Jedi Master Reland Gil

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to pick up another Padawan. If you think you might be interested in training with him after reading, feel free to say so below. I need to start off by saying that I am not the fastest poster. I keep up for the most part, but their are times where I can not get the every thread every day, and while I do not have a heavy load as an AFL, there are times that faction stuff my temporarily take precedence (I don't think this is will be too much of an issue, just want it noted.)

A bit about Reland Gil, He is a Jedi Master and serves as Commander of the Jedi Base on The Galactic Evolution. He has also recently joined the Jedi Council. He is a mild mannered man who sincerely believes in the Jedi teachings. He pushes his students on expanding their knowledge in the Jedi Code and related philosophies. He will not tolerate those who use the Force as a crutch or those that lean on their aggression and use it in any way. (Though I may consider a student who has his own demons, they may just butt heads.)

While a fairly balanced Jedi, Reland has focused more on his defensive skills when it comes to combat. This is evident in how he utilizes the Force, and how he chooses to fight with a lightsaber.

He is also a skilled star fighter pilot and leader of the Exile Squadron.

Davin Cort​

Davin may be the sort of Padawan you're looking for. He can be rather headstrong and stubborn as he belives in practial application rather than using his mind. However this means he has a lot to learn about the Jedi teachings and has a long way to go till he truly understands what being a Jedi entails, rather than using his teachings as a mere tool for combat supremacy. so a calmer master, who is willing to show him what beign a Jedi really is would be perfect for him.

She is very philosophical and focused on learning the jedi way and everything she can learn about the force. She has her own demons, being born tainted by the dark side, and needs a master who can teach her how to overcome her natural inclination towards the darkside. I do not intend for her to be very combat heavy, her focus is defensive skills, force powers and philosophy.

Could I put forward my padowan, Shani Ka? She is the chatty type, but loves learning, exploring and discovering cultures, and has no demons other than some vanity. Also, she isn't combat focused but is willing to develop her defence a bit more.

I'd like to humbly submit my Padawan Var Sharan for your consideration.
He's a jack-of-all-trades kind of Jedi, and wants to grow towards being a balanced, "warrior sage" style character. He has a background as a street kid and swoop bike rider, and received his initial training from a Twi'lek Jedi Sentinel who took him on as a trainee for a year. He's now ready for a formal apprenticeship.

As for myself, I have a day job, and so I will commit to post faithfully in the evenings. I have RP'd before, and I think we'd have some excellent stories to tell by the end of Var's apprenticeship. Thanks for your consideration!

I would like to humbly request the tutelage of the Master Gil for my Padawan: Alma Venj. One of the main reasons it is because she has a great admiration for Master Gil (you can see it on her profile, more precisely in the first paragraph of the personality area) and his experience and knowledge would be a invaluable addition to Alma's training.
