Ever since I was a boy I was instilled with how to act properly, Serve the government diligently, act proper to your superiors, and NEVER disgrace the family. And those same values have kept to this day. Every other childhood memory appeard to be such a daze as if unimportant compared to what he was taught. He remembered his father and his fahter fought almost constantly in private over Brawn. He was chosen as the next head of his family but his father strongly disagreed he put protests up and would stauchly oppose it. For a while this would be my conwstant entertainment as if a movie on rpely it would happen time and time again. Never in public though, In public they had the perfect father son relationship. This would all change though whne I was ten and my father tried to get me and my mother out and away from the chiss. He was killed along with my mother. I was told it was pirates and I seemed to accept this putting the truth of there deaths out of view. I was brought back to my homeworld where my grand father took me in. He thought me the rest. How to act proper.

My parents are now a mere myth to me however. What the did was unforgivable, to risk the family like they did. How selfish. In my young years my ground father barely found time for me, as is right. He was busy running the family and helping the nation. I was taught all my skills by an appointed man, He was quiet old but not as old as my grand father. It was through him that I learnt the importance of resource management between the colonies. I was tought to put the homeworld first. I learnt through this and gained my own impressions such as not relying on outsiders. The old republic, how pathetic. They were easily wiped aside. Isolation was key for the chiss to live on. Expanding was not a want it was a need. A need to satisfy the population and control it.

Where other civilizations lived and died by there constant desire for more, the greed of the other species knew no bound. Not the chiss though. The chiss would live on forever, its culture forever preserved for all to see its might. I eventually would go on to lead the family. I governedfairly and with much the same diligence as my grand father before me. I would live through my governance to see the rise of the Nuruodo. How the imperator used the people to his means in order to gain ultimate power made him relentless and ultimately lead to the downfall of the families. I was unable to stop it and perhaps I did decide to side with him before all was lost. I choose correctly and did not bring shame onto my family. Soon after I would see the removal of the powers given to the families. What system had lasted for longer than the republic itself was slowly crumbling and a new empire was being born. Lead by imperator the chiss would no longer be isolated, they would no longer be pure.

The chiss were turning into something that I could not agree with. I remember for hours I would sit at my desk and contemplate what was happening. Occasionally staring outside my window at the stars wondering what the founders of this great nation would have thought. I remember being moments away from signing my resignation but was stopped. A tide of memorys holding my hand in mid air. The thought was brought to me of serving the ascendancy diligently and without question. No I would not sign myself into a life of neglect a life of shame. I would not condemn myself to such a fate. The stars had decided that this was the time for the rise of the ascendancy. This was the time for the imperator and for better or worse I will diligently serve and advise to the best of my intentions. The unknown region will be reforged by the stars and the imperator himself. All shall know the chiss, all shall bow before the civilization which has stood the test of times. Long Live the Families! Long Live the Ascendancy! And Long Live the imperator!
