I played soccer, speed swam and took Judo up 'til 4 years ago, but then I realized that literally everyone who plays competitive sports is a douchebag, so I dropped all three. I still have my green belt, but I'm out of practice.
I do cycle and ski, but nothing competitive; just to stay in shape. I'm not a beast like Sheogorath, though - I'm an inch shorter and forty pounds lighter.
Though I know the thread was started as a joke, I don't think the 'nerd' stereotype is really that prevalent anymore. Maybe it was twenty-five years ago when you had to be a savant to understand computers, but the whole pale and bespectacled D&D player thing is pretty much unseen nowadays.
Keep in mind that this is from a Canadian's point of view, though. This is what I've seen here and in Europe; I can't speak for America.
