Hutt Database said:
A new criminal group known as the Infidels—comprised of former members of the Exchange, Black Sun, and even the Tenloss Syndicate, all known enemies of the Cartel in the past—has sprung up. They have taken up many contracts of the Basadii's usual clients, and even attacked some of our gun shipments around the Mustafar sector, where we believe they've taken residence. Dogi wants them finished, and to know if they have other bases and affiliates.

Before partaking in a bounty, Punning thought it be more fitting to take on a mission first. It paid more, and he'd have some extra back up if things went wrong. They'd be getting paid the same amount whether or not how many of them be coming back alive, so leaving his partner in crime behind would be in bad taste. A terrible showing of his abilities towards the Cartel, and he'd lose a potential coworker in the process. Of course if he's an idiot, leaving them to die would be beneficial to the Cartel. Though, if he possesses some skill, he'd keep them around for a bit longer. Partners in crime if you will. Coworkers. Nothing more. He were still getting used to this whole contract business and learning some tricks from someone that had been around longer would be a wise decision.

As he waited outside of his parked D-5 mantis for his coworker to arrive, Punning quickly surveyed his surroundings to make sure he were safe. The spaceport were located in a shady part of town, even for Nar Shaddaa standards. He knew the owner of the spaceport, so he made extra sure no one but himself touched his ride. Hell, not that many people even knew this slot in the spaceport were filled. Common knowledge suggested the garage weren't safe for proper ship storage, though it didn't stop the occasional squatter from sneaking in, making a mess of Punning's pride and joy. Normally they posed no threat, but he allied himself with the Cartel now, so he'd best be on his 'A game'.

Leaning on his starship, Punning trusted the location with his Hutt Cartel partner along with giving the docking bay owner the heads up that someone would be visiting. Armed from head to toe in his father's Mandalorian armor, Punning continued to wait for his partner as he cleaned off one of his blaster pistols with a nearby rag. Wouldn't want those things to jam when he needed them the most. The docking bay were dimly lit and the floors dirty from poor maintenance, the self proclaimed Mandalorian had identified these surroundings as home, but not for long. He'd be chilling in his own mansion soon, with private dancers and the finest drink in the galaxy. All he had to do was what he were told. Nothing more.

Athena landed her ship near the location her partner had given her. Stepping out of the ship, she put her helmet on, creating an audible 'hiss' as it connected to the suit. With both of her blaster pistols on her hip holsters, and her plasma sniper rifle on her back, she had all she needed to take out whatever tried to get in her way. Walking to the coordinates she was given, she quickly noticed that she was certainly not in the rich part of town. Why did all her missions involve her being in the poor part of towns? It certainly got annoying after a while, but she put that thought aside when she reached the spaceport. Walking in, she saw someone wearing full Mandalorian armor, something she's come to respect. Something she respected even more, is the fact that they were cleaning their weapon before combat, something that she always did. "So, what's the plan?" She asks, her helmet making her voice sound uni-tone and robotic.

Punning noticed immediately when his coworker arrived. A heavily armored man such as himself, no doubt ready to put in work. He were clear cut and to the point. Time was money after all and frankly he didn't feel like wasting it on pleasantries. Holstering his weapon on his hip, the Kung stood straight up to address his visitor.

"The plan is blast as many fools as possible." Vizla said, in his regular raspy voice.

Crossing his arms he half expected his associate had a plan before coming here, hopefully he weren't as green as Punning thought.

"I'm open to suggestions, of course I'm all about walking away from this with a few extra holes, but I'm still down to wrap things up as fast as possible."

Punning wanted the advice of a real professional before running in there guns blazing, of course he had no qualms with leaving a few dozen children without a father, but he'd rather not leave in a bodybag himself. He were a ruthless killer, but he still valued getting the job done without any unnecessary hiccups.

Suggestions? Well this mission is kind of similar to a bounty contract, but obviously in a much bigger scale. Before Athena ever formed a plan, she'd have to find the location of her target first, then use that information to formulate a plan. No matter how good of a tactician you are, not knowing the landscape of the area where the conflict was located could make any plan backfire. "Shooting people is a top rate plan. Do our targets have a base of operations and if so, do we know where this base is?"

