Sorry to rip off the Galen Marek Picture, but it matches the armor he has.

NAME: Ivor Revaine
FACTION: Bogan
RANK: Hopeful
SPECIES: Miraluka/Zabrak Hybrid
AGE: 22
GENDER: Male
HEIGHT: 6'2”
WEIGHT: 200 lbs
EYES: White (Like the Miraluka, Ivor is naturally blind)
HAIR: None
SKIN: Red
CREDITS: 1,000
DISTINGUISHING MARKS: Zabraki Horns, Armor Grafted to Skin
FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes (Being Part Miraluka, Ivor is Force Sensitive, allowing him to “see”)

STRENGTH: Ivor is slightly stronger than the average human
DEXTERITY: Ivor is quick on his feet and adept with his hands
CONSTITUTION: Ivor's body is the pinnacle of Zabrak health
INTELLIGENCE: Ivor is cruel and cunning, able to tactically analyze his opponent with ease
WISDOM: Raised in a time of war, Ivor is well-versed in the ways of war
CHARISMA: Due to his cruel demeanor, Ivor prefers indimidation to diplomacy to achieve his goals

FORCE POWERS:
Force Sight (Racial)
Force Kinesis (Push, Pull, Lift)

SKILLS:
Ivor is a tactical genius, able to predict his opponent's next move flawlessly, even without advanced training in the Force

LIGHTSABER/SWORD FORMS:
Reverse Shien – This style is similar to Starkiller's from The Force Unleashed, weilding a lightsaber with the blade coming from the heel of the palm and not from the thumb-side

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Ivor is talented in the Force, as well as combat awareness, but due to this, he is cruel, cold, and heartless.

GEAR:
Grafted Armor – Similar to the Sith Stalker armor from The Force Unleased: Ultimate Sith Edition, specifically the Wrath of the Empire version, Ivor has armor that is surgically grafted to his flesh. During his late puberty, he was conscripted into the military and forced to be a test subject for an experimental program to make supersoldiers out of the Force-Sensitive population. He was the only survivor. The armor covers a large portion of his body, yet is as natural for him to use as a normal person's own limbs.

Lightsaber - Ivor's personal lightsaber. The weapon is finely crafted from mandalorian iron with electrum accents and a distinct 5-prong hilt, with a curved grip, giving this weapon a savage, yet elegant appearance. The crystal is a rare stone that radiates a wild and seemingly uncontrolled red beam with an electrical “aura” within the beam. This is due to the stone only forming during wars involving Force-Sensitives. These “Blood Rubies” are often sought after by Dark Jedi who want a truly menacing weapon.

SHIP:
Ivor has a small personal ship similar to a fighter-bomber used by the Zabraks. It is armed with a pair of light turbolasers and a rotating pair of small-calibre Ion Cannons. This ship is also equipped with a light combat overshield, active cloaking, and other necessities.

Background & Personality:
Raised during a civil war on the Zabrak homeworld, Ivor was almost bred for war. At the age of 7, he was forced to enlist in the Army, even though he was blind from birth. However, he soon learned of his past: He was the son of a Miraluka and a Zabrak, making him the ideal special operations soldier. He soon learned to use The Force in a limited fashion, primarialy to see, but he could also manipulate his surroundings to a limited extent. This lead him to an experiment to create Force-Using Supersoldiers. This wiped “useless memory” from his mind and turned him into a cruel and heartless weapon of war. He soon was responsible for the deaths of untold thousands.

However, his bloodlust could not be sated. He found himself killing his own allies to satasfy his need for death. He soon constructed a Lightsaber using the rare crystals that formed during this savage war. He soon left the planet, heading to planets that, in his eyes, radiated with the Dark Side of the Force. On each planet, he continued his growth, becoming more and more powerful each passing year. Finally, he heared rumors of a Dark Side empire that was training Force-Sensitives. He set off to find these powerful darksiders, hoping to simply find more targets to kill.

(Player note: This guy is a psychopath. He delights in killing and wants power so he can become more adept at killing. This is the guy you DON'T want to meet in the dark scary alley)

After reading this completely, I am going to say your character is definetly a Mary Sue. The fact he was enlisted at the age of seven is iffy on my part but honestly I don't why the government would suddenly be like "oh shii- these kids are force sensitive! Let's turn them into robocops or something!".

SWRP is against most people having lightsabers without going through neccesary training within a faction, seeing as it would give people too much without the restriction. Can't have everyone running around waving lightsabers all over the place now can we?

The armor is another thing..Actually no, I am not going to get into that.

This character over all reminds me of Galen Marek in every way. You should probably give some thought on remaking this character soon.

He was my inspiration, so he mirrors him in many ways. However, I could revise the story so he actually obtains the lightsaber in a different way.

And he isn't a Mary Sue. He's more like a Jack-of-all-trades: Decent in many things, but not an expert. And the "robocop" thing... When a governing body finds that some of its youth have extraordinary talents (and this is cross-genre), many times they frist try to utilize it as a weapon. Think about it: Gunpowder, Steel, Iron, Bronze, Fission, etc. What do they all have in common? They were all tools of war first. Remember: Knights had wood buildings and steel gear. Hence why they wanted to make supersoldiers out of Force-Sensitives: using a newfound tool to commit greater atrocities
