Jicelli would first be distinguished by her blue skin, a native trait of the Pantorans. Her yellow eye color would furthermore distinguish her along with the two diagonal thin, yellow lines on each cheek, pointing down toward her chin. The first marking, above the second, would be roughly an inch and a half while the second only being an inch in length. Her light, purple hair would be in a smooth bob, going down over towards the left side of her face and partly covering her left eye. Her height would be 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) and she'd weigh 50 kilograms (110 pounds). Her form would be smooth, and there would be no sign of any scars or deformations on her body.
She would typically be wearing a set of dark blue clothes consisting of a long sleeved top that is covered with an open light jacket. The jacket would be slightly colored in a lighter blue, and would only have two pockets for the hands as noticeable features. Her pants would mostly be fitted and have little slack. She would have a thin utility belt, used for hold small or light objects such as communication devices and simple tools.
ATTRIBUTES:
Jicelli would be quick, nimble, and reasonably lightweight. This would allow her to move with greater speed and sometimes ease than others depending on the terrain and location. She can also be stealthy, her lighter form being able to move softly and generate less noise than others who may be heavier.
She'd be well-educated, knowing how to live in the galaxy and how things for the most part work in societies. She can tell if something doesn't make sense, and can solve problems provided she has the necessary resources.
Jicelli is not a leader. She'd rather have others take charge while staying back in safety. It also helps her from having to do things in front of many others where she might mess up and/or embarrass herself. When it comes to interacting with numerous people, she may be quiet and hide back.
Curiosity killed the cat. If she thinks it's interesting, then she's gonna go check it out. Of course...Curiosity can lead to some bad situations should one wonder into the wrong place at the wrong time.
Weak minded like a large portion of the galaxy, she can be manipulated by the Force easily and broken under fair amounts of pressure. Put a blaster to her head and she'll stop and listen without hesitation.
PERSONALITY:
Jicelli is a very friendly, yet cautious person. She's interested in learning about others, but not so interested in telling much about herself. Meeting people is usually easy as long as it isn't a crowd, and she can bond well with someone she gets to know. She's not much a center-of-attention person, more of a supporter, but she'll stand up for something if she is confident enough.
If tasked with doing something major in front of others, she may become nervous. Primarily not wanting to screw up and make herself and/or others look like a fool, she doesn't always want to make major decisions. Her past hardly let her anyway, as she was never in charge of others. Jicelli is also not a fighter, and despises being around violence. She'll get frightened easily and does her best to stay out of trouble. This also means she would ever harm another if she could even bring herself to do it, unless to save someone she cared for or herself in the most desperate of situations. Killing is most certainly not in her.
Being alone is also a major fear and problem for her. Relying on others to keep her safe, she despises being alone especially in unfamiliar areas. Fear of being harmed, kidnapped, or even killed causes her to become paranoid and seek protection. This could be in the form of a person or place, whichever one she can find and trust.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born to a middle-class family on Pantora, Jicelli would grow up under the care of her parents who had the best intentions for her. Her parents were simple merchants, and were extremely attached to each other. She was raised under the careful eye of her parents, who'd bring her with them when they returned to their merchant lives. Traveling the galaxy, she still managed to get the education she needed, some of it more on-hand than others. Her parents wanted her to go into business, but Jicelli like the feel of journalism and other literature studies. She graduated with slight disappointment of her parents for the lack of business preparation she had, as they wished for her to continue their business.
Unfortunately, at the age of seventeen, the family ship would be damaged in an engagement with pirates. Willing to leave after the ship's cargo was jettisoned, the pirates would let the vessel drift in space with survivors. Her mother would have been severely injured by an explosion during the engagement, and drifted on the edge of consciousness. With the vessel crippled and unable to continue the journey safely, the family had no choice but to wait for the next ship. Eventually, a previously unknown issue would force the three to evacuate the doomed vessel in escape pods, entering the blackness of space as the ship destroys itself from within.
Rescue would arrive in the arrival of another ship, whom would immediately pick up the stricken trio. Despite all attempts, Jicelli's mother would succumb to her injuries. Her husband would do nothing else but mourn silently for the remainder of their journey, not even bothering to speak to his daughter. They'd arrive at a trade station serving to relieve passing vessels on long trips, where he father would manage to obtain a simple job of financing for the station. They'd be provided with small and simple quarters in return, with small pay. Of course, with the war raging between the Sith and the Jedi, things wouldn't be the best. Even though they were safe, Jicelli couldn't stand the boring life on the station. After heated debates with her father, she'd finally make up her mind as a young adult to take bare needs and head out. She took the first ship possible regardless of destination, and head out on her own for the first time. She carried very little in the storage of a small messenger bag, not limited to credits and a datapad. Her father would only be left with a simple message recorded right before she left, more of an apology in her own opinion.
She'd continue to travel frequently, often getting into small groups with new-found friends until moving on again, for whatever the reason. Sometimes it'd lead her to danger, and other times it'd just be boring. Despite discovering new places, it's always the same thing. Go somewhere, find a group, go with them, end up somewhere else, repeat.
Luckily for her, she'd be taken in by Xel Gand. Not only would he give her a stay on his ship, but also brought her into the Kjlljk Protectorate. She was a bit nervous and skeptical at first, but was overall glad with her decision. However, it wasn't long before she found herself alone once again. Well, somewhat alone.
SKILLS:
SHOOTING: She has never fired a blaster at a living thing in her life. She shot a target a few times, but that was the only experience she has ever received.
MELEE: She can defend herself from the average person if it came to it, but a trained warrior would easily be able to beat her. Basic self defense is all she really has, and she has never been in anything more than a small scrap.
STEALTH: She can be quiet and hide quite well being lightweight and flexible. She's not a thief, but is more capable than most others. Experienced gained from certain travels has helped her train this, and possibly get her from getting killed.
ACROBATICS: Being flexible, quick, and somewhat small, she can perform acrobatic task with relative ease. Of course, she can't jump and insane amount or anything special.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Being her size, she isn't very strong. She can't pack a serious punch or lift a fair amount of weight...Don't rely on her to do heavy lifting. At all. Don't do it, bad idea. Why would you anyway like come on-
ENGINEERING/TECHNOLOGY: She has a meager skill with complex machinery and electronics, but can manage more common components commonly found around the galaxy. With some insight, she can help do work on vessels such as starships but not alone.
MEDICAL: Don't rely on her to save somebody who has been given a serious wound. The best she can do is clean, stitch, and bandage. She is most certainly not a doctor.
PILOTING: Luckily, she can do SOMETHING needed with skill. Jicelli is a fairly decent pilot, having flown small freighters to smaller shuttles in her recent life. She isn't a combat pilot though, and doesn't know a single thing about fighting other ships from the cockpit. Well, besides point and shoot she doesn't (that's kinda a given though).
SOCIAL: Despite her problem with crowded areas and keeping the majority of her life to herself, she can easily make friends and get to know others. She's willing to help others in need and would be there for them, even if they probably wouldn't do the same.
INTELLECTUAL: Having a nice education, she isn't a dumb girl running around on drugs. She knows when something is bad, and when it is time to leave. Scamming her probably won't be easily, neither will bold-face lies fool her. The average problem requiring use of one's brain can likely for solved by her.
