Interest Check/Threading Subforum

So, I've noticed as of late, about half of the threads in the Roleplaying Help Subforum are Interest Checks and/or threading stuff. Since that's a significant amount of the subforum, I was thinking maybe there could be a seperate subforum for it.

It can get annoying for someone like me, who either wants to see questions that they can answer or wants to start a thread, to have them in the same place. I'm pretty sure they are nothing alike, but if there's a reason for this please tell me.

Those should actually be in the RP OOC board. We can just move those threads. Simple enough!
