He is a smooth talker, with exceptional piloting skills. He can handle a blaster pistol just fine, and really brave, perhaps too courageous for his own good. He is also over confident, he's too flirty, too much so where few women are attracted to him. To contradict his good lucks, he isn't really bright nor intelligent. He is a good pilot, and knows it to, and he loves to boast.

The VZ-22 Predator-class Starfighter, called the Blue Lancer, is Kal's personal starship. It's a standard model, the same one the rest of the Rebellion Fleet uses, which he pilots with his personal astromech droid R9-T2 he has nicknamed "Teetwo".
Personality:
He is overly flirtatious for his own good, to the point where women are turned-off to him, and he is extremely boastful about his own talents, focusing on his piloting capabilities. He is overconfident, but compensates by being brave and courageous. He is a socialite, despite his upbringing as a slave on Tatooine, and is not very considerate of others, considering himself to be defiant to his parents and former owner.
Biography:
Kal Larson was born on Tatooine to Calvert Lawson and Deborah Lawson. He was born into slavery, his family being owned by the Hutt businessman Lardo Veal Jarodii, the owner of a scrap yard in Mos Monos. From the time he could think, walk, and follow orders, Kal was put to work in Lardo's storefront, mainly used to clean the shelves and hold customers until Lardo could speak with them. It wasn't a pleasant slavery, though, as Kal was occasionally beat for disobedience, or for fun, along with his parents. The abuse was so bad that Lardo eventually killed Calvert Lawson, forcing a young Kal into a working position.
From when he was seven, Kal was forced to do the heavy lifting in the scrap yard, made to repair the broken merchandise that Lardo thought he could fix up and sell, and sent to fetch shipments for the obese Hutt. However, one day when he was 16, after his mother was severely beaten by Lardo, Kal snapped, took a sharp piece of metal, and killed Lardo with it, and subsequently ran away, now being pursued by the Hutt's associates. He stole the first ship he could find in the nearest spaceport town and left the planet. From then on, he became a smuggler.
He spent several years transporting spice and other goods for the various parties, getting caught a couple times by Law Enforcement on various planets. But most times he got out he generally started back again, only to get caught a few months later. But after the most recent time getting caught, he found he had grown tired of getting jailed temporarily and decided he wanted to go clean. However, he found most places in the Outer Rim had no use for a former smuggler who had gotten caught more times than he could count. But one group was: The Rebellion.
Kal had always been fond of the Rebellion, as he held severe dislike towards the New Sith Imperium, due to their rule and tyranny over their citizens reminding him or his slavery, and had occasionally considered joining them before thinking that smuggling was more profitable. But now that he was going clean, he tried to search out the Rebels, and happened across a recruiter for the Rebellion, who brought him to Ord Pardron and inducted him into the Rebel Militia, putting his skills as a good pilot and a hotshot with a blaster to good use.
