COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE:
While not what could be considered tiny, since she is at least of relatively average height, Kōkō still remains quite small and slender. Her soft facial features and practically flawless skin easily give away her young age. She has long black hair which is either kept loose or in a bun held together by way of hair pins.

As with most Jedi, she tends to gravitate towards simple and modest clothing. She'll generally be seen wearing a short blue dress held together by a large sash, a pair of navy leggings and practical pair of black leather boots. She'll sometimes add a matching blue cloak, and Kōkō also tapes her hands and forearms whenever she knows that she'll be using her lightsaber, claiming that she likes the added feeling of grip.

PERSONALITY:
Kōkō is a very serene and rational person, always keeping her cool and trying to figure out the best way to deal with any given situation. She's pacifistic at heart, greatly preferring to avoid violence altogether whenever possible, but she's not naively idealistic. She recognizes that the use of force is sometimes necessary, especially in recent times, and is entirely willing to fight for the greater good when a peaceful resolution cannot be attained.

She's very amicable with people, always trying to be in a pleasant mood and treat others the same way that she'd like to be treated in return. Kōkō is also very open about her emotions, which in her opinion helps her to remain firmly in control of them as opposed to bottling them up inside until they all burst out at once. She enjoys sharing her feelings with her friends, and helping them deal with anything they may be going through in turn. It's something therapeutic for her, in a way.

Her thirst for knowledge is basically unquenchable. She'll try to learn whatever she can if given the chance, whether it be Jedi related, how to pilot a ship or how to cook a new recipe. Learning is one of the great pleasures in life to Kōkō. The issue that she perhaps struggles the most with is her overpowering sense of empathy, which makes it very difficult for her to watch any living being suffer or live in awful conditions. While she can deal with whatever happens to herself well enough, it's seeing the pain of others that really gets to her.

LIKES AND DISLIKES:
Apart from absorbing as much information as possible, Kōkō also likes to just socialize with people from all walks of life, getting to know them better and often learning things about herself in the process. She enjoys exercising, especially when she wants to clear her head, and she also has a weakness for delicious food. Deserts in particular, actually, so it's a good thing that she has a sufficiently active lifestyle to be able to get away with it.

She dislikes the Dark side in general and everything that can be connected to it. Cruelty, suffering, poverty, war, those are the things that she could do without in a perfect galaxy. Other than that, she tries not to judge others for their personal beliefs or preferences, so as long as they're not hurting anyone else or hurting themselves, she usually has no problems with anyone.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Kōkō's self control and ability to remain level-headed in almost any situation are her greatest assets. She's also quite adept as using her skill set defensively, whether it be to protect herself or others. She has a very good memory, having trained it extensively for years, as well as a very good capacity for learning new things or understanding concepts that less educated individuals would struggle with.

Her most glaring weakness is of course her powerful sense of compassion for others. In and of itself, it's obviously not a bad quality to have by any means, but it's something that can easily be exploited by a dark Jedi or another enemy. Kōkō also needs to get over whatever hurdle it is that's keeping her from attaining her full potential in combat, as it's something that is essential for a Jedi no matter how much she would like to avoid having to resort to violence. Also, despite the vast amount of information that she possesses for somebody her age, she also suffers from an almost complete lack of experience which is arguably more important that academic knowledge in many cases.

BIOGRAPHY:
The Jedi temple was pretty much all that Kōkō had ever known. She'd been left in the care of the Jedi of Ossus when she was only a few months old, and therefore had no memories of a life before that. She didn't even know where she was born or who her parents had been, and presumably no one else did either since they never told her anything about it. It was a slight source of curiosity for her occasionally, but not knowing didn't really bother her any more than that. She was perfectly content with her life on Ossus and bore no ill will towards her biological parents or whoever it had been that had brought here there. In fact, she was thankful.

Kōkō's upbringing was the same as that of any other Jedi youngling, spending most of her time within the temple walls learning the Jedi philosophy as well as training her skills in the force and the use of lightsabers. Even as a child, she was relatively calm and quiet compared to most, preferring to study or meditate quietly in her spare time. That's not to say that she was anti-social, though, as nothing could be further from the truth. Kōkō got along well with just about everyone, whether they were teachers or pupils such as herself. She would always lend a hand if another student was struggling with something or provide any other kind of support that she could.

As the years slowly passed by, Kōkō continued to dedicate herself towards upholding the Jedi tenets and beliefs, becoming one of the most devout pupils in that regard. Her mastery over the Force and especially the lightsaber were rather average, although it seemed like Kōkō was always holding herself back when it came to fighting. She was very strong defensively, but her offense felt somewhat restrained as if she wasn't putting her whole heart into it. She fared a bit better with her Force training, as the powers that she was being taught were less directly related to direct combat, although at times her instructors still believed that she was holding back.

Once she was finally deemed ready to move on to more advanced training, she was made into a padawan and assigned a master. Kōkō knew that it meant that she would soon be joining her brothers and sisters out on the various battlefields of the currently very turbulent galaxy, but she didn't dread the thought of leaving her life at the temple behind. She could do more good by lending support to her brethren and helping to spread the influence of the Light side, so she accepted that her days of peaceful academic studies would soon come to an end. Preparing to face the next chapter of her life, Kōkō more ready than ever to put everything that she'd learned into practice in the real world.
