DESCRIPTION​

Kharnis’ curved hilt lightsaber is a perfect mirror of it’s wielder. Built for intimidation and confusion, Kharnis used materials common to most lightsabers, but added bone from his former master’s body on the hilt. To compliment his fighting style of confusion, it contains a dual-phase blade, meaning the blade is able to switch it's length from the standard 1.3 m to 1.7m with the simple press of a button. This gives Kharnis the option to give his enemies a nasty surprise mid combat. The lightsaber also contains a red kyber focusing crystal.

As with all lightsabers, depends on the laws of the region.

INTENT​

The curved hilt lightsaber compliments his Makashi skills. By having the hilt rest in his palm instead of his fingers, Kharnis is able to parry and lunge with more precision. He is also able to add more strength to his overhead blows as well. With the ability of extending and retracting the size of his blade mid combat, Kharnis can use it with his taunting and mind games to land a devastating blow at a distracted opponent. He is constantly on the look-out for ways to upgrade his saber to help him confuse and unbalance his opponents even further.

Yeah, this is generic tech. It have been better to submit the write up with the "upgrades", but we don't need a write up for just a lightsaber with a curved hilt. And if the red

So, what are the upgrades supposed to be?

Well I'm going to plot to have him look for a Qixoni Crystal, which is naturally red in color, but is valuable because it enhances the wielders use of force abilities. Other upgrades would be plotting to find ways to be able to change the density of his blade, so an opposing lightsaber can be fooled into phasing through it since he employs tactics like that in his fighting style. Lastly, possibly expanding the range in which his dual-phasing blade can retract and expand for the same reason. I know upgrades like that should be asked about, which is why I thought posting it here was correct, yet I haven't plotted for them, so I didn't want to put them in yet, lol. I wasnt so sure about the electromesh exile robes either, but when I looked back, I could see how it could go to Generic. Is there a way to move or delete them so I can put them in Generic Thread?

we don't really have fancy crystals here. Red crsytals are from the Nu Canon lore, aka it is a standard Kyber crystal thats been made to "bleed". As for crystals that enhance one force abilities, that wont fly.

Andrew is right. Kyber Crystals are the only lighsaber crystals in canon and they won't boost any stats. And dual phase lightsaber are still fine as generic I believe.
