Juno was born to a Jedi mother and republic officer father on an unidentified grassy planet, surrounded with minimal technology and metropolitan civilization. During his younger years, Juno would often get lost in the majesty of his mother’s library of ancient Jedi texts and Republic history books and the technological triumph of his father’s weapon locker and datapads. Though Juno did not fancy blasters, he was fascinated by their mechanical structure. He would spend many tireless nights combing over the holonet and learned as much as he could as fast as he could before the rising sun could give away his espionage. It wasn't long until Juno’s mother had discovered his force sensitivity and began training him in the ways of the Jedi.
After some years had passed, Juno was struck a devastating blow when he learned his father had been killed on a routine security mission. Juno and his mother were hurt but remained unfettered and took comfort in the fact that Juno’s father was now one with the living force. Unfortunately, their determination wouldn’t last as Juno’s mother was afflicted with a fatal illness, passing away some 2-3 years before his training could be complete. Now, Juno with no one to turn to, stowed away on a Republic trade ship headed to Coruscant to find the great new Jedi Order and honor his family’s memory.

Thanks to his isolated lifestyle, Juno had a very streamlined and focused version of Jedi training. His mother would record in her Holojournal that in combat Juno’s greatest strength was that he possessed no real weaknesses but that his greatest weakness was that he possessed no real strengths. “A natural 20 but never a 23” in Sabacc speak. Regardless, Juno took well to most forms of Jedi training but enjoyed his meditation and sense exercises the most.
As a result, Juno had become proficient in most forms of Lightsaber combat but felt that his strength lay in a Form III Soresu base for defense with a secondary discipline in Form V Djem So to make up for III’s lack of offensive options. Juno was also very intrigued by technology, often examining and disassembling his father’s equipment whenever he provided them. He was no crack shot but Juno enjoyed many practice sessions with his father in their homemade shooting range, the targets’ aerial mobility and speed the result of Juno’s mother manipulating them with telekinesis.
The one area Juno knew would be a challenge to him was his lack of conversational skills. He knew his way around a conversation with handy guides for urban speech patterns and a joke or 2. But he was not a fairly charismatic individual. An astute Jedi, but he was no Chancellor Calrissian.
