Scenario
There have been strange reports from traders moving past the mostly uninhabited forest moon of Endor. Several ships have have temporarily lost power, and there have been reports of illusive signatures on ship's radars that appear as fast as they show up. No one knows what is / if anything is really happening or if its just the ramblings of a few freighter captains who had just a little too much to drink.
Whether you are checking the area to see if the rumors or true, or just happen to be passing through, you see several flashes of what appears to be ships on your radar before a high pitch squelch over your ship's comm system before all power is lost in the ship. Luckily, you are close enough to the moon to make a somewhat controlled crash landing. Your ship is wrecked, and as you investigate, all of your weapons have ceased to stop working. With no idea where you are at on the planet, and no one coming to save you. Can you survive the untamed world?
Directions and Guidelines
This is open to any and all characters. Find a partner (and if you can't find one post below, and I can help find you someone) and begin writing a thread as your characters struggle to survive without the aid of any technology, food/water, or other supplies. This is meant to be a hard story, no one here trying to kill your character off, so make it hard on yourselves and keep things interesting (I won't tell anyone your almighty space wizard struggled to survive). I may pop in and introduce some stuff if a thread gets stagnant or if you need help. I would limit the group size to 2-3 people so the threads continue to run smoothly. I would like all the threads to be wrapped up 4 (at most 5 weeks) after their start date. If you cant/wont post for several days, pass your turn so the thread can keep moving.
If you have a group ready, please have one person post the link of the thread and links to each of the character involved so I can keep track below (and I want to read these). If your group has two, and you notice a newcomer, invite them to tag along! I hope you guys enjoy this and I am here if anyone needs clarification or assistance getting started or just want to show interest.
*Clarification*Endor is a big place, and many groups will be essentially be in similar situations that your group is in. They don't have to interact with one another.
