Heyo everyone, im Simonev, and today im showing you a little creation of mine, after you read through the incoming wall of text, please say if you are interested, or what i could add to make it more interesting.
Also, the Rp would work with the usual "Dungeon Master (me), Players" setup, but i will give you creative freedom on creating inventions, Organizations and countries, obviusly they will appear only after i approve them.

Anyway, let's get started:
mobile_game_city_floating_island_by_mrainbowwj-d9bn1wr.jpg

The Planet of Foxil, a place of legends, where countless nations tried to survive through his always changing landmasses, the landmasses themselves float around a Core made of various materials, and even if the core itself is not visible from the land's surfare, his activity is seen thanks to the seasonal landmasses rich of minerals that appear from the core itself, just to fall back into it after some months.
The more permanent landmasses, while not as rich on minerals, Are perfect for the growth of crops and various materials.

But that's not the point, the races of Foxil are in a age of discoveries, both scientific and not, legends talk about islands as dark as coal, species always said to be just stories and lands that move at one's command, and as on all ages some people take the spotlight:

-The Krinian Baronies

If there's a secure country, that's the Baronies, located almost exactly at the center of all maps, the 5 Barons impose their way of life on all their citizens from the Sunset Castle, a fortress built over the main city of Krinia, but as contrary to what some outsiders think, the citizens of the Baronies are proud of their way of life, from the lowest farmer to the proudest knight, even through only rarely a lower citizen can rise to a higher role, they don't see it as a limitation.
For them there's only one way, and that's theirs.

-"La Nottata" or Merchant Republic of Sily.

What happens if you put the economic prowness of the Clin'Clin Frogmans with the Rulen Dwarves mineral expertise?
Nothing, except the creation of the biggest city-state of the known world, the city of Sily was born as a simple trading outpost, but when the two races decided to buy it, the Outpost grew beyond all expectations and boldly claimed indipendence after their military force became more powerful than their old leader's.
The citicens of Sily are a strange bunch, acting strangely carefree, dressing with clothes made from the strangest and rarest materials and always trying to gain a little something from everything they do.

-United Knight Orders of Fossia

The knights of Fossia, a society build on war and for war, inventors of the dreadnought ship's and the "Lancin" knight power aemor, they are among the first users of mineral based technology on warfare, they occupy a cluster of landmasses on the eastern regions, but, for reason's unknown to people outside the knight orders they do not colonize the inner region of the cluster.
The people that serve the various Orders are bound for life and may one day rise to become knights themselves, they consider themselves on a holy duty, and rumors of a Crusade are spreading on the less important villages and cities.

But all this famous countries are not habitated by one race alone, a multitude of them inhabit's the planet, those are the most common.

-Rulen

The dark-skinned masters of minerals, the Rulen are Dwarves, masters of everything mechanical and predecessors of the humans, they are the oldest race, and so they know the planet like the palm of their hand, often employed as miners on difficult situations or ship navigators, they can hold their own on a fight with their muscles and gadgets, as rarely a Rulen doesn't hide something up his sleeve.

-Humans

The tall offsprings of the Rulen, they retain a little of their forefathers intelligence, but what they lack on capabilities they acquire on creativity and determination.

-Suu

The Suu slimes, mimicks of the humans, they are one of the many cul de sac on the Slime evolution chain, born inside one of the Slime-farms of a Rulen conclave, they are very similar to humans, but act more freely and carefree, they are able to withstand more pain than their normal counterpart thanks to the lack of normal organs, but they can't use prosthetics and is much harder to treat a wound.

-Clin'Clin

Clin'clin, the greedy frog people of the shoutern shores, they are as large as a Rulen but stand a little higher, but lack their muscles and knowledge.
Mostly known for their mastery with coin and food production, they may not seem worthy of a fight, but why fight if with a little coin you can get the enemy to your side?
They also possess some sort of psychic field around them, making them able to move some objects with just their throught.

-Faljin

The Bear humanoids of the west lands, large, towering among most races and keepers of forbidden arts, they are one of the less numerous species, divived on families, they now inhabit most of the land and are easily accepted thanks to their affinity with creating things, if someone creates something, the Faljin can build it better.
They are among the strangest melee fighter of all the world.

-Solvun

The sages of the forests, monks of the life trees, the Solvun Ents are the masters of mineral magic and the only ones able to understand the winds of magicka that flow through the lands.
Not much is known, except for their strangely friendly attitude with the Faljin and the fact that they spend most of their lives inside their monastery trees, they are strong thanks to their costitution and stand as high as a Bearman, but they prefer to fight with their magical knowledge, if not try to evade conflict at all.

Ok, now that is taken off, The technology level is a mixture of steampunk, teslapunk and "Mineralpunk", a type of tech that works thanks to the multitude of fictional minerals present in the setting.
If you have any question, or want to show interest in the idea, just post.

If we decide to kick this off you can mark me down for it.

I'd be interested in a Clin'Clin, or a Solvun.
