Jonas grew up on a farm on an unimportant planet. He enjoyed his simple upbringing, not feeling the call to more exciting things that others his age did. He would begin to show signs of his sensitivity to the Force in his early teens but would have no idea what that meant until years later.
Members from the Jedi Order had come to his world to help with famine and discovered Jonas. They offered to teach him about his connection with Force. Deciding to go with them, he made his way into the Order as a Padawan. He trained under different Knights and Masters until he finally fully joined their ranks.
