The creature disguised as Jon let a smile cross it's face.

"Just because we're not allowed to know the location of the ship doesn't mean we don't know what it is or who is on it. But we need to visit it, sometimes, that's why it moves around." He shrugged a little, nonchalantly cross his arms and leaning on his hip, "We have to get recruited, right? And I'm good for more things than looking pretty, after all. I can do anything, be anyone." There was a soft little chuckle the emanated from it's mouth, oddly out of place to Vega's body but still in his own voice, "You can call whomever you'd like to check, if you'd like."

Lupo kept all his attention on the shape shifter until Naomi was in his sight again. While it was talking at length he continued to inch his way around them until it was almost directly between the two of them, it's back to him. However he could tell the thing's new appearance seemed to have left Naomi stunned, not speechless but off balance judging by her terse reply. He eased his stance a little and straitened up before clearing his throat.

"A new name and face, a moving secret base, and operatives that don't know each other? I guess I should forget everything I just saw and heard huh?" He said bemusedly, letting an uneasy smile spread across his face. But that was part of the act, his attempt at gaining the shifter's attention and letting Naomi regain her mental balance. "So why didn't you just contact your commander? Or better yet, why did you mix up her rank?" He thrust his chin in Naomi's direction out of reflex. He mentally winced as he realized the move and even the question my put her back in the spotlight.
