Kerberos' Training

[Vynar Dryak]

Standing in the Center of the Dueling ring was Kerberos waiting for It's Commander Conrad Ordo II to train him

"This should be very interesting" he said while a man was approaching to him...

 

[Jorax]

ooc: It's Commander Conrad Ordo II buddy.

*A small clunk was heard as upon entering the dueling area as all Mandalorians who were fighting instantly ceased action and saluted towards the man walking towards the main dueling area, where only one man stood. Who was this man who commanded all this respect? His name was Commander Conrad Ordo II. The sun shined brightly as his Mandalorian Armor gleamed ever so brightly even though it had been through countless attacks. Arriving at the ring, he stopped movement, as the others had already began to practice again. Now, he faced his recruit with eyes of a tiger, seeing the reaction of this newcomer.*

 

[Vynar Dryak]

*He walked towards Conrad, with a look of fear and desperation in his eyes he showed him respect wearing the Mandalorian standard armor and then he said:

"I'm ready for my First Training as a Mandalorian Commander Conrad"

His arms were shaking but he was determined to do the first strike and so he begun.*

 

[Jorax]

"Good. First, address me only as Commander Ordo like the rest of the recruits in this room. Second, you will respect your superiors even though you hate the living guts out of them. You are their lackeys, so get used to it. Before we start your training Rookie...who is your daddy and what does he do?!?!?!?!"

*Conrad was going to make the point clear that he was "Daddy" and he was going to beat the living hell out of him.*

 

[Vynar Dryak]

*Kerberos is a rebel man but hehad to follow his orders, like them or not

"I understand Commander Ordo, and i apologize for my disrespect"

Knowing that to forget his past he must do things that he did not like so he could be a Mandalorian. Commander Ordo could see it trough his eyes the dedication and the Loyalty he had put on his master were now in his Commander.

The Fear was gone, and it turned to Courage and Envy because he was a man with power and not afraid to use it but he had to stop and behave to gain respect of other mandalores, and so they started their training

The day was over and he went back to his room to get some sleep.

(Kerberos' Dream)
"Where i am? what is this place?"

he said was he saw a dark and small room where he saw a strange man wielding a lightsaber in his hands, with no fear he started at him to only see that it was himself in old times when he was a prophet of the darkside but this time it was different it wasnt the past it seemed like sometime in the future the man in his dreams walked to a stairway to a small room where his old Master was sleeping, then this man in kerberos dream stabbed the Prophet with no caution Kerberos tried to stop him but he got stabbed too and suddenly he opened his eyes and he was back in his room.

"It was only a dream, but it seemed to be real"

He got his Mandalorian stuff and got prepared for the second day in training

ooc: are you going to really train or not dude? i mean, look at some one else's training thread. you just said training was over, but what did you do? practically nothing.

 

[Vynar Dryak]

OOC: Well Training are just not in 1 day so i just wanted to add more story to the first day and start training as the second, i know about other threads ive read them and now i see sorry.

*After a first day of "training" he was ready for the second day with his Mandalore stuff.

He has brought now his blaster rifle, vibroblade and a pair of grenades and was ready for Commander Ordo's orders.*

 

[Jorax]

ooc: ok. just wondering. we usually assume that training takes course over an associable amount of days.

*Commander Ordo saw that the new recruit was ready. It was time to bring it to the next step.*

"Salute towards me you idiot! Show all superiors respect! Now, moving on...what did you bring?"

 

[Vynar Dryak]

*Showing Respect to Commander Ordo he said

"I have brought the Basics of all the Mandalorian Training sir, A-280 blaster rifle, A standard vibroblade and a pair of frag grenades"


Telling the Commander what he brought he was ready to start*

 

[Jorax]

"Good. Now, can you use them? And how would you use them for your own personal advantage?"

 

[Vynar Dryak]

"Rifles and grenades are for long range attack while vibroblades are uses as short close to close combat but i use the personally would use them in a different way of combat just to have a better battle"

 

[Jorax]

"Ok. That's what I like to hear. So, tell me...have you been through some type of fighting where you used these weapons? Do you like long, middle, or close range combat?"

 

[Vynar Dryak]

"Close combat is my specialty and i prefer the Vibroblade as a primary weapon, Commander Ordo i was a Dark Jedi but my master has abandon me and i exiled myself of his teachings, destroyed my lightsaber and forgot all the force powers i had. I'm now fully compromised to the Mandalorians and their teachings"

 

[Jorax]

"I see. So that's the case. Well then...there isn't much for me to teach you then besides creating your own training venue and learning about the Mandalorian ways. Go ahead and look that up in the Archives, then come back here and repeat the Mandalorian code, explain what that means to me, and go start picking out whatever weapon you want to battle with me."

What it means to me? or you?

*Shaking his head up and down he said:

"As you wish Commander Ordo"

He heading now to Archives to study the Mandalorian code*

*A few hours passed and he came back to talk with Commander Ordo

"Sir, I'm here and I've read the Mandalorian code"

Staring at Commander Ordo's eyes he said

• Mandalorians are required to be strong at all times, signs or weakness invite disaster and any Mandalorian perceived as weak by his fellows can be challenged to a death duel to prove their strength.

"A Mandalorian Must be strong within all decisions made, any sign of weakness is fatal for a Mandalorian, signs of strength is how we gain respect and we must live with it."

• Honour is very important to the Mandalorian Clans. Fighting with honor is the only way to fight, should a Mandalorian Warrior fight in a dishonorable fashion he would be slain by his clansmen for tarnishing the name of the clan with his actions. It was considered to best to die fighting honorably than to survive though dishonorable means.

"A Mandalorian must fight with honor and respect, no battle is won if theres no honor at the end."

• Death is a fact of life to the Mandalorians. Everyone dies, what matters to the Mandalorian Warrior is how a person dies.

"Death is inevitable and natural, A Mandalorian must live with courage and die with honor."



Word by word he felt courage and determination*

 

[Jorax]

ooc: to you.

"Very good. I hope you managed to look up some Mandalorian History as well. Now, I am mostly about fighting with new recruits, as you seem to be in tip top shape, so let's get to that. Afterwards, you will need to go on a mission with other recruits, and find what you like to do as a Mandalorian, such as a skirmisher, or just plain ol' soldier, or commanding ships, and so on. Back to fighting, since we have a small ring, we will to melee combat. Anything is allowed. Go ahead and pick your weapons."

*Conrad snapped his fingers together, and from the earthen ground rose a rack of assorted weapons.*

*He took a dagger and vibroblade, he put the dagger in his belt and took the vibroblade with his right hand*

 

[Jorax]

"That's all you need rookie? Wow...guess you must be really good in melee combat. I'll go at you with nothing at all except for my armor."

*Conrad took a fighting stance with his hands up in fists, and was ready for any attack from this youngster here.*

 

[Vynar Dryak]

*Moving the vibroblade upside down with his right hand he pretended to distract Ordo while he was reaching his left hand to the dagger, he rushed to Ordo and jumped while throwing the dagger directly to his left leg so he could immobilize him.*