"Some of our goons think they're hiding out in a cantina in the lower sector, a couple clicks away from where we are."

To be entirely honest, Punning noticed strange comings and goings from that part of town for a while now. From his assessment they were probably smuggling in large quantities of spice or moving dead bodies by the look of the craft that had been moving in and out of that sector. Maybe a little bit of both, but Punning weren't paid to care and digging your nose in someone else's business is an assured death warrant around these parts.

"How 'bout we do some detective work on their real estate before we start choppin' off head?"

Soon enough the door to his ship swung ajar allowing Punning to pass through. Quickly looking over toward his associate, he gave the man a short nod letting him know it were okay to board his craft. He didn't relish the thought of allowing others on his property, but he would make an exception in this case. Hopefully his partner in crime could keep his grubby hands to himself, though just in case he'd keep an eye out for him. Walking up the stairs, Punning made sure he were following close behind before sitting down in the cockpit.

"Sound good?" said, as he readied the ship for take off.

Athena nodded at his offer. "Yeah, it would be a good idea to find out where they all are before we start filling people with blaster bolts, we don't want to alert them too early." She agreed. Seeing the man walk up to his ship, then give permission to board, she walked in after him. Sitting down in one of the chairs in the ship, Athena leaned her head back on the back of the seat and sighed. Upon hearing the voice of her partner, without moving or looking up, "Yep, that sounds good." She lazily says, not that he could tell because of the voice synthesizer.

Punning grabbed the intercom seated on the cockpit controls, flicked it on and began to speak through the simple machine.

"I'm taking off." Punning said.

Suddenly, the garage began to swing open allowing the spacecraft to exit the secluded garage. The D-5's engine roared as he slowly became airborne, he easily felt the weight of the ship as it slowly climbed out of the garage and into the busy street. Once the ship found its way outside in Nar Shaddaa's busy streets miles high in between skyscrapers, Punning maneuvered the spacecraft to align itself with the rest of the traffic. It weren't the most stealthy option, but it be more reliable if they had to get out of there in a hurry, especially useful if they needed to get off world if things took a turn for the worse.

Landing down in a spaceport near a cantina where the Infidels were said to be located, Punning paid the parking fee and made sure his partner were still breathing before making his way out of the ship. Walking up to the spaceport greeter, Punning took a quick look around their docking bay before he pulled out his blaster and aimed it towards the man's gut.

"No one knows we're here, you feel me?" Punning said, threatening the man to keep their presence hidden. "What do you know about the crime organization known as The Infidels?"

Trembling in fear the puny man spilled all he knew to the bounty hunter. "The Infidels control this sector. Their leader, Bolo sells spice and hookers in the cantina eighty floors down. His henchmen scour this sector for Cartel goons like you I presume."

"You got that right." Punning said, before back handing the man, knocking him down on to the floor. "There is more where that comes from if you spill the beans, now get out my face."

Looking back over towards his partner, he nodded his head and began to walk out of the docking bay while the greeter went to attend to his duties.

Athena walked to the man, held out a hand then helped him up. As she began to walk away, she made imaginary guns with her hands, and pretended to shoot the man behind the counter. "PEW, PEW!" She exclaimed, leaving the man behind. Catching up to her partner, she began walking beside him. "So, you want to do this stealthy, or do you want to go in, guns blazing? I have a plan for both, but the stealth one is a little more in depth." She says with a nod, tapping her pistols when she mentions the guns a blazing part.

"Hmm?"

Punning paused for a moment just as he stepped out of the docking bay into the busy promenade.

"Whatcha have in mind?" Punning said, turning his head toward his fellow hunter.

If he had something to say, he had best say it now. They were quickly entering the point of no return and Punning would rather talk this through in the busy intersection than over a hail of blaster fire. Stopping completely, Punning turned around to face the hunter hoping he weren't just wasting his time. He were a good thief, but an assassin were a completely different job description. Vizla never had to slit a throat on these streets, but he'd learn today if he had to.

"If we talkin' 'bout snatchin' lives then i'm more than of an up front type of dude."

Something about killing someone when they weren't expecting it, to him just felt wrong even if he were a murderer. Maybe it were his Dad's words getting through his thick skull for a second time.

"How 'bout you slip through the back while I cause a distraction."

