In theory, if the sith empire happened to come across a non-force sensitive Hutt from wealthy and notorious family, how well would the two entities get along? If at all.

As an entity the Sith Empire wouldn't be on best terms with the Hutt Cartel because the Hutts attacked Ziost recently and the Sith more or less destroyed them. As for an individual Hutt I'd think the Empire would not care either way, if you're a part of the faction I doubt there would be any stigma against your character because of their species. Individual members of the faction though might have reasons to like or hate your character, there even might be some xenophobia from some characters. But as a faction I see no reason against your guy joining the Sith purely because of his species. Whether or not the character would fit in would depend on the type of character you make them to be.

Player controlled hutts have done nothing g against the sith at all.

The group that attacked ziost had nothing to do with the hutts at all.

Basically: as your resident Hutt player, i see no reason why your hutts relationship with the sith would get off to a bad start at all.

Than this Hutt would be happy to supply the Empire with supplies and weapons. For a price, of course.

Well thats very nice of you, and Im sure the empire will appreciate it. Remember however, that the Sith are an empire, one that has been waging full on war all by itself and with great success. They have their own factories, scientists, soldiers etc. I would perchance focus on providing good and services that the empire cant get on its own so easily, like information, artifacts, or hideaways in Jedi/enemy space.

Oh I'm fully aware. It'd be amateurish of me to just start off by giving the Empire the things it actually needs. If I did that, I'd lose my bargaining chips.
