Character Information

Isabella was born to young parents, in the High Middle class which makes up the majority of the population of Alderaan. Her father was an alumni of the prestigious University of Alderaan, something which in the future would serve Isabella in her push up the social ladder. Her mother was a doctor, who served the very few poor people on the planet and as such was often away from home. Her parents love blazed hot, but short and only two years after her birth, they were all but separated. Isabella was all that kept them together, and luckily her mothers work kept them far enough away they wouldn't fight.
Much of Isabella's early life was controlled by her 'enlightened' father, he kept her home to strict homeschooling and prepared her for a life of advanced learning and climbing the social ladder. Her father had interesting thoughts on the political scene of Alderaan, finding it strange how such an enlightened people still fell into the hands of Monarchy and tried to push this upon his daughter. However she was still young at the time and stuck in the fairy-tale dreams of a wannabe princess, so she ignored him. Overtime to spite her husband, Isabella's mother would stock these dreams just to get back at him.
Although her schooling and grades where excellent, she was not as bright as her father and was unable to get into the University of Alderaan, as many strings as her father attempted to pull. Instead during one of these many string pulls, she met her future Husband Arthon Drake, a young noble and cousin to the head of the Drake family. Even though it was not love at first sight, it was only a short time before the two began to see each other on more than friends level.
A few years later Arthon asked her to marry him and a date was set for the day after Isabella's 26th birthday. The day was fantastic and still brings a smile to her face every time she thinks about it, her parents had actually been friendly towards each other and her father had softened to the thought of nobles know her daughter was one.
The honeymoon was long, but the marriage tragically short. Unlike some of the houses on Alderaan, the Drake's where young and poor, most of their money coming from tourism. Arthon's Uncle had left the family coffers almost empty and it was a strain on them daily to keep the family above water and not come crashing down. During a meeting with a fellow house of nobility and some third party organisations, Arthon was shot and killed. Still to this day Isabella does not know the real reason.
With the marriage so new, Arthon had not had the chance to change any legal paperwork for her inheritance. As such the titles Arthon controlled fell to his younger cousin and head of the family, leaving her with only a small dowry to keep her going. Isabella has become excluded from the inner workings of the Drake family as of late, being forced to live on the outskirts of the estate.
Constantly trying to be relevant to the family at large, but but to no avail. Perhaps it is time for her to make her own stamp on the family.

Strong willed and committed to her New family, she is the definition of family first, everyone and everything else second. Her views on the larger galaxy are mixed between her fathers stoicism and the constant propaganda of the media. With exclusion from the greater family she is slowly beginning to form her own outlook on the galaxy.
Although she is capable in handling herself both in a fist fight and with a blaster she prefers to use words and political capital to get her way. But now with Drake family name almost out of political power she understands that know might be the time for harder measuers.
The thought of spilling blood is almost vomit inducing to her, the only time she thinks about it positively is in the moments she prays to find her husband's killer.
Isabella has been brought up with a great education from her father, stemming from his time in the University of Alderaan.