"Well, for the stealth part, I was thinking that I could go in and do some sneaky deaky stuff, then once the shooting starts you come in gunz a blazing." Athena shrugs her shoulders. "I'm not very good at being stealthy myself, which is why I have a second plan." She nods and does a thumbs up. "I go in and start flirting with the bartender, I will make a mess of myself, then once I distract most of the bar-rats, you go in and find the scum and clean them up." Athena gestures out the the actions while talking. "I'm not really fit for front combat at the moment, anyhow." She explains tapping her sniper rifle, of which is mounted on her back.

Punning quickly noticed the sniper rifle holstered on the bounty hunter's back.

"How 'bout you take aim in an adjacent skyscraper." he said, pointing at the apartment complex across from where they were at.

A plan quickly began formulating in his head as he pictured him taking pop shots across the mile high skyscrapers sending hot blaster bolts into the busy cantina.

"I'll round up all the thugs and you can snipe 'em from there. Once the cantina is cleared get back to me as soon as possible."

Pulling out a holocommunicator he waited for his coworker to do the same, so they could add each other as contacts.

"The name is Punning, but most people just call me Pun, Lil Pun."

Athena pouted when both of her ideas were shot down. "I guess I could do that..." She says, looking a bit disappointed. "I was really looking forward to hitting on the bartender..." She complains, but quickly straightens up. "How about when the job is over, we get a drink at a bar, preferably not this one..." She smirks, within her helmet. "That way we both win!"

Punning raised an eyebrow at the bounty hunter's statement, of course he couldn't see the awkwardness that fell upon his face under his helmet. Punning had no clue who or what this bartender was, but his coworker made her out to be the most beautiful women in the galaxy. In any event he wouldn't want him to get distracted from the mission.

"She may like you, maybe. Though, I doubt she'll like you after what we're about to do today."

Then suddenly he asked if he would like to get a drink once this all blows over. A nice offer, but he still barely knew him. Though, admittedly he'd see little reason for him to off him just yet this planet were full of thieves and hardly trusted him in the first place. Maybe when they have worked some more he'd take him up on his offer.

"Ehh, maybe, not today." Punning said, before continuing "When we're rich and infamous the drinks will be on me."

"I guess the plan could work, but I must warn you, this baby is bolt action, so don't expect me to take them all out at once." She informs, looking up at the skyscrapers around her. "I'm going to hide out in that room there." Athena points at the fifth floor, third room to the right. Athena pulls out her holocommunicator as well, and shared her info. "You can call me War." She says in her still robotic voice. Giving a sarcastic salute, she begins walking toward the apartment complex, to get ready for the firefight, that was about to occur.

"Right, War, got it."

As War left to take position, Pun began to make his way towards the cantina. Walking across the busy promenade, Punning finally made his way to the elevator. There were five other people packed in there with him, all shooting weird glances at the Mandalorian. If he weren't a professional he'd tell them to promptly keep their heads down, but he didn't want to attract any attention until he were downstairs in the cantina. There he quietly made his way past the crowds of unsavory individuals to sit down at the bar stool. The bartender finally came to take his order.

"I'll have whatever he's having." Punning said, shooting a look at the ugly alien sitting besides him.

The alien pouted before going back to minding his own business, as the bartender took back off. Looking around he noticed that there were several individuals armed with military grade weaponry with light armor. Paying no mind to the dancing women present, Punning continued to survey the area. Speaking into his helmet he tried to get into contact with War through the holocomunicator in his helmet.

"Can you see me? How many guys do you see, I've got four so far."

Athena had just got in the apartment room when her communicator rang. "Damn, give me a second, I just got here..." She moans, running to the balcony. She pulls out the rifle and adjusts the butt o the rifle, before kicking up the stand and suiting it on the edge. She then looked through the scope and confirmed the visual. "Yeah I see you, I can conform the four you see, switching too thermal." On that note, Athena flipped a switch on her scope, and the familiar blue, green, and red filed her scope. "I can see a group of six matching the descriptions of the others, behind them to the left corner of the bar." She moved her rifle gently to to the left. "I can also see two more, near a dancer. And I gotta say she is quite talented... You'll know what I mean when you see her." Athena once more sweeps left to right on her scope. "I can see no other targets, you're clear to engage." Athena zoomed the scope before fumbling with the communicator. "I forgot to mention, that this baby packs one hell of a punch, like melt through walls and malt your face off, punch. So, don't be surprised..." She adds, moving the cross hairs and her partner, waiting for him to start.

