Born a whole twenty one years ago, barely a man at all. His family is unimportant, the father was a soldier, deceased. Seems he grew up alone supported solely by his mother and the fathers military pension, barely middle class by any standards. Let's see, legal history, no reported run ins with the law thusfar aside from being a witness to a breaking and enterring. His legal background is overall clear then. What's next? Ah yes, Prior experience. Well, there's not a whole lot here I'm afraid. Seems when he was sixteen he tried to create his own company to make games, silly. Good deal of volunteer experience, collecting money for children, food drives, organised some minor events, was a class president. First real job was stocking shelves at a supermarket, Delivery Boy for Pizza Hutt's, paid for college out of pocket as an overpriced freelance repair technician, and had a stint as an intern for a local engineering firm before getting his degree, spent a bit of time as a military reservist. I'm afraid this isn't what we're looking for. Wait, what do you mean he's the only applicant? Fine, give him a call back, but it's not my fault if he's dead within a week. P S Y C H E - E V A L Given Prior issues in the past with prospective Hazardous Environment Engineers, all new hires are required to take quarterly psyche evaluations to ensure they remain in good mental health. I don't blame them for making that decision either. Your average Hazardous Environment Engineer has a lifetime of about six months on average before being involved in some accident that either kills, cripples, or puts them on sick leave for some period of time. This is a job normally done by droids, whether it's freezing cold, burning hot, the vacuum of space, or in the middle of a radiation hot zone under machine gun fire these guys are expected to build things, make repairs, and do their jobs. The latest one of these is a man named Kerris Williams, extremely young, probably here to cash in on the massive salary these guys get if they manage to stay alive. I wont sugar coat it, the job is damn near suicidal, but the pay makes up for having next to no benefits. Because he's brand new, and so young, we had to do a broad area psyche evaluation, basically getting to know a person inside and out through hours of questioning and observation. Overall his personality is very stable and resilient with few if any abnormalities or emotional outbursts with exceptions lying in particular situations. Overall demeanor is calm and well rounded even if a bit indecisive and blind to certain social cues. His behaviour though, is quite malleable and shifts not only based on who is around him, but also to better suit those around him, even if their ideals and beliefs are counter to his own. Overall, He is clear for work. |
