's favorite planet for that very reason, so many opportunities to fight, so many targets to hunt, it was one of the best urban hunting grounds in the galaxy, when someone has a bounty on their head, chances are, they probably try and hide in Nar Shaddaa. Most people would find it difficult to find their target there, but Sunverkh knew better, whenever he didn't have a particular target, he decided to investigate for clues on the planet, which sometimes led him to a nice target.

This time, however, he hit jackpot, having found out who was the current employer of Jala Zor, that could lead him to the famous killer himself! Such great news, such a great target, the Trandoshan was looking forward to hunting the Kel Dor down. The only reason he wasn't on the hunt at the moment, was because he liked working with others, there was so much a hunter could do on their own, and while he enjoyed challenging himself, this wasn't something he thought was worthy of hunting to prove to himself that he was a great warrior, a rogue bounty hunter paled in comparsion to the horrors he fought back on Kashyyyk, no, fighting with others would do.

So, there he was, sitting and waiting in a small Nar Shaddaa apartment that he rented just for this reunion in the middle of the night, three glasses, a bottle of Corellian whiskey and his helmet on a table, the door wide open for anyone to enter if they wanted to and the Trandoshan carrying his suit of armor and blasters, waiting for his two acquaintances to appear: Brent Fury Drast and Louis Daele. The two performed well enough last time and the Trandoshan guessed that they would show up. Sunverkh did tell them to come suddenly, without much warning or details, but he also told them that the reward would be greater than when they hunted down Uly Noll, they would come.

[Louis Daele]

Louis was still surprised with how the bounty hunt with that rich alien guy went. It with so smoothly and they got a major payday out of it. The Smuggler's Moon native thought the experience was something different, it got the adrenaline flowing in a way unlike simply breaking into a building and stealing some stuff, that's for sure.

Anyways, Louis work with Blackwell Technologies has been slow, and he has been contacted by the Trandoshan he was working with Sunverkh for a job. Interested, he followed the details, coming to the smuggler's moon, Nar Shaddaa, the place he was from and a place he left without looking back when he had the chance. It doesn't pain him to come back though, it's simply business.

Appoarching through the door first was Louis, wearing his normal clothing. He smiled as he came through the room, looking forward to the job even if it doesn't have much details, but confident it will be fun and worth it. "Nice to see you again, Mr. Jhess" he nodded his head as he came through the door. He would the Corellian whiskey on the table and the three glasses. Taking one of the glasses, he would begin to pour some whisky. "Don't mind if I do?" he knew what the glasses and bottle were there for.

"Doing well?" he asked the Trandoshan, making some small talk while they wait for the other person. Or at least he knew there was another person because of the three glasses. He wondered if it could be Brent, who they both worked with on the rogue banker bounty, but he wasn't for sure because of the minimal details given to him.

Well, it's nice to get invites to things like this. Like in the business world, having connections help.

[Brent Fury Drast]

Hands patted knees as Brent tapped the beat of his music playing from his PEA. His head nodded to the beat, stopping for a moment as the beat built up before resuming when it dropped. Brent probably should have been more concerned with their target ahead. The man who was the bounty he was after was a dangerous criminal and was wanted for murder. When Brent had learned of this he had been enthusiastic in participating. Unnecessary death was something that struck a nerve in him.

The music he was playing from his droid followed him as he made his way down the halls of the apartment building. Finally he arrived at the room he was to reunited with the trandoshan and the young BIT employee. "Sorry I'm late." He apologized noticing he was the last one there.

"Did I miss anything?" He was asking of course if there were details that needed repeating. Brent was unsure if the others had been there long. But judging by the fact that three glasses were dry it was safe to assume they had yet to begin anything. sweeeeeeeeeeeet

Just like Sunverkh thought, it didn't take long before the two men arrived even if he asked for their assistance suddenly, such was the power of credits. The first one to arrive was Louis, of course, out of the two he was the most responsible and serious one. "Mr. Daele" He greeted him in response, nodding at him when he started pouring his drink "Indeed, have been hunting some nice targets, but nothing too big recently, not until now, at least" He responded, letting him know a bit more about what he had gathered them there.

Not too much after that, Brent also showed up, out of the three of them, he was the most easy going and goofy, but he was more than capable to fight and knew what he was doing, besides, he reminded Sunverkh of an old friend he once had. "You haven't missed much, please take a seat" He said, pouring some whiskey into his own glass and taking a sip before continuing.

"The reason why I have gathered you here, and you probably guessed it, it's because you did very well last time we partnered up and I like hunting in groups" Sunverkh explained before putting on the table a small hologram of Jala Zor "This Keldorian is called Jala Zor, a bounty hunter gone rogue, now working as an assassin and well paid enforcer, he is known for his lack of mercy, his violent tendencies and great skill" The Trandoshan took another sip from his glass, letting them have a good look at the hologram before proceeding "He also has a bounty on his head that rivals the one from Uly Noll if taken dead, and doubles it if taken alive."

"However, the man was once a great bounty hunter and knows how to hide from people like us. Fortunately, while on Nar Shaddaa I discovered who his last employer was" The Trandoshan added before putting on the table yet another hologram, this one being the image of a Duros "Jemzel Delwum, a Duros gang leader that paid our target a great amount of credits to help him turn the tides of battle against a rival gang. However, his overconfidence made him accidentally reveal that he hired Jala Zor, and, well, the rumors spread fast" Sunverkh lifted the holoprojector of the Duros, looking at it and then the other two men with great determination in his eyes "So...we pay a visit to this man to ask about the whereabouts of Jala Zor" The Trandoshan then flicked his finger, hitting Jala Zor's holoprojector and flipping it over in result "And then capture him" Finishing his drink and dropping the Duros' holoprojector, the Trandoshan looked at them once more "Any questions or suggestions about how we are doing this?"