"Nice." Punning mumbled under his breath.

Just as his drink arrived an alien dancer leaned her elbow against the counter to talk to punning. He'd try to make out the race if he weren't scouting out his targets. He placed his right hand on his waist, opposite of the sweaty dancer, gripping his blaster pistol as he brought the glass of alcohol towards his helmet as if he were about to pour it down his throat. "You have good time? Yes?" the dancer said in broken basic, Punning paying her no mind. The dancer quickly became frustrated as the fallen Mando remained silent.

Finally, when the dancer got fed up and tried to push him on his shoulder, Punning quickly got up from his seat, and used the dancer as a human shield. A twi'lek, Punning soon found out noticing he had squeezed her lekku between the back of her head and his chest. The words of his father continued to ring through his head as he imagined him being disgusted by taking an innocent women hostage. What a fool. No one were innocent. This woman contributed towards Nar Shaddaa's corruption just as much as the next man.

Drawing his blaster he quickly wasted the guard sitting down sniffing spice with his girl. Maybe killing them both, but Punning were too distracted with aiming for his next mark, as the both of them fell to the ground. The cantina were now in panic mode. Civilians running for their lives as the guards stumbled for their weapons. Screams erupted from the crowds as blaster fire flurried as Punning took aim for another guard. The gangster got a good shot on his meat shield before putting several rounds in his chest, maybe even catching a few civilians in the process. They were just causalities of war if you asked him, as the wanton died in his arms.

Athena watched in horror at the events that unfolded in the bar. She had no idea that the man could be so... Ruthless, it disgusted her slightly. Where did this man's morals lie? Did have no honor? No integrity? Shaking her head slightly, she let out a large sigh and zoomed in with the scope. Seeing someone behind Punning, she quickly moved the rifle to the left and let out one of her plasma rounds. Punning would hear something similar to a blaster bolt, but it sounded more... 'wet'. He would then notice a melting sound and see that the man behind him no longer had a head and instead a steaming neck, that continued to melt. She then fired another shot, straight into a man's chest, to the left of Punning, causing a large hole in his chest to appear, causing his clothing to erupt in flames. Then two shots, in quick succession were fired, causing the two in the back of the room, to have an absence of a head as well. Pulling back the bolt of her rifle, she unloaded the clip and put another in, enjoying the loud sizzling sound when she does so.

Dropping the body on the ground beside him, he noticed as the other thugs began dropping as he heard blaster bolts come from an adjacent skyscraper.

"Good." Punning mumbled to himself.

More thugs quickly appeared out of a nearby room as Punning stood in the member of the cantina defenseless. Diving behind the counter of the bar area, Punning reloaded his weapon before poking his head out once more to unload his blaster rounds upon the hostiles. A few blaster bolts directed at his head indicated him to continue to take cover until War could dispatch them from afar while he directed their attention. Occasionally shooting shooting rounds over his head, he were alerted by the sound of a grenade rolling across the floor, making its way behind the counter where Lil' Pun were taking cover.

Quickly running out of cover, Punning dived just as the explosive went off sending shrapnel from the counter along with the Mando flying through the air. His armor had absorbed the majority of the impact, but he were still adequately wounded. Trying to keep what composure he could, he picked himself up from the body laced floor to take out his hold out pistol form his back pocket, sending another volley of blaster fire at the grunts, before taking cover behind an elevated platform behind a stripper pole. The elevated platform provided little protection from the hail of fire, but it gave time for Punning to reload.

"How many we dealing with, War?" Punning said, in a calm almost serene manner.

"Ummmm, looks like about seven more... At least." She answers almost immediately. Another shot rings across the b and hits a man in the chest, and the man behind him. "Aw, Hell Yeah, a twofer!" She yells, letting another shoot ring across. "I'm going to have to leave my spot. This rifle is very loud and is revealing my possession." She informs him, letting of two more shots, reloading and walking down the stairs of the apartment.
